Canara Bank balance deducted without me inform

Dear Sir,

for my account no.[protected], rs.748 as upirev debited from the account on 05/01/2018 without my knowledge. transaction description "upirev man cr [protected] 18-11-2017" -

amount of rs.4000 deducted from account no. [protected] on 04/01/2018 without my knowledge. transaction details: upi dcb dr [protected]_28-12-2017

amount of rs.4000 deducted from account no. [protected] on 07/02/2018 without my knowledge. transaction details: upi isg rev icr_[protected]_28-12-2017

the above rs.4000 was reversed twice from my account.

We have made several complaints through mails and canara tech support, still the issue is not resolved.

Request you to solve the issue at the earliest.

Canara Bank wrong and illegal debits made by the bank

SB A/c No. [protected] in the name of Jami Satyanarayana; Canara Bank, Lavelle Rd Br : Complaint against wrong debits

I find that several debits were made in my SB A/c in the month of March 2018 under the heading 'ECS Mandate charges'. I hereby notify that these transactions were illegal and the debits were carried out without my written consent. I, therefore, advise you to reverse all these transactions with immediate effect.

When ECS mandate was given, the Bank never indicated to me about the charges. The bank also gave me no notice while debiting the charges. Hence it is illegal.

I hereby further notify that unless the transactions are reversed immediately, I will lodge complaint to Ombudsman followed by complaint to Consumer court. I am also initiating to foreclose all my/my family members' FDs followed by not having any business transactions with the Bank since my money is not safe in your Bank and I fear that you may withdraw any amounts without due notice to the customer any time at your whims and fancies.

Please reverse the transaction as per my above complaint and respond to this email and confirm compliance.

Canara Bank service

The bank staff behaved very rude with me on taking the playing slip which was placed on the nails. She started with saying tht i have snatched the play in slip of her hand, where as the play in slip was placed on the nails.Even in the past i had faced problems with the staff of the same bank, as when I wnt to open an account they said it is mandatory to take 3 insurance for the same, and I was denied on that day.

Canara Bank non-receipt of sms but being charged on a regular basis - feels like scam

Now Canara Bank seems to be using a new trick/ type of idea to deduct some amount from each customer account on a quarterly basis termed as "sms charges" and yet there are no SMS that the customers seem to receive. All of my family who have accounts at Canara Bank have been deducted already 3-4 times the charges for SMS services but so far we have not received a SINGLE SMS for any of the transactions that took place.

I feel that this is some kind of scam wherein the amount on a quarter basis from each account after getting deducted goes to some particular Manager or someone's account at Canara Bank and the transaction shows that the amount is being debited for sending SMS but actually there are no SMS which gets sent but on the contrary the customer gets blamed stating that may be your SIM is at fault and you are not receiving SMS. I can agree if few customers don't receive it as there could be some issue with their SIM(s) which to a larger extent even not possible but it is not that all the customers would have some issue with their SIM that no one receives the SMS.

When I approached my Branch at Kundanbagh, Ameerpet, Hyderabad both the Manager and the Branch Manager were not able to provide me any proper info. even after almost 3 weeks and once again all my family accounts were debited for the same reason last week.

I am sure that a lot of customers of Canara Bank are facing the same issue and kindly request all of them to support ourselves and take this issue and report it to RBI and in other forums/ media so that people are not only aware of this kind of issue we have but also we need to find out as to what is happening behind the scene as there are so many scams which are happening in many banks in the recent past.

Canara Bank misbehaviour of canara bank employee and not proper response of complaints lodged to customer care through email

I lodged a complaint against canara bank, hatibagan bagan market branch, kolkata, to the customer care through email.in response I have got a simple sms through my mobile no saying "dear customer, your grievance, ref no 1718ag5037, has been resolved by the bank. Pl. Check in our online tracking system". Unfortunately, no network path of tracking system was given. Even no courtsey of email reply against my email complaints. However, I tried online through canara bank complaint link. But it was asked for 15 digited complaint id for checking the status. I am totally confused, how can I check my status!

