Capscare Academy for Health Care Education review: Transcript request

I graduated from the school in August 2022 and wasn't granted a degree or a transcript. I also wanted my transcript to be sent to the New York board of nursing to transfer my Florida RN License.I contacted the school numerous times via text and email but never received a response. If I did receive a response it was always a guarantee that I would get my transcript and degree that I requested. After many attempts and months of waiting, I did research and discovered that the better business bureau can help facilitate the process of obtaining my documentation. I filed in July, and was immediately contacted by the school that they would send me my documents if I were to drop the claim. I decided to see if they would fulfill my request. They did send me my diploma but failed to send me my transcript to the New York board of nursing for processing. On July 5, I received an email from the school stating that they sent it. But later found out via multiple calls that I placed to the New York board of nursing that they never received my certified transcript. I allowed sometime for the Board of nursing to track my documents but ultimately discovered my results weren't sent at all. I then decided to contact the school for further clarification and was met with no response and seemingly ignored and blocked. This school has scammed me and devalued my entire life. I'm a registered nurse and passed the most important exam of my life. And haven't been able to work because of the dishonesty of this school.
