Capital Visas Ltd FRAUD COMPANY

Capital visas are a very dubious company.

They told me on the phone I was elligible for something I was not elligible. They made false promises of sucess before they even checked my documents and asked for my credit card details.

I contacted the home office who told me I have been badly advised. They took my deposit over the phone, gave me a name of a case worker and every time I have tried to contact the case worker the phone rang out.

The case worker doesnt seem to exist anymore after you gave them the credit card details, they just dont asnwer the phone. They put you under a lot of pressure to give them your credit card details on the phone before they even asess your documents to see if you have any chance of getting a visa but after you gave them the credit card details you have problems contacting people in their office and they try to drag time as much as possible.

I have cancelled my card which I have used for the initial payment so they cannot use it again as I believe them to be very dubious by the way they operate.

They want you to pay a deposit before you even signed a contract with them and they want you to sign a contract with them even before you have assesed your documents and if after signing the contract they discover you dont have enough documents to support a visa application or you are not elligible for what they told you on the phone you are in order to sign a contract then they refuse to refund you and they want you to pay full fees for them telling you on the phone you are not elligible even though you have never been to their office or never submitted any documents.

Beware of the sales agent who would say anything to get you to sign a contract and when it proves that what he told you is wrong and the case worker does not agree with what he told you after that you are supposed to pay full fees for the case worker telling you that the advice by the sales agent was wrong. It is completely unethical.

Beware of capital visas

Just received the result of my visa and thankfully it was approved! Thankyou to capital visas. My caseworker was very helpful and supportive through out the process, as well as quite thorough with the visa application. Only room for improvement would be I would have liked more frequent updates with the application. All in all they did a decent job!

Capital Visas Ltd bad advice

I contacted Capital Visas early 2012. They wanted to help me so much i believed them, After taking over £700 off me the service was no good. I had so many case workers telling me different things For example not work claim esa because i was not earning enough. another telling me to rent a property again another case worker told me that was not needed. I told them that i own a static caravan they no that i would be ok . I would get the visa. if not appeal. I call them emailed them still no answer from them. we summited the visa on there advice claiming i was depressed and no problem. The visa was refused and i contacted Capital Visas after many calls to them i was told that we could not appeal so forget it. If i wanted to complain that was up to me but you will have no chance. I cannot believe such bad advice but they got my money so they didnt care.

In case you are wondering if Capital Visas is registered or not, you can find out your self but I didn’t find them, keep in mind that by law they have list their registration number with MARA on each advertisement they do, which is not the case anywhere on Premiers website, social media, it is nowhere!

Capital Visas Ltd Visa application

I was also a victim of Capital Visas and would like to help those of you who have been promised a visa. Please be aware that if you wish to complain to the OISC you must follow a procedure or your complaint will not be considered. Please take professional advice before lodging a complaint.. I guess that I can't post my e mail address here but if you want some info, please leave a message here and I will point you in the right direction. We should stop this fraudulent company from deceiving people further. If you need a good lawyer, I have a name and number. Good luck

Capital Visas Ltd Absolutely disgusting company

Capital visa are a bunch of low-time swindlers! There business practice and procedures are extremely poor and their " dedicated immigration and support workers' are poorly trained, they have little knowledge of the required visa laws for specific country's and once they have taken the contract, they assure you they will not take the money and then charge you without prior consent, wether they have done any work or not) they have little or no interest in your case! It definitely seems that they have absolutely NO complaints procedure in place with in their company, and they are reluctant to give you a personal name or private email address in whitch to send your complaints. When I assured them that I am aware of my legal rights and that at least a response was called for after I sent our initial complaint ( with absolutely No response from them, they accused me of being threatening. DO NOT USE THIS COMAPANY! There are plenty of other far more reputable visa companies out there, that will not rip you off or completely ignore you. This company should be shut down!

6 stunted and poorly devised emails from CAPITAL VISA cost us £650
We didn't get our visa, not for lack of evidence but because of there total incompetence, now they ignore my complaint emails, we never even got to submit our visa to the UKBA. How this company are accredited I will never know! let's put this company where it belongs! In the garbage!

Funny how both posts above were posted within seconds of each other... If your going to try and do something like you've attempted above, perhaps you should try being a little more clever about the whole thing, but with personal experience of capital visa and the way they " practice" I would say cleverness is way way down on their list of company standards- somewhere way down the list- below morals but surprisingly just above customer satisfaction -

Thieves !

