Im being harassed by the sales people with multiple calls daily. I have blocked their number yet they continue to call. I have left voicemails, emails, and called the dealership multiples times asking them to stop but yet they won't! Talked with *** and he was very rude about this request!

The finance company Flagship and I are exhausted in attempts to get the Service Contract cancelled and documentation sent to the Gap Insurance Co. I purchased a Toyota Camry in 10 (VIN #) ***. The Camry was totaled in September . The gap insurance is not able to pay the balance of the car until the Cancellation of the Service Contract has been provided by Capital Chevrolet. The gap coverage is on a timed submission. Over 10 attempts have been made to get this issue resolved including emails, phone calls and messages; however no one responds. I recently went to the dealership in an attempt to rectify the situation. Forms were signed by me and promises made that the cancellation would be complete that was around the end of November . Nothing has been received from Capital Chevrolet by myself or Flagship Credit. This attempt to rectify the situation has been ongoing since October . Four months later we still have not received the documentation. If the gap claims time expires; there is currently 54 days left on my gap claim. I will pursue any legal action against Capital Chevrolet for damages and the balance remaining on the car.

2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD safety issue on the driver side front I had purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD on October 17 upon arrival is seem like they were in a hurry to get me approved and out the door I really didn't care about anything else so the vehicle I bought did have 100,000 miles on it so I wanna head and bought the extended five-year hundred thousand mile extended warranty on Monday the 19th I was getting ready to call man only my sales person called me made him aware of the issue with the driver side front there is something klanken in rattling really bad my salesman said let me look into that I'll get right back to you five days goes by I haven't heard from nobody so I called back on Friday, October 23 spoke with *** the sales floor manager he told me he would have a finance manager contact me in regards to my extended warranty because of the issue with the truck five days goes by again no phone call I called back once again on November 2 spoke with somebody tell me they would look into it and call me back with some answers I get to hear from nobody from this dealership this is the most sorriest customer service I've ever Seen this truck has an issue with the driver side front it should not even have passed inspection I've been in contact with the inspection people they told me if it is in fact something to do with safety and it was not supposed to pass inspection they will pull their license as I was out there was a phone call from somebody tell me what to do next I don't even have my extended warranty information where I can take it who I can contact and by writes the dealership should take care of this issue themselves considering they knew about it the day after I purchased the truck not very good business I would not recommend this dealership at all

Was sold a 2019 *** that has a leaking back glass. Called the dealership 10 days after purchase and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Drove 3 hrs to purchased a 2019 *** from Capital Chevrolet on March 14th. The truck had a broken rear defrost bracket that was conveniently tucked behind the seat. After making our discovery of the broken part the manager was questioned about it. I was told that the*** factory warranty would cover it. I would need to take it to a*** dealer to have it fixed. He knocked off $100 for the bracket. We purchased the truck not knowing the damage we would find 10 days later. After driving home I took the truck by my local*** dealer and was told the factory warranty would not cover it because the back glass had been poorly replaced. They also found damage on the roof that had been covered up much like the broken back window bracket. Next day, after a rain storm, my entire carpet was soaking wet. Back glass has a major leak. Called Capital Chevrolet about my issue with hope's they would fix the issue. Mind you, this was 10 days after the purchase. I was told on 2 different phone calls that they would not help with my situation. $40k and they will not refund or fix the problem. Took it to an auto body shop and was told that mildew and mold have already started. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a back glass and an entire carpet. I have no way of knowing how long the leak has been going on. The lack of professionalism, honesty, and integrity demonstrated by Capital Chevrolet is appalling. Others need to be warned about this shady dealership. The FTC have also been contact in regards of this frustrating issue. This dealership needs to be held accountable for their disturbing business practices. I can see why they have an F rating. I so wish I could go back and do my research and uncover what I recently found in regards to this horrible dealership.

