Capgemini No response from the company after giving DOJ

Dear Sir/Madam,

I received my LOI on 2nd of February and I accepted it by uploading the required documents. On the 9th of February I received an email from the HR that my DOJ is 15th February and I need to submit documents for the onboarding process. I uploaded all the documents but I did not receive any further notice regarding my onboarding process yet.

I tried to contact my HR and the company many times but haven't received any response.

Now its more than 10 days that I am waiting for their reply.

I request you to look into the matter and guide me on the same.

Capgemini Offer letter

I have received the loi from capgemini more than 2 weeks ago. I submitted all my documents and it is accepted in my superset account. Still I haven't received any offer letter. In the mail I don't have my recruiter's mail i'd or any phone number. In my superset account it is showing that it will be closed within 13 days. Someone called me for following up that can I able to join at kolkata office. I agreed. But after that nothing. What should I do?

Capgemini claim amount not received

I am calling UHCP on daily basis to know about my claim process.
Till date I have not receive any confirmation mail or call it's really frustrating that my claim amount is still not receive

Kindly provide me the higher authority contact person details so that I can escalate this issue.
It's been more than six months still I have not receive my claim of Amount 15000k.

I am not sure why it is taking such a long time to approve this settlement.
Its really frustrating to chase again an again.

Let me know where I can escalate this ASAP.

Capgemini offer letter not released yet

Hi, This is the most shameful act which i have gone through in my coprate world, First of all, I got a call for interview onn JAN 22 nd Staurday, I have attended all the rounds of interview and got selected.

The HR name is SUJIT pal after contiue of follow up, There comes a person whose name is Peeyush and ask for the documents and he promised offer letter will be released in one week,
Its been 60 days no more information after followup with them for more than 15 times, Through SKPE and email.

I have few query why the hell do you guys play with our life.

I have already booked a consumer compliants with all the details, I would take this forward to the world and make sure no one else get distrub as such me.

Waiting for 60 days is not a small task as such as other, inn belief of your offer i have drop paper and i am in notice period now without any job.

Hopefully the consumer team will contact to your legal team on this.

The case if for - giving us a fake hope and getting all my documents and mis using it.

Capgemini Kept offer on hold forever

This happened in July-2015, i was interviewed by them through employee referral(still they do this to hire people at cheap cost)I cleared round 1, then 2 and then hr salary neg. I asked for good hike as i was holding offer from different org too.The hr said we can give you bit lower but share the offer letter so that it will be approved(Just to check the authenticity).After sharing doc and offer letter they did not call, luckily i was able to call them and they said they are waiting for approval and meanwhile hr kept on telling wait, we have many other people in line its not only you..I waited for 15 days nd in hope i lost my other offer too.Capgemini after i called them again they said it is not approved. Thats it and they have no reason for that.

Beware its a cheap company.If you dont believe me read the reviews on payscale, glassdoor

Capgemini sudden change in notice period

Hi,

I am an employee of Capgemini India. I was hired few months back and at that time in my offer letter the notice period for termination was mentioned as 1 month. I accepted it rather it was so for all those who joined in that period. Recently we have been informed through email that the notice period will be increased to 3 months from June 1st. We felt it is kind of cheating here. I can understand when this rule is applied to those who are joining newly but not to those who have already joined. Company is now taking advantage of this situation as they are asking associates to take up tasks which are not in their domain. Like, one of my friend who is a Java developer was asked to take care of setting up new office for the company.Similarly another colleague of mine is working in Pune and his wife & new born baby are staying in HYD. Company doesn't have any projects running in HYD which is of his domain, so he plans to move to another company. But all of the sudden the notice period is 3 months.

Can you please help us in this regard?

Capgemini revised salary letter is given in the month of April every year; applicable from Jan of the year. And if you put down your paper before April will not get the increment and hence no arrears. Also minimum of 15 % of the CTC is variable for Manager and above. I you leave before April you will not get the variable as well.
