I used this company to get my Pardon and Waiver in 2020 right before the pandemic
I used this company to get my Pardon and Waiver in 2020 right before the pandemic. I was thinking it would take way longer, but it didn't. I'm really happy with their service and I'll use them again when my Waiver runs out in 5 Years.
I got my Pardon, Waiver and Expungement done in less than 18 months with no real problems
I got my Pardon, Waiver and Expungement done in less than 18 months with no real problems. I had a pretty big file, so I understood the long wait time... Anyway, I worked with *** throughout my case... I would suggest this service. Thanks guys.
Thank you so much to this company!
Thank you so much to this company! My wife and I signed up with Canadian Pardon Application Services Inc. and she was fantastic. They've helped my wife and I complete our Waivers in only 6 months. They were a great help throughout the entire process and I highly recommend this service! Thanks Canadian Pardon Application Services Inc. and the entire team!
I talked to Mr
I talked to Mr. to begin my Pardon and Expungement in June 2022. I just sent my application to the *** for review. I paid extra to speed things up and save a few months. Sometimes it's tough to reach *** or their processing team, but that's okay. Overall, it was a good experience.
Hey everyone, I had an experience with staff from Canadian Pardons Services
Hey everyone, I had an experience with staff from Canadian Pardons Services. They assisted me with obtaining a Pardon and a Waiver. The Waiver process took about 8 months and the Pardon took around 13 months to complete. They had estimated the duration to be about a year, and their prediction was accurate. The process was smooth and without significant surprises. I found them to be dependable and would certainly recommend their services.
I had a really tough time dealing with these guys
I had a really tough time dealing with these guys. I know I did wrong in the past and I'm asking for a pardon, but they're not giving it to me. It's been over three years now and I've been struggling with it. I've given them more and more money, but nothing has been done. I still cannot get into *** for something I did when I was 19 years old. These guys can't get their act together to get this pardon through for me, and I really feel regretful that they're failing me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They hardly communicate, barely reply to emails, only one phone call returned, and NO OFFICE at the Elgin St place mentioned, just a place to pick up mail. I went there and the lady said many other clients had similar complaints. All phone numbers have the same message with no response. They charged me an extra $350 without permission. No updates, nothing seems to be happening.
I talked to a person from Canadian Pardon Application Services Inc
I talked to a person from Canadian Pardon Application Services Inc. in late September and asked them to do my pardon. This month (October), I went to the local police station for fingerprints and other stuff for the application. I was there for another reason too, a background check. When the secretary did my background check, they found out that I don't have a record anymore. I've been trying to contact CPAS, but they haven't called me back even though I left several messages. I gave them a bunch of money in September to start the process and get it done quickly. So far, I've spent even more money as of today, 22/10, for a service that I don't need. Even after explaining this in multiple messages, they still took more money from me without my agreement.

2022 10/29th, I paid $2500.00 to Canadian Pardon Application Services Inc
2022 10/29th, I paid $2500.00 to Canadian Pardon Application Services Inc. Then, they took an additional $500.00 from me after I had already paid the full amount. I've been trying to reach out to them through phone calls and emails, but they haven't responded. I'm feeling lost and unsure about what steps to take next.
I gave them $200 on Feb 16th to get a pardon and waiver, but then I changed my mind and told them on Feb 17th that I didn't want their service
I gave them $200 on Feb 16th to get a pardon and waiver, but then I changed my mind and told them on Feb 17th that I didn't want their service. They're being really vague about giving me my money back. We didn't sign any papers or anything.
I started payin them 100 per month 'bout 2 years ago
I started payin them 100 per month 'bout 2 years ago. The total was 'bout $1500. After I finished payin them they say I have an unpaid fine and I have to wait 5 more years. I asked for a refund and they refused. This is a summary of the info, I can come up with exact dates and money amounts through bank statements and email.

I've been paying this company for over 2 years tryin to get my Canadian and US waiver with no good results
I've been paying this company for over 2 years tryin to get my Canadian and US waiver with no good results. A bunch of runnin around and overspendin. They sent me wrong papers and made me do my finger prints over again sayin they ain't expired. I'm fed up with this company and would love to receive a full refund so I can go somewhere that can actually help me out.
