The Canadian Pharmacy review: Scam and cheating! 121

This is follow up on an earlier complaint as to NOT getting my order and not getting a response from CanadianPharmacy. I put in the header of my last letter to them Email FRAUD and I did get a response immediately. They said to wait another 7 days and if I did not get my order they would reship it for free... On Jan 14 I received my order! (within the 7 days requested) The order was placed on Dec 3rd. So if that helps anyone... the next thing is to see if the product works... it sure doesn't look like the product I get when I ordered it here in the states! Good luck everyone.

Canadian Pharamacy is a know spam scam operation.
All they want is your information for credit card fraud and identity theft.

There are 1oo's if not 1000's of identical sites running / spamming on new domains ever day.
( the scammers need this keep ahead of their sites getting shutdown)

For the record THERE is nothing Canadian about this criminals spam/scam operation!
( The spammers are thought to based in europe, likely leo kuvayev )

The domains are always registered with fake contact information and done at a spam friendly register often in China. The domains are often hosted in korea or on a fast flux network illegaly running on a huge list of ILEGALLY hijacked/hacked computers!

more info on that: http://spamtrackers.eu/wiki/index.php?title=Hijacked_host

Every claim and endorsement they make on their website is a lie.
The claims of approved by BBB, ridiculous. If it was a legit site they would have a link to the BBB and you could verify it. All these scammers have is a logo for them on their site.

Its the same with all their claims like verisign, FDA etc, the links at the bottom of my post give a lot more information on this.
( they even go as far as to photoshop some credentials to make their site look more legitimate)

ON the page where they take your order
Its completely unsecure, despite what the spammer claims if the connection is secure you would have a "https" in the url.

If you have given these scammers any info contact your bank immedialtey and cancel / stop payment. Once they have your credit card number / personal info you will have a nightmare to deal with.

For the record if you are one of the rare few who actually got something from these criminals. Beware, god only knows what you got and FOR SURE the FDA didn't approve it.

I ordered in March and I still have recieved nothing except a bunch of spam in my inbox. Like everyone else I have called and got buzzing or I have left a message on some weird voicemail and I have emailed with no repsonse. I called my credit card company and the charges were reversed and they were doing an investigation. Now I finally get a response for them saying that I have never contacted there company and now I am under investigation and the FBI will be looking into my my payment history on my credit cards. What the heck. They never email back about my order though?

I ordered sildenafil twice, got the orders as promised, and it seemed to do what it is supposed to. The potency may be a bit weaker, but am not sure about that. Both orders came from India and the last one had the brand name, "Mygra". I believe the "Canadian Pharmacy/Support Group is operating in a shady manner, but probably the main thrust is to get around U.S. restrictions. I'm inclined to think that at least some of those who did not get their orders, lost them through confiscation at U.S. Customs. It reminds me of the southern bootleggers who used to make a lot of moonshine whiskey. It is illegal, but that doesn't say the whiskey is no good.

I stand corrected. The company in Vancouver we deal with is CanadaPharmacy.com. I suggest you try them but avoid canadianpharmacy.com as other unhappy consumers suggest.

I was very skeptical of this site after I made my purchase. The phone # was invalid and the link to check my order did not work. I even alerted my charge card company of possible fraud. I received an Express Mail tracking number on the 3rd day after placing my order. Order shipped from India, went thru Customs in US, and was delivered today, 10 days after order entry. Product received was generic, but seems genuine and as advertised. Items were professionally packaged, individually foil sealed, and had manufacturers identification codes stamped in each foil pack.

I have notified my charge card company that services were performed as advertised and I am a satisfied Customer. I am very pleasantly surprised.

I also ordered some medication from this company for $61.54. It took at least 3 weeks for me to receive it. When I did the package was torn and had been re-taped and some pills were also missing from the package. There was a piece of paper that looked like a packing slip with Mumbai, India on it. No other address or phone number was provided. I closed it and returned to sender. My credit card reversed the charges after also trying to reach them by the number provided and was not a working number. Now, I have received an email from this company telling me that since I didn't contact them regarding the dispute they are considering my claim as fraudulent and will be contacting the FBI in regards to this. After reading some of these complaints I feel that the FBI should be investigating them!