Canara Bank misbehaviour of bank employee

The bank employee does not have manners how to speak with customers.
I submitted application of closing my account in the bank he told me that the person should be present whose account is closing.
Then I said I have two more accounts to be closed, they are joint accounts, he told me that the accounts holders should be present.
My daughters and my wife are on the way to the bank. I asked is it necessary for the account holders to be present during closer of account, as the application was already signed by the account holders. He replied very badly that yes. Then I asked him to show me the bank circular where it was written, he stood from the chair and shouteed very badly that I will not show to you, I asked his name, he replied I dont have a name, I asked can you please giveme the regional office number, he continusly shouteed and said to the guard to takeme out of the bank.
He talked like he was uneducated, shouting, speaking rudly, no respect towards the customers, like he does not want to make new customers for the bank.
I will suggest my friends and relatives and all known persons that do not join with this bank as the bank employees does not have manners how to speak with the customers.
I am truly embarresed being the customer of canara bank.

Canara Bank irtc ticket transaction cbpaytm-[protected]-[protected] - reg

sir this is G. Arokia Mary Anitha, sb a/c no.[protected], mandavellipakkam branch.on 8.10.17 i booked a train ticket via internet banking.amount of rs.2766.80 was debited from my account (cbpaytm-[protected]-[protected]) but my ticket was not generated.my transaction was unsuccessful.but the cash amount was debited from my account. i waited for 3 days but my cash was not retrieve. kindly do the needful and credit my amount as early as possible.

Canara Bank transaction problem

I am kamalesh maurya. My account no. Is [protected]. I am registered for passport in passport seva kendra from on line. My arn number is [protected]. I had sent on line transaction, but transaction is failed and amount deducted from my account. That is done two time.
Transaction detail are:-

Amount 1512.75
Date 06/03/2017
2. Arn no. [protected]
Amount 1512.75
Date 07/03/2017
These amount refunded at 30/03/2017. At 07/04/2017, I had transfered 1500 ruppies from sbi account to passport seva kendra, which is successfully done. My reporting date was 10/04/2017 and it verified from my respective thana at 15/04/2017 and finally passport received by me at 27/04/2017. But above failed transaction is resend to passport seva kendra it self at15/04/2017 when I was present at my respective thana chilh mirzapur u. P. Sir I don't understand that when a transaction is failed and after some time it is refunded then again how it can resend it self after 15 days from refunding date. I am already send complain on line at 03/05/2017 but there is no responce. Complain number is 1559401.

Sir please check my trasaction and my amount to my account.

Canara Bank deposit issue

Hi Sir,

I had submitted Rs 40000 in ppf account but Canara Bank didn't enter deposit entry in my account. I had submit on 11/3/2016. I have a slip of my deposit amount. It effects on my tax rebate. Please solve my issue. Bank didn't response me. Canara bank Branch frustrated me on this issue. They didn't solve this issue. Please contact me.

Canara Bank gold loan interest

Hai,
I am arun. B, from trivandrum. I took a gold loan from canara bank last year. It was at 4% interest, I went there 2 times before one year but the gold loan counter guy was leave. Today I went still that guy was still on leave, but today my interest changed to 8% because I was late by 5 days. Just think because of that stupid guys absence I have to pay 8% intrest for the whole year. And canara bank employees cannot do anything because its computerized and manager is also on leave. I think the old zamindars were better than this. For 5 days I am asked to pay 8000 rs more. Great grow well canara bank with our hard earned money. Shame on you.