A few months ago, I signed up with Canadian Pardon Application Services
A few months ago, I signed up with Canadian Pardon Application Services. We agreed on a monthly payment plan of $77.33. On July 29, 2022, I made the decision to end my association with them and paid a fee of $275.00 to sever ties and avoid any future responsibilities. However, on August 13, 2022, they charged my credit card $77.33, even though I had already cancelled the service and paid the cancellation fee.
I called the company 'bout a US entry waver
I called the company 'bout a US entry waver. Talked to someone 'bout it and decided to pay in full. Been workin' 70 hours a week so when I got time I work on a bit of the paperwork. Last week I found an new unauthorized charge on my credit card from them. No email 'bout the charge. So I called the company. The voicemail said leave your name, file # and phone number and they'll call me back in 24 hours. I've left multiple messages and no one's called me back. Now I want my money back, I'll find another service.
I hired their services at an agreed price
I hired their services at an agreed price. After I finished paying, they took $700 from my credit card without my permission. They said it was because I didn't answer their messages. I have all the emails about my case, and I did reply like they asked. They took $350 after the second message and another $350 after the third one, even though I responded within an hour. This company shouldn't charge my credit card without telling me first and having a good reason.
I applied with Canadian Pardon Application Services on August 24 to get help with getting a US ENTRY WAIVER
I applied with Canadian Pardon Application Services on August 24 to get help with getting a US ENTRY WAIVER. After waiting for eight months, I finally got the forms I needed. However, when I presented them to the US BORDER authorities, they told me that the forms were outdated and no longer accepted. The BORDER Services gave me the correct forms, which I had to fill out on my own. I reached out to Canadian Pardon Application Services to ask for a refund, but they refused, claiming that they had already done the work, even though they gave me the wrong forms. I don't think this is good business practice, and I've come across other complaints as well. I would really appreciate any assistance.
mail on March 15
mail on March 15. This lack of communication is concerning and unprofessional.
Furthermore, I have noticed several spelling and grammar errors in the documents and emails received from Canadian Pardon Applications Services. It is disappointing to see such careless mistakes, especially considering the importance of the services they claim to provide.
In addition, the progress of my pardon application has been slow and unsatisfactory. Despite paying a significant amount towards the total fee, the service has not been completed as promised. This is frustrating and raises doubts about the efficiency and reliability of Canadian Pardon Applications Services.
Moreover, the unauthorized transaction on my credit card is deeply troubling. It is unacceptable for a business to capture sensitive information without customer consent. I expected better security measures from a professional company like Canadian Pardon Applications Services.
I have made numerous attempts to contact Canadian Pardon Applications Services to address these concerns and seek resolution. However, their lack of response is disheartening and leaves me feeling ignored and disregarded as a customer.
Overall, my experience with Canadian Pardon Applications Services has been disappointing. The lack of communication, slow progress, and unauthorized transaction have left me questioning the credibility and trustworthiness of this company. I hope they take immediate action to rectify these issues and provide the service they promised.
I made a transaction on April 28
I made a transaction on April 28. I sent *** $945 through e-transfer. When I talked to ***, he said that this was the total cost for obtaining a final USA waiver. The next morning, I found out that I would be charged at least $800 more. I immediately called to cancel and get a full refund because the cost was too high. I tried calling multiple times, but I got disconnected each time. I sent 3 emails and finally got a call from *** from the Admin department. I canceled the service at 10:12 AM Pacific time, and they said they would keep my money without any cancellation fee since it was within 10 days according to their policy. A few minutes later, *** called me and tried to convince me not to cancel. He said that the cancellation fee wouldn't be waived because the policy needed to be updated on the website. He got angry with me when I refused to wait a few days and call him back. He said that I should have known better.