Capital Chevrolet charged and performed work in excess of a published service bulletin, resulting in excessive charges and out of scope work. I was receiving an air bag fault code only when the cab of my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado got hot. Thinking the dealership diagnostics would be the best place to find the root cause, I brought my vehicle to Capital Chevrolet where I have had work done before. The dealership located the problem to be an electrical resistance that built up when the vehicle got hot. A phone call disclosed that they would have to replace the airbag and harness, having already disassembled much of the front cab of my vehicle with a quote estimate of $1,600. Needing my truck and being denied any alternative solutions, nor a loaner vehicle I agreed for them to do the work over the phone. Upon continued investigation on my own I learned this is a common problem with my make, model and year truck with GM issuing an official service bulletin to the NHTSA number PI1469. In the service bulletin the work to be completed is a splice around a defective harness connection, requiring one hour of labor. The work performed by Capital Chevrolet was to replace the entire wiring harness, four hours of labor, and replace the air bag. Picking up the vehicle the next day I shared the service bulletin with Capital Chevrolet to which they indicated the problem was unrelated to the work they performed despite pointing out the fault code indicated in their work, B0021, was identical to the fault code in the service bulletin. I do not have expectations that the work completed be free of charge, but the deceptive practices of Capital Chevrolet are of concern. Based upon the invoice and described work in the service bulletin the charges by Capital Chevrolet should not be in excess of $305 instead of $1,676.70. Supporting documentation has attempted to be attached to include the GM service bulletin, the Capital Chevrolet invoice, and Capital Chevrolet charge receipt.

Capital Chevy had my truck for 93 days
Capital Chevy had my truck for 93 days. They said they would fix it. They let my warranty expire and then decided not to repair the truck. I scheduled a service appointment for Monday Aug. 17 at 9:00am for a knocking noise, oil leaks, and several other repairs. When I dropped of the truck for my appointment they told me that they couldn't look at it for a few days. I said it was fine and left the truck. They texted me saying that they did not hear the knocking noise I asked them to keep trying because it make it all the time. On Wed Sept 2, I went up there and started the truck beside the manager ***, 2 mechanics, and a friend that was with me. Everyone herd the loud knocking noise and *** told me that the would go ahead and call the warranty company. Later that day I received a text stating that the warranty company did give the go ahead to start the engine tear down and the dealership said that they would keep me updated. About 2 weeks later, I texted them asking for an update. No response. The next day I sent another text asking for an update. No response. Later on they replied to me stating that they have decided that they would not do the repair. My warranty expired on Sept 4. So now they are refusing to do the work and because they kept my truck for so long, my warranty has expired and now I am stuck in need of an engine. If the manager *** would have just told me on Wed Sept 2nd that he did not want to work on the truck, I could have gone somewhere more reliable. Now im stuck. No one wants to mess with it because the warranty has expired. They kept my truck for a total of 93 days. I was told all sorts of different lies and excuses. They blamed the warranty company, saying that that the warranty company denied the repair. I called the warranty company (Mopar) and they confirmed that they never denied any repair. They said the dealership did not do what they were suppose to do and never contacted them back after getting the approval for the engine tear down. Due to the lack of communication, I finally got in touch with the GM, ***. I left multiple request and emails for *** before I could get a call back. He suggested that I come in and do a 3way call with them and the warranty company to find out what is really going on. I went back to the dealership and *** was nowhere to be found. Again. I sat down with two managers, *** and Pablo to do the 3 way call. The call ended with the warranty company telling *** that what they did was wrong and that they have never dealt with a dealership refusing to to the work. The warranty company defended me and was in shock that the dealership pulled such a dirty move. The warranty company said that the dealership did me wrong. I have the whole 3way call recorded. Capital Chevrolet did not even bother to get a quote up for the warranty company. Capital Chevrolet kept my truck for 93 after my scheduled appointment. I even called before I made the appointment to make sure that they could make this repairs. They said yes we can do it. That's why I brought my truck there. They agreed to do the repairs, got approval from my warranty company, let my warranty expire, and then decided not to fix my truck. Now I've been without my truck for 93 days, my warranty has expired and I need an engine. I am still making payments on this truck and I can not sell it to anyone knowing that there is an internal engine issue. Their lack of honesty, integrity, and customer service has put my family and I into a bad situation. All of this falls back onto them.