Canara Bank cansecure

I and an NRI and have 3 accounts (NRE, SB and Can Champ) with TIPTUR branch and I have been a Customer of Canara Bank since 22 yrs. My complaint is;

a. Since 4 yrs Tiptur Branch is unable to provide me a proper LOGIN ID and PASSWORD. Write to them on email and there is no response.

b. CANSECURE is completely ridiculous thought put in to provide Customer Service. It is oriented to housewife and home bound customers only. People travelling and moving on Business cannot access their accounts using this.

c. Overall, in comparison to other banks where I had accounts and have operated the internet banking facility, Canara Bank stands the worst.
Eg of banks I had accounts : SBI, Corporation Bank, Syndicate Bank, National Bank of Oman, Saudi British Bank, Bank Muscat, Qatar National Bank, Doha Bank.

Canara Bank is happy in running shows in Televisions with the profit earned by Customers but not to keep the customers happy. I have almost switched my remittance to other branches and Canara Bank account is a memorabilia to me.

I wish Canara Bank Management and the IT Team for their innovative technology to keep customer at bay.

Canara Bank debited money in a neft transaction but not credited to beneficiary's account

Hi,

I am having an saving account in canara bank (acc. no
[protected]) udupi town branch through which I did one neft transaction of 5000 rs.in the credit of idbi bank account no. [protected], account holder's name is anuj kulshreshtha, ifsc code for branch is ibkl0000201 and date of transaction is 16/09/2011. but till today i. e 27/09/2011 it has not been credited to the beneficiary's account nor it came back to my account.
On 21/09/2011 I complained about this to the branch officials but they told me to go to idbi bank and ask them. they are charging a service charge for every neft transaction so it is canara bank duty to cross check the transaction find the problem. if I have to go and cross check for every transaction then what is the use of online banking I can directly go and deposit the money and for what they are taking the service charge. I have also registered a complaint on canara bank's website, my complaint id is 12725. even I have written so many mails to various senior officials of canara bank. but I only got a single reply that to asking about the beneficiary's account details which I already gave to them in my first mail. I have given them the details again but after that I didn't get any reply from them. their customer care people for neft transaction complaints are not picking up the calls nor they are replying to my mails.

So I want that they should return the money back to my account along with the service charge they debited as soon as possible. and take action on the people who didn't react on the complaint.

Canara Bank net banking

Canara Bank has the worst Net Banking facility available in India.
I don't know why the higher authorities of this bank having a number of old and lazy working staffs in all around the country's branch .
From Kashmir to kanyakumari, Canara Bank has the same attitude.. i.e. not working for your urgent need in time.
Here, One can judge that in the present scenario, there is a tight competition of technologies provided by banks to please their customers But CANARA BANK is providing the worst facility either you go physically or online.

Using the net facility of the bank, If one does not have the cansecure software, he will not be able to do anything in spite of having User ID and Passwords... He/She will be sitting idle like I am sitting . And for software also one has to keep a separate computer... Other wise U need to install the software every time u loging in on new PC s.
Very Bad.. ! (Hope they will wake up and control the falling number of customers)

ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND TO TOP IT YOUR STAFF ARE VERY UNHELPFULL BECAUSE THEY THEMSELVES DON'T KNOW!
I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT SOON UNLESS I GET A PROPER REPLY

still i am a canarabank customer(NRI).i did big mistake in my life that is opened my account in canarabank,
if one or two problems i can explain.specially in virudhunagar branch totally sarvanash.staffs comes to bank 10.30 then they start work at 11;00 it happen everyday, if any body want to withdraw money please come to virudhuniagar branch, any body wants details about loan, starting new account pl, come to canara bank virudhunagar branch, you never forget their service in your life time, today my mother went vnr ((23.07;11)canarabank to withdraw money(emergency purpose)unfortunately machine not working (you suppose to beliew torday only)tomorrow sundyay so she has to wait untill monday.what a pull[censored] service.
still i beliew god any body take action against this.

Canara Bank worst net banking service

Hi

I am having an account in your bank with account number:[protected] and i am feeling that its net banking experience is worst than other bank which i have used till now.
I have not activated for CanSecure but then also its getting activated by itself. The worst part of this is that application is crap and it doesn't work properly.
A normal user doesn't have laptop with him while out of his home but by activating CanSecure you guys are bounding to operate their account through that application only.