I think I should share my experience with you guys as well. Here it goes:
When I placed the order I actually thought that it was a legitimate Canadian Pharmacy from Canada with a Vancouver address. When I received no e-mail confirmation even after three days I got suspicious, I e-mailed back and got no answer, I called and no one answered. At that point I was quite certain that I have been scammed and to make matters worse I stumbled across this site and countless others detailing their horror stories of lost money and no product. Just as I was about to call my bank on the 6th day, I received an email with a tracking # from them. The tracking # was legit and the order was mailed from Mumbai, India the day before. I received the envelope yesterday, 17 days past the day of my order. The pills were wrapped in Indian newspaper and are in their orginal Indian pharmaceutical factory foil packaging. They appear to be genuine and NOT counterfeit. Apparently their customer service is non existent, they are an Indian pharmacy not Canadian, but they did deliver the real thing for a good price. It is possible that some stuff gets confiscated in customs as one reader suggested.

SAVE your money,
this is an illegal unlicensed fraudulent pharmacy spam ring linked to credit card fraud and identity theft.

Another 1 of 1000's of identical sites running on new domains ever day.
(What legitimate company would need to do this?
Only criminal / scammers need to do it to keep
ahead of the authorities shutting their sites down all the time.)

Look at this list of identical sites caught in spam traps recently:

I don' know what to think of this operation after my experience:

1. I ordered some antibiotics (believe it or not) from their 'canadian pharmacy' website
2. All of their emails went directly to my spam folder, which I didnt think to check until a week later.
3. the links in the email were invalid.
4. i called the registrant of the domain, and a russian sounding guy answered and gave me a new website address
5. I was able to login and see my order information and email history.
6. 2 weeks pass, and I noticed that the charge on my card was from a Latvian bank. the support email still had invalid URLS
7. I finally got an email indicating an EMS courier number
8. almost 3 weeks from my order date, i was unable to get any information on the tracking number anywhere. All the contact info on the website seem to be invalid or not working. All of the emails to me were automatically generated, and still had the wrong URL.
9. I called my bank and told them i suspected it was fraud. they gave me a provisional credit.
10. 1 week later I got a strange envelope, hand addressed from India, via EMS courier. Inside were the foil packs of generic amoxicillin and tetracycline that I had orders 4 weeks ago! (and 4 free tablets of generic viagra labeled nizagara!lol)

11. a second charge from latvia appeared on my closed card, and i let it stand, since I did in fact receive my order.

After all is said and done, I still don't know what to think. Are they just some enterprising eastern europeans or a scam site? was my order shipped only because I disputed the charge? why don't they call it Indian Pharmacy? or russian pharmacy?

I cannot say much about this company. Ihave the same problem with getting responses. They do not respond, other than track your computer and get hundreds of e-mails under various formats and names. Also No replies to specific questions. However, in the past couple years I have received all orders placed. Weird packaging. Very lengthy deliveries. From whatI have read, if you live outside of canada, you have bigger problems recieving orders if at all.

I dont know which site you guys are using but it sound the same. Canadian Pharmacy that contains ALL Indian meds. I have ordered twice but havent checked my balance at the bank. After eading some of your posts im getting a little scared about identity theft. As far as my 2 orders and the meds:

-First off i ordered some Trazodone just to do a test. It was like $57.80 or something and sure enough EMS mail courier sent me this package from India. I tried double the amount my physician perscribes for my depression just to see if they were real because i was skeptical even though they came properly packaged in foil blister packs. Anyway i couldn't stand on my feet and was slurring words. They were GOOD. Real Anti-depressant, Trazodone with a different name. Trazonil, but very good maybe just as good as my pharmacy without the doctor bills and stuff. I dont have insurance and needed my meds. I got responses to ALL my e-mails by some guy Alexander, whoever he is. It takes them a few days to get the tracking number though and i kept asking through e-mail about it and they told me not to worry. THEY SURE DID COME THRU THOUGH! And they gave me 4 free Cialis not from India. These came in a separate order from Shanghai, China... They look American though!. 2 to each blister pack with Eli-Lilly (manufacturer) stamped on both sides! But the Chinese are the kings off counterfit meds.(just speaking from expierence). Havent tried the Cialis 20mg yet...

- Second time, like first time I got a good tracking number and e-mails were ALL answered. Anyway, I ordered Viagara. I just got them today. I made it a small order just in case they were B.S.. They are def from India or somewhere else. Blister packed and look legitamate. They say on the site you're getting generic meds but these look a little sketchy, they look professional but are called NIZAGARA. They say on the back they contain the main ingredient Sildenafil Citrate which viagara contains but i just dont know what to do. If anyone has tried these please let me know this is my first time on this site. I was researching these Nizagara pills and stumbled upon this site and read all the comment and wanted to give you my expierence with "Canadian Pharmacy" a.k.a. Indian Pharmacy.

