I ordered the product as shown in the attachment. This address is correct.
EDHL, the carrier, advised 16 August 2023 that the address is wrong and asked me to contact merchants. (Attachment).
Your customer agent ask me instead of yourself to contact carrier to correct the address (attachment).
I told the agent the merchant need to contact the carrier to correct the address. I couldn't do it. (Attachment).
PLS act on it before the parcel returns to you.
Desired outcome: Contact the carrier immediately to correct the address and ask for redelivery.

Shipping and Customer Service
I placed an order on Saturday, July 17th at 8:31am. I paid extra for expedited shipping that states it will be delivered within 2-3 business days of shipment. On July 17th at 5:56pm I received an email stating it shipped.
Here I am, Tuesday, July 25th, and still haven’t received my order. I have emailed Vimergy twice, once on Friday, July 21 at 6:19am and again yesterday, July 24, at 7:18pm. I have not received any response. The package tracking says it will be delivered today. I sure do hope so.
Vimergy use to always respond to emails and be very helpful. It seems that has changed. Products are good but be ready to wait for them to get it together and ship it to you.
Desired outcome: For Vimergy to contact me, refunding or crediting the expedited shipping and ensuring I do get the delivery. To act like they have some dignity.
I ended up calling Customer Service and they were indeed very helpful. The lady I spoke with is requesting to management that my shipping charges be refunded and apologized for not responding to my emails. All is well.

On June 12, 2023, at 6:16 PM I had some trouble placing an order. I was charged $102.00 for my order but never received an email confirmation.
Initially when placing my order everything seemed to be going fine until a message appeared under payment details at checkout that stated “zip code does not match billing address,” but yet a charge from Vimergy in the amount of $102.00 appeared in my transaction history.
I sent out several emails to customer service and also reached out via phone about this issue but got nowhere with the supervisor. I just want to point out that although there were multiple attempts that failed to process, my debit card was still charged more than once which doesn’t make any sense.
When placing an order, if for whatever reason a customer continues to fill out their information incorrectly, your system should not allow a payment to go through until all information is accurate. Orders should be declined until billing and shipping information is correct.
An error like this can affect many customers who are struggling with financial issues and have no choice but to wait for the charge to drop from their bank account due to not having enough money to place their order again. If the online order is getting declined and the customer can't figure out why, at least their is no possibility of being charged.
I would also like to mention that I was putting the correct shipping information, but mistakenly forgot to fill out the billing information field. I do hope Vimergy looks into this matter a bit more.
China has better customer service. They say to contact them if you have a problem or concern, so that they belittle you and then ignore you. Brilliant business plan for success. Great products, superior mission, customer service single-handedly destroying the company.
Cancelled order
First of all, I love your products! It has made a great improvement on my health.
Originally, I tried to reschedule subscriptions without success, and made an error, it’s hard to keep track of them. I then immediately cancelled my subscription for 2282417 on November 18, 2022. I then received an e-mail r/t to my above order that Vimergy cancelled it. Then I receive an e-mail on November 21, 2022 from Vimergy that the above cancelled order is being shipped. I called Vimergy this am Nov 22, 2022 and was informed that the order is being processed for shipment and I have to pay. I already spent $200.00 in the last two weeks for your supplements, and now getting billed again.
The order for the above was being processed, not shipped, big difference. Vimergy agreed on Nov 18, 2022 my order was cancelled. Again, order processed, “NOT SHIPPED” the order was not shipped until November 22, 2022, 12:29 am. This order was still in your facility Hialeah, Fla-US. Found on the shipper carrier info, tracking # 1Z941F96YW09518500 Vimergy created a label for shipping on November 21, 2022 after I already cancelled and Vimergy agreed to cancellation and then proceeded to still deliver above cancelled order while the products are still physically in your warehouse.
Please resolve this matter. I would like to be refunded in the amount of $83.60 for an order that was originally agreed upon, cancelled by both parties, an legal binding contract. Thank you for your time and consideration into this matter.

If you look at the change log on your subscription account, you can see the system processed the order as it was scheduled, then you made some edits to the subscription account and canceled the subscription. Canceling the subscription does not cancel the order that was processed. previously.