Is there only windows operating system exists?

You guys will apply security where it is not required and will never use security where it is really required.

A complaint sent through a registered post on 14-12-16 addressed to the Dy G M (Complaints) Circle office, Spencer Tower, M.G. Road, Bangalore is yet to see a reply. Is this an indication that no one is bothered about any complaints ? Then for what purpose there is a section for dealing Complaints and officers posted to work in this section ? When officials don't have the attitude to attend to any complaints or even have no mind set atleast to acknowledge such complaints on its receipt, for what purpose this is required and expenditure from the public money ? Will Mr. Rakesh Sharma look into this and make an awakening ?

case-stop payment on payorder no.249062 issue date28-01-2010, pay order is in favour of virendra bahadur gupta amount rs 200000.000 step1-virendra bahadur gupta demand to pay the amount of Rs two lakhs Rs whitch is mention on pay order no.249062 but payment is stopped step2-reason given stopped by drawer step3-bank manager say oraly that the draft lost information given in favour of payorder no. 249062 step 4-it is totaly wrong information there is no payorder no 249062 is lost.purchaser given false information and playing fraud with me step 7-bank does not told me that who is the purchaser of pay order no. 249062 step 8- there is mention name virendra bahadur gupta on pay order no.249062 and i am virendra bahadur gupta city faizabad pin-224001 with all my identity proof bank can check it. step-9 i beleive in banking so i accept pay order no.249062 step 10-i am student and i beleive in banking plz help me step -11 the possible plan of purchaser purchaser know very well that pay order is valid for six month and whem the duration is over he is able to receive the of pay order no.249062(Rs two lakh) but i (virendra bahadur gupta)does . not want this.

I have transferred money to my brother on [protected] this account,
my brother account is also in Canara bank account. But still its taken 3 to 4 hours...

I had submitted two FDs on 20th Jan., 2011 for renewal at MG Road Branch of Canara Bank in the name of Mr Piyush and Purshottam and Purshottam & Manjula S Mundra, each for Rs. 29230/- . At the branch dealing official asked to come after 2 days. Since then we have been continuously following up but these FDs are not delivered till date, by holding at their end unauthorisedly.

I have written a letter to the branch on 6th March, 2011 and subsequently to their customer graviences cell and customer service centre at Bhopal and Bangalore on 25th March, 2011. All the concerns were reminded on [protected], 13-04-2011 and 20-04-2011. I have not recieved any comments/reply so far and I have been left with no alternate except seeking your help and support.

You are, therefore, requested to look in to the matter and get the issue resolved enabling me to get the amount of FDRs.

Please note that I had made a compliaint on 7th May, 2011 but the same is not visible on website, hence I have re-subbmitted for your immediate action.

dearness relief to central government pensioners sanctioned during september is not paid till date(27/10/2011) whereas other nationalised banks and post offices have disbursed the same before deepavali festival. will the higher ups look into this and arrange payment early

THE STAFF AND MANAGER WERE LAZY, AND SERVICE TO THE CONSUMERS IS VERY POOR ZERO.
ANY TIME I GO TO THE BANK, I BECAME MAD DUE TO THE ACTIONS OF THE STAFF AT LAST I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT IN THIS BRANCH.

I also agree with all the above complaints. Really, Cansecure is a headache and the person is forcefully bound to use the single pc on which this useless software is installed. why we did not have the facility to login in our account from any where we want? Why this boundation...