I keep getting emails giving me tracking links that don't work. Today, I got the actually tracking number (supposedly) with a link to EMS that actually goes to a tracking website! Yay! Oh wait …it works to say that there is no such tracking number.

I've phoned the two numbers they've given me, [protected] and [protected] twelve times. I get either a busy signal or loooong ring (a weird double ring-ring) followed by a busy signal OR, if I'm lucky, a woman with an Indian accent saying no one is available ("unfortunately"). Each of the times I've called I've left a detailed message giving my order ID # and phone number.

I've also emailed them several times. My emails were ignored until I said I was going to stop payment on my cc. Then the email was answered by “Linda” saying they would dispute it if I did that, plus they wouldn’t do business with me any more! Oh, how could I bear that?!

In Linda’s email, I was promised that it would take 7 days for the pkg to arrive. But originally, they said 2 to 3 weeks. It’s all weird.

But a few people here do seem to have gotten their parcel. Question is, are any of those people legit? Why would they fill some orders but not many others?

After reading all these complaints (I was stupid not to google before I ordered) I just called my cc customer service and got a “conditional credit.” It’s the cc company’s problem now. I just have to fill out a “dispute coupon” that will come with the bill on which the “Online Pharmacy” bill appears.

If the order actually does get delivered, I’ll 1) pay the bill and 2) start believing in miracles.

Hi,

The guy is not just a spammer. He's actually a criminal phisher. He sends spams to collect credit card numbers to steal your money.

The guy is well documented in the following urls. He's the kingkong of all spams according to the spamhause: "Canadian Pharmacy".

http://www.spamhaus.org/statistics/spammers.lasso
http://www.spamtrackers.eu/wiki/index.php?title=Canadian_Pharmacy

He's known as;

Jonathan Owens

You can find his foot prints by searching the following keywords;

[protected] - Canadian Pharmacy
[protected] - Bogus university degree
[protected] - Bogus OEM software
support@canadianpharmsupport.com

The good news is that this scammer has extreme hatered against receiving spams. It's rather irony, isn't it? So forward all the spams to the following email addresses. Send them using different email addresses as many as possible, so that he won't be able to block your email addresses. He has the tendency that if you send a lot of spams to him, he will remove you from his spam databases. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN REMOVE FROM HIS SPAMBASE! You can also automate your email system to redirect to him. Then congratulations!
You will get far less spams!

I did a stupid job and w/o an online research on the company made 2 orders. They ripped me off. Unlike what they said on their site for 5% discount on the 2nd purchase, they did nt apply any discount. The generic drug was shipped from India...! The first parcel arrived after 2 weeks, but the 2nd parcel is still at Australian costums...! And the drug, as it s made in India and the generic sort of drug is totally USELESS, INEFFECTIVE... they ripped me off. The company (I doubted if they run a compny, though) should be reported to, I dont know, some Complaint center to clear them out...

A few people asked about the generic version of Viagra and if it works.. The version I got was Nizagara. Let me first start of by saying it works GREAT!. I was skeptical too.
I was looking online for cheap Viagra and came across the Canadian company like others have mentioned on here. I opted to pay the extra money for the tracking. About two hours after I placed the order I got a confirmation that the charge was charged to my debit card. A few days later I got a confirmation from Alexander (same guy as a few others mentioned) Then I got another confirmation.
Everything seemed legit… The confirmation said it would take 5 to 7 “business days.” Well we got the order delivered by US mail on a sat.. (6 regular days after placing the order) yee haa!
Like many of the others on here we got the order from India. (Combitic Global) was the name on the envelope. So the risk taker that I am. I popped a whole one in and BAM! 20 minutes later it was working. I will try a ½ of one next time. I will say that the one side effect (could be something else causing this) was color seemed to be more enhanced. It was almost a feeling of being high.. kinda.. sorta.. I will say it was taken in the morning after a night of 4 drinks and I had not had anything to eat yet. I’m going to try a ½ on tonight or tomorrow to see if the color things happens again. For me it was almost a bonus.. lol
Anyway. I just wanted to let people know I had no problems. I would venture to guess a few things.
1. Yes it is a little misleading with the Canadian website. That could be away to deal with some legal way of getting drugs into this country. I’m not an expert on imports but that is one thought.
2. The reason a few people on this site have not received the drugs could be our own customs. Things in small packages can disappear at customs.
3. Some people mentioned that this is a scam to do identity fraud. I have not heard anyone say that their identity has been stolen from any of these companies. I also have not heard that any phony charges have been charged to credit cards.
4. If they have a fake phone number, so what… It could be just a front to be able to sell Indian products in this country.
So far all I have heard is that people have not receive their goods.. (Could it be customs or our own post office? Hmmm? I will say the product came for us and the product looked legit in its original foil pack and the product worked…
I wish all the others luck.. If I do get some funky charge on my cc later down the line I will drop another note..

