I had to make a late payment and they told me to beg and borrow money to pay on time or else get penalized. After I paid, I asked to change my due date and they told me I had to pay for that too. They don't seem interested in helping or maintaining your credit, they just want your money.

If you come at them with an argumentative tone, you're not really asking for help! When you took out the loan, you knew you had to pay it back. Thanks, CAG!

If I could leave a zero star, I would. They are a worthless company. They will still charge you a daily rate after you lose your car to an accident. They don't care about you at all. I called earlier and asked about missing payment history on my credit report. I got told, "Why does that matter?" Don't do business with them.

Be careful with this company, my car got totaled, not my fault. I had full coverage warranty gap, and as soon as everything was done, they took their time responding to my insurance company. Then, they charged me over 1400. After everything, I only had my car for 2 months. I asked 100 times for proof and why I still owed. They always said, "because of your late payments." The warranty that I had on the car should have paid that part. Big scam, do not get a loan from this company. Read all reviews.

I'm a customer of CAG Acceptance LLC and I gotta say, there's this lady named Iilene who works there and she's, like, totally unprofessional. Her customer service is, like, terrible, you know? So, I had this accident with the car I was leasing, right? And she calls me up and starts asking all these personal questions. It was, like, so not cool. I had to hang up because she made me feel really bad, like, I was crying and stuff. And then, get this, she kept harassing me every single day, just to get answers about my accident. It was, like, so annoying that I had to block her. If CAG had better customer service, I wouldn't even be sharing this, you know? It's just been a really awful experience.

I got an email today, June 15, 2022, to call about my late car payment. This is the first time I've ever been late since I got the car. I tried calling on June 3, 2022, to change the payment date to my new payday because I got a new job. But they wanted $35, proof of insurance, and a letter from my job stating the date change (which is none of their business). I called back today, June 15, 2022, and spoke to someone named *** who is the manager. I tried to tell him that I already knew my payment was late and that I would pay it on June 17, 2022, when I got paid. I also tried to explain that I was trying to avoid this problem, but they wouldn't let me. He decided to hang up like a coward. I tried calling back, but he didn't answer his phone. I can't wait to pay off this loan. I can finally wash my hands of them.

They are the worst company. They lie to me. They sold me a car that didn't work. I spent money on repairs and biweekly payments. I make my payment and they repo the car because the car didn't pass the emissions test. I couldn't update the registration. They repo the car even when I didn't miss my last payment. They repo and put it in my credit report as repo for non-payment. Do not purchase from CAG Acceptance. They are not a good company. They steal your money. My car loan was only for *** dollars. I was paying biweekly *** dollars. I paid that amount for almost 3 years. I purchased the car in July and they repoed the car in November . I paid them *** biweekly payments and they repoed my car because it didn't pass the emissions and I didn't update the registration. The insurance company suspended my insurance. That car was undrivable. I couldn't drive it. It was parked and I was still making payments. Now I just don't recommend this company to anybody. Their cars are crap. Do not use this company. You will regret it.

This company, CAG Acceptance, is really sketchy. They're not just a little shady, they're downright criminals. I went there hoping to find a car within my budget, and I made sure to tell the salesperson that. But they sneaked in some cars that were way over my price range, making me think they were affordable for me. When I got to the finance office, I realized I was $10,000 over what I could afford. It was a struggle for me to keep up with the payments, and I couldn't even work extra hours to make ends meet. I started using my credit card just to stay on track.
I called them and asked if there was any relief plan available, but they said there wasn't. Then things got worse. I fell behind on my rent, and I knew it was time to give the car back. But right after I made a payment, I called them to pick up the vehicle. They suddenly offered me a relief plan, but it was too late. I was already in deep trouble. It took them weeks to come and get the car. And then, to make matters worse, I received court papers saying I was being sued for breach of contract. They claimed I owed them late payments and legal fees. Can you believe it? They sold the car at an auction for $10,000 and added an extra $3,000 to the amount they wanted me to pay.
Overall, my experience with CAG Acceptance was a complete disaster. They tricked me into buying a car I couldn't afford, refused to help me when I needed it, and then sued me for even more money. Stay away from this company if you value your financial well-being.