We had submitted two FDs on 20th Jan., 2011, matured on 27-10-2010, in the name of my son & spouse Mr Piyush and Purshottam and Purshottam & Manjula S Mundra, each for Rs. 29230/- (handed over to your Ms. Manisha Kedar by my son Mr Piyush Mundra) for renewal and she asked him to come after 2 days. Since then we have been continuously following up but these FDs are not delivered till date. I had submitted the written letter again on 6th of March, 2011 but no response received. Hence I had reported this to their Customer Service Centre at Bhopal and Bangalore on 25th March, 2011 whcih followed with subsequent reminders dated 1st April, 2011, 13th April, 2011 and 20th April, 2011. But till date their response is awaited. Since, I have not received any reply / comments from them so far, I have been compelled to seek your kind help and cooperation.
Kindly look in to the matter and arrange to receive me the payment of said deposits at the earliest.

sir, i m manoj kapoor withdraw Rs15000 from my canara bank ATM BHARAT NAGAR CHOWNK LUDHIANA, but i receive only Rs3500 and Rs15000 is debited from my account no [protected] and DEBIT CARD no 6627 on 25 jan2011 at 20:48pm term [protected]. kindly credited my balance of Rs11500 in my account as soon as possible.

Canara Bank money not withdrawn shoiwing debit amount

Dear Sir,
I made a transaction for withdrawing Rs. 5000/- through my Canara Bank ATM card no. [protected] from one of the ATMs of HDFC ( E1AWJ003, Basni Jodhpur) but it didn’t give me money and debited Rs. 5000/- from my Canabra Bank A/c. No. [protected] with the A/c Name of Peeyush Vyas. Canara Bank Debit Card used on 02/11/11 at 12.00 A.M. in Kolkata( West Bengal ) withPunjab National Bank, ATM located at chandni chowk, Chitranjan Avenue, Kolkata-700013.
Without completing my transaction, the main screen of the ATM was off ( not working) and without withdraw money I returned back. When I came Delhi I found that the above saving bank account debited with Rs.10000/- in my account. This money I have never withdraw so kindly refund my hard earned money immediately.

The matter is very serious.
You are requested please inquire the above matter without any further delay and credit Rs.10000/- in my above saving bank account and confirm me.

[protected] from one of the ATMs of CANARA BANK IN PUDUPET BRANCH CHENNAI but it didn’t give me money and debited Rs. 700 rupees from my city union bank A/c. i have submitted cheque in Canara Bank Allahabad in may 2009 in canara bank Rs 70000 Indian Overcease Bank from Azamgarh branch.
I gave him reminder more than 20 times but the manager talk me Ruddy.

Canara Bank stop payment on pay order-249062

struggle against fraud which destroy the people's credibility, belief on demand draft or payorder it matter is resist my education life and liberty i am suffering from mental and economic harassment both last five month but no proper feedback given. i want solution of problem and rule that no body and i can suffer this type of fraud i am totaly against this type of fraud which approch is broad and it may possible that other people and student suffer from it case-stop payment on payorder no.249062 pay order is in favour of virendra bahadur gupta amount rs 200000.000 step1-virendra bahadur gupta demand to pay the amount of Rs two lakhs Rs whitch is mention on pay order no.249062 but payment is stopped step2-reason given stopped by drawer step3-bank manager say oraly that the draft lost information given in favour of payorder no. 249062 step 4-it is totaly wrong information there is no payorder no 249062 is lost.purchaser given false information and playing fraud with me step 7-bank does not told me that who is the purchaser of pay order no. 249062 step 8- there is mention name virendra bahadur gupta on pay order no.249062 and i am virendra bahadur gupta city faizabad pin-224001 with all my identity proof bank can check it. step-9 i beleive in banking so i accept pay order no.249062 step 10-i am student and i beleive in banking plz help me step -11 the possible plan of purchaser purchaser know very well that pay order is valid for six month and whem the duration is over he is able to receive the of pay order no.249062(Rs two lakh) but i (virendra bahadur gupta)does . not want this. virendra bahadur gupta student M.C.A. contact no.[protected] [protected] tilak nagar faizabad 224001

I booked a ticket on Paytm and payment done by canara bank but canara bank reject payment and also deduct Rs3596 from my account and customer care service of yours is very bad no one answer call I called on customer care number almost 50 times but no one answer my call I want my money refund otherwise I will do something legally