I ordered the product and it was seized by customs coming into Canada. As it was held for three months by customs before I heard anything, the company did send a second shipment when I mentioned this to them. The second order was also seized (before I received the letter from Health Canada informing me that the product was illegal to import. ). I have since received a call from Canada Customs that they are investigating me for illegally importing drugs. Huh? Looks like we should all be aware that this compnay does not ship from Canada despite their name... My order came from Mr. Z. in Beijing China

Okay. I'm a guy. I work as an assistant at a hair salon. I make $8 an hour, so I can't afford medical insurance. I get a lot of ###, so when I saw an email from "Canadian Pharmacy" for Valtrax (for my herpes) and Viagra (to get it up regardless of how drunk I might be) I said "Sweet" and paid for both medications with my credit card.

Now it was supposed to take a week. It took 15 days for me to get the package (from India) in fact, I just got it in the mail one hour ago. Now I didn't get what I thought I was getting. I got Indian generic forms of Valtrax (VALCIVIR) and Viagra (NIZAGARA).

The packaging and foil wrapping looks good to me and I am going to take this stuff.

Whoever is behind this is after money. They aren't going to make any money by not sending the product or by killing people with bad chemicals or by stealing your financial data. A drug dealer makes his money on the comeback. Period.

So maybe customs will intercept your stuff. I've lived over seas and mail handlers in other countries are some theiving, lazy ###. And so are some American postmen too. Who knows. I will write to you all again after I have taken the NIZAGARA to say if it worked, but I only use it in emergencies when, for whatever reason, I can't get serious wood.

Goood luck to all you shady, no insuranve having, pill popping peoples !

I put in an order a week ago, and THEN read on the net about this company and its scams. I cancelled my debit card, informed my bank and filled in a Visa dispute form to claim my money back.
This morning I received a package from India and it contains tablets that are pharmacologically different from what I ordered, although they are prescribed for the same medical condition. If anyone without medical knowledge were to receive this "mis-prescription", thinking it was just a different name for their usual medication, and then to take them at the same dosage, they could end up in a LOT of trouble. This is the height of irresponsibility.

My husband and I are unemployed and can not afford medical insurance. We take medications daily for high blood pressure and high cholestoral, etc. and have been receiving our pharmaceuticals from this group for the past year. We place orders every 3 months and have had excellent email notifications regarding our shipments and all of our shipments have come quicker than expected.
Yes -- the prescriptions are generics for the brand medications, but it states that on their website. I had an issue once in not receiving my discount (15% since I have been ordering for a while), and I wrote them and immediately received my credit back on my card.
We have nothing but good things to say about this group as we have always gotten our orders timely and at a price we can afford. All of our prescriptions come EMS Courier at no additional charge.

I ordered the generic viagra like a week and a half ago without the tracking. Oddly, an hour later I received a confirmation email of my order with a tracking # *shrug*. It arrived yesterday via express mail but I had to pick it up today because I wan't home to receive it. Everything looks legit. I'm going to try a pill in a few hours and ambush the wife when she gets home from work. If I don't follow up this post with a "this is a scam" it must have worked.

OK People:

Upset with John Owens? I suggest that everyone who has a valid complaint put it in writing to the San Diego DA's office. I have checked into it, and although it appears that John has kept his alleged rip-offs under the amount for grand theft, If enough people file complaints, the DA can and will press charges for Fraud. This doesn't mean you will get your money back, but it might come as small satisfaction to see him arraigned on criminal charges.

Sine I have ordered there, I get a lot of Spam but no pills.

I used a special e-mail adress, so I know it cames from the Canadian Pharmacy Support.

It is a legit online pharmacy. I had transactions with NorthWestPharmacy months ago and it was very successful. Its awful I have waited for 3 weeks before I received my orders because we had a little misunderstandings upon ordering. But all in all it was a great deal and I am looking forward to my next transaction. Recommended and I hope this helps!