CAG Acceptance LLC is a company that I had a bad experience with. They seemed friendly at first, but it turned out to be a trap. They sent someone to help me get a car, but it was all a lie. When I arrived at their location, they had already chosen a car for me without asking what I wanted. The paperwork was ready for me to sign, and I needed a car, so I went along with it. The car was a 2016 Hyundai with low mileage, which seemed like a good deal. However, after three months, the car wouldn't start and had to be in the service shop for a whole month. They gave me a rental car, but I still had to make payments on time. When I finally got my car back, it got totaled in an accident two months later. The insurance company paid it off, but then CAG told me I still owed them over $3000. They threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay. I don't understand how they could charge me after the insurance paid off the car. This company is the worst, but I believe that eventually, their wrongdoing will catch up to them. Don't let yourself be manipulated by them. They target good people.

They treat you awful! They refuse to work with you despite there being a pandemic and hardships. They are cold, crass, rude and so unbelievably unwilling to do anything to help you. I wish I never traded my old vehicle in. I now am stuck with the misfortune of having to deal with this company for a while. Please do your research before accepting a loan with these people. Constant phone calls about a vehicle that had been repossesed over 10 years ago. I was told that there would be no repercussions because the vehicle was sold shortly after reposession therefore not make me liable for balance. We arranged to have the vehicle to be picked up all was in good standing with the loan company.

I refinanced my car with another company. My car has a pastime machine in it, and they disabled my car. I've been stuck at home for 3 days because my car can't be driven due to their misconduct! I was told multiple times that I didn't have to turn in the pastime item. *** said CAG made a big mistake, and now I'm without a car.

CAG Acceptance LLC, the company I had a loan with, contacted me about an outstanding balance of a little over $200. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay for something that should have been covered by insurance. I've repeatedly told them that I won't be making any payments. Additionally, I made a payment in March, but it doesn't show up on my credit report. I want them to know that I haven't had possession of the car since February. My insurance has taken over the vehicle since March 11 or the 14th.

I got a loan from CAG to buy a 2014 car. When I bought it, I needed a co-signer, so my friend stepped in. But I was unaware of their legal issues with traffic laws. CAG checked our licenses but didn't mention my friend's history of felony tickets. They had multiple tickets! Later, my car passed inspection, but at the DMV, I couldn't renew the title due to my friend's record. CAG was unhelpful in resolving this. The manager also threatened me multiple times, which makes me believe he did this on purpose. He's honestly a terrible manager, and I'm not the only customer dealing with this. It seems like a form of fraud, not allowing people to pay for their cars so they end up in repossession.

I should've read the reviews and taken them seriously, but I decided to give it a try myself since I really needed a vehicle at the time. Right from the start, they put a device on my car that would prevent it from starting. There were many instances where I had to miss work because my car wouldn't start, and they assured me it wasn't their fault. Turns out, the wiring for the device they installed was completely wrong, and it took them forever to send a technician to fix it. I've read other reviews and it seems like I'm not the only one who went through this with them.
I fell behind on my payments because I was going through a tough time with a divorce, and they repossessed my car while I was at work. I explained to them that I couldn't pay the money they needed right away, but they didn't give me any opportunity to make any payment arrangements. When I called to settle everything and retrieve my belongings from the car, they initially claimed they didn't have my stuff. However, it turned out they did have my belongings, and some things were missing when I collected them.
They waited until Covid hit and then decided to garnish my wages. I never received any court paperwork or anything, and they say they tried to serve me. This is a difficult time for everyone, and my household lost its second income due to Covid, so now I'm responsible for everything along with the garnishment.