I used Canadian Pardon Applications Inc
I used Canadian Pardon Applications Inc. about 2 and a half years ago. I spoke with a salesperson who explained the costs to me. They said I could pay $138 per month for a year and then I would have my pardon. However, it is now February 9th, 2022, and I still don't have my pardon. They didn't contact me for 2 years, so I kept notes of everything. I called the person I was dealing with 19 times, but they never returned my calls. Just last week, they called me and asked for another $1100, even though I had already paid $1656. Yesterday, on February 8th, 2022, I called the Ottawa Police and they advised me not to give them any more money. The police told me to file a complaint on their website, so I did it.
I signed up with this company thinkin they could speed up and process my application for a Waiver so I can go to the USA
I signed up with this company thinkin they could speed up and process my application for a Waiver so I can go to the USA. I told them I already got 3 five year waivers before, so 15 years in total. They took $943.00 from my *** Credit Card over 3 months without permission. When I asked for an update in January 2022, they said they would send me a completed application, I-192, to sign and send to the US Government. I didn't need them to just fill out a form, I've done it myself many times. Their "Completed Application" had lots of mistakes even though I gave them the right info. I think they did it on purpose so the application would get flagged and take longer, giving them a chance to charge more money. They said they can get you a Waiver, but all they really do is fill out a form.
On Oct 1 2022 I started my file with Canada Pardon and Application Services
On Oct 1 2022 I started my file with Canada Pardon and Application Services. With ***. I put $50 down to start my file and agreed to pay monthly installments. *** assured me that whenever I had a question she would be available to help me. She was very endearing on our first conversation so I decided to go with this company because I liked the fact that I could contact *** when I had a question and she would be there to help and assured me she would be available to help me. I decided to go with this company over my attorney because *** told me “they do the exact same thing my attorney would do so why not go for the lower price option” I was sold. Fast forward to Jan 2023 I cannot get *** to email me or call me no matter of many messages I leave. I one day was told a *** would be helping me and to be totally honest if she was who I spoke to originally I would not have gone with this company and would have moved on immediately. *** doesn’t explain things well I almost have to push answers out of her and she stays silent on the phone with an overall customer service of 0.5/10. When I have left her messages she calls almost a week later. On one occasion she called when I was out and the phone was totally muffled and I didn’t hear what she was saying so I asked that she email me in writing what she was trying to tell me but I never received an email from her. Later that day I wrote *** an email explaining I did not hear from *** and shortly after the front desk emailed me saying I needed to complete more steps I was not aware of but it was too difficult for *** to tell me? *** would not email me that information and to be honest I’m not sure if *** can spell because she never emails me only calls out of the blue at her leisure when I’m not expecting her. They have not explained in writing what steps I will need to complete for this waiver I’m in the dark and not quite sure what the next steps are because I have nothing in writing and they won’t give me anything and when I speak to *** she gives me the bare minimum and doesn’t explain anything well and nobody calls me back in a decent time frame and the customer service is a total nightmare. These people are the absolute worst headache and misery I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. I have paid my waiver in full as of January 5, 2023 and I still am receiving no help at all no CLEAR direction and they are not available and have never answered the phone only when it was time to get money that was the only time they respond promptly. I enquired about obtaining a pardon
I enquired about obtaining a pardon. The following day which was Monday June 7th *** called me from Canadian Pardon Application services. We spoke and I decided that I was going to apply for a pardon. *** took my *** # and charged me $139.27 the same day . Later that night I decided to not go through with the application. I had not started the process yet and called *** that same evening and left a voicemail stating I had changed my mind about applying for a pardon at this time. The following day Tuesday June 9 I attempted to contact Mr. several times throughout the day. Leaving more voicemails with no success of speaking to him or receiving a reply. I checked my bank account and noticed that there was a second charge taken out for the amount of $275 for a cancellation fee. I checked the terms and conditions on the website of the Canadian pardon application services and read that a $275 cancellation fee can be charged if a file is put on hold and does not meet the conditions of the Canadian pardon application services. I did not even begin the process of filling out the package that was emailed to me. Furthermore I cancelled this the same day that I spoke with Mr.. I should not be paying a total of $ 414. This is totally unfair and unjust. And to top it all off I cannot get in touch with this company after calling repeatedly since Monday evening.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
