I joined in November 2023. Within 30 days I had elected to discontinue. I never participated in the program. No blood tests, no consultations with physicians, no prescriptions, nothing. I elected to cancel based on the advice of others who had filed complaints against the company and who never received the services they paid for. Since December 7 I have been trying to cancel my subscription. I have sent numerous emails, app messages, and even tagged the company in messages on X and Instagram. Still no response other than a vague "why do you want to cancel" message. Silence for the last 3 weeks. Phone number goes nowhere. In the meantime the finance company that takes the payments is hounding me for payment. If I don't pay (for nothing) then my credit is at risk but the finance company refuses to close the account even though I am not participating in the program and have tried to cancel for a month. I am one of many people with similar unresolved complaints. Calibrate insists on a story that they are overwhelmed with responses and can only answer in the order received. No one is answering. And my guess is that this allows them to take money from people without providing a service. A number of people have discussed a class action suit. All I want is my membership canceled. I don't want a refund from my first month's payment. ONLY want an official cancellation and end any future payments.