Hi John,

As you can see from my original complaint at the top of the page, I totally agree with your opinion of this dis-reputable company. ( the other comments above- are incidentally my responses to a weird Internet troll, that has since deleated it's account- and as a result his vile commenits. )

Capital visa are scammers! You are not alone!

My saving grace is that money was taken by credit card, so I have a certain amount of safety - I hope - I am currently in contact with my credit card company and am hoping they will be able to help under section 75. You will still have rights even if you paid with a debit card, I would suggest doing your research online about section 75 and your consumer rights, check out this blog

http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/how-to-complain

Go to your local citizens advice also, they can be really helpful,

I really hope you get this sorted out quickly, I know that I will regain the cash, as there is no way they can get away with being such a scam! Always remember you have legal rights, do your research, contact your companies, and don't give up.

Good luck :)

"How-ever if you are, as it seems the fountain of knowledge on my particular case, "

Nope!?! :0 :)

That's funny, because we never received a documented agreement from this company.
Perhaps youve mis-understood the purpose of this website, a safe place to voice your complaints when they have not been listened to by the supposed professional companies the general public use. I would suggest that leaving un-informed and entirely ignorant responses on someone else's page, suggests that you are either A- from capital visa ( incidentally your response sounds very much like their responses, same I'll-educated grammar, and short punchy ignorant remarks) or B- a troll, either way I would suggest an alternative pursuit of your time! How-ever if you are, as it seems the fountain of knowledge on my particular case, if you have a detailed and accurate break down of capital visa, their complaints procedure and the entire code of practice for this company have all the releivent documentation, have read through all the paper work and sat down and gone through it all, then please by all means contact me directly, I would highly appreciate your informed and knowledgeable advice on how to deal with my case.
Kind regards :)

Horrible company. No ethics, zero knowledge, absolutely dumb. They have recently changed their name to Carter Vincent Immigration. Any association with this organization is waste of time, value, money and you have panic on your credit. It affects big time for travellers since all the commitments are at stake.

They didn't know all documents I needed and I have to find out my self . My visa was refused once and I had to appeal. When I told them about one document that was a requirement from my fiancée's country they were not even aware. They are not trained and because of them I wasted months and money. At the end I had to do everything by myself. Disgusting! Do not use capital visa services unless you want your visa to be refused and waste £700

What you people need to do if you have been cheated by a company regulated by OISC
1. You should find out whether the person who was doing your case is or was ever registered with OISC you can do so by calling [protected].
2. You should fill in the oisc complaint form and include any document this company capital visas has sent you. They send some kind of agreement in beginning and this is called client care letter it is supposed to include the advise they gave you and facts about your case in my case it never did. I believe it never does in any case.
3. Once you have made a complaint to OISC you should make a brief what was wrong and send it to them. I found that they were never regulated to take my case at they have regulation at a very initial level that is to fill the forms only.
4. Inform your bank you are a victim of fraud
5. Lodge a case to claims court against them and they do not turn up.
6. Get a CCJ against them then send them a letter requesting your money or get permission from the court to instruct bailiffs if they do not return the money.
7. By this time they should have refunded the money and OISC should also have told them to give the money back.

PS when you go to court submit all the complaint documents with your claim and do write a brief what they have done wrong to you.

These people don't have any freaking knowledge of immigration and are just there to take your money DIRECTOR of the company is MR FAHD BIN QAYYUM KHAN also known as Fahad khan. The linked people to this company are RAHEEL SARWAR and some previous director as SHAMAL SAMAL and some one as ZI .

You can also access the report from companies house and OISC.

I have also received less than what I was promised from Capital Visas and have now taken legal advice regarding this company. I would suggest that anyone that wants to lodge a formal complaint also takes professional advice as there is a correct procedure to follow otherwise your complaint will be disregarded. I guess that I am not permitted to add my e mail here but please feel free to add a comment and i will point you in the right direction. Good luck

Shareen Ali did a marvellous job renewing my visa. They were handed a tricky case with an extremely compressed timeframe, and they worked hard until everything was sorted. I'm very grateful for their great work, their responsiveness to my questions, and their positive attitude.
