I am complaining about careem captain
Careem Captain named as Zafar Iqbal having vehicle Grey Suzuki WagonR. Registration number LEA-2517.
I booked a ride with him. He was about 13 minutes away from and I request him to come as I was waiting. He put the message 'arrived' and hasn't reached. Then I call him thrice he didn't pick my call. I didn't cancel my ride as I would be fined for that. After waiting for 15 minutes without my any response he canceled the ride. Picture is attached as evidence screenshot taken while he has done that. I am regular customer of Careem. So please accept my request to block that person from Careem & Uber as well.

I booked a GO ride on 11 April 2019. The ride was confirmed as GO plus with estimated fare as Rs.325. I talked to captain on anonymous number to ask him wether he knows the address he asked me for my private number on the pretext of calling me back for address confirmation. Meanwhile i got the message that my ride has arrived. Where as it didn't, infact I received a couple of calls from the captain afterwards asking me for the directions. I finally boarded the ride when it reached my home and told the captain about the message to which he said that it is probably a malfunction. After reaching the destination the captain asked for Rs.850 as fare and showed us his cell phone indicating the same. I objected at the higher fare to which he said this ride is GO Plus. I told him that I booked a GO ride, but subsequently paid Rs.850 as I was getting late to board a bus.
Later on when I entered the Wi-Fi zone got a message from Careem app that about Rs. 200 is an outstanding balance. Now I realized that I have been defrauded by the Careem captain.
Submitted for further necessary action against the captain, refund of excessive fare and waiver of outstanding balance.

I booked a ride and called the captain, the captain denied to go to my drop off location and I'm asked to pay for it? Why is that so? Also, I again booked a ride and again the captain denied to go to the drop off location, cancelled the ride before two munutes and still the outstanding balance increased. Matlab kya masla hai? If I'm not taking a service and cancelling the ride before two minutes why am I supposed to pay 120 rs?

wrong cancelation charges
My wife booked Careem from Rabi center Rawalpindi for E-11/2 Islamabad. The first two captains (One of them was Mr. wajab Mehmood Car No. EZ-931) confirmed but a few minutes later asked me to cancel the bookings as they could not come.
The excuse from the first: Water in corborater
The excuse from second: Could not find the passenger, after repeated confirmations.
I got the third one (Mr. Zubair Car No. FB-504), who unfairly charged me Rs. 180 extra (526+180) claiming the cancellation charges.
This, in addition to unfairly charged money also caused time wastage and frustration.
Kindly take necessary action against the captains and refund Rs. 180.

I book a ride of bike (don't know his name and bike number), his contact number is 03227649883. Estimated arrival time was 14 Mins and after 20 mins I called him that he is going towards opposite direction, Captain said that I've cancelled the ride. But ride was not cancelled by him. I said to him that you have wasted my time and you probably got the ride of your nearby area then start misbehaving me.
I then use another service and was much satisfied. Hope Careem will also develop their people that how to talk with valuable customers.

I booked a car from Lusail Katara hospitality to Madurai restaurant. My contact number is +974 [protected]. Someone accepted the ride and we waited for around 15 minutes. He was moving away from us and so i called him. He rejected my call and after 5 mins I again called him. Again he rejected. Finally i cancelled my ride. What type of service is that? If he cannot come.. he should have informed us or should have attended my call. Very bad. Really disgusting. I dont remember his name. But its a grey mitsubishi lancer i guess and his contact number is +[protected]. Please let me know the reason. Am a very active blogger and i will include this in my videos and quora's..

I booked a careem motorcycle ride on 22nd April from sardar tuk shop pir vidai to paf chock at about 7 o clock three time However the captain told me he was coming after few minutes i cancel the ride myself because captain didnot move on the location every time. However my account is now showing negative balance.
it is therefore requested your service is so good but some captains aren't responding properly and killing the time of customers kindly take some serious action against them.

careem cancellation and charges policy
Dear sir/madam,
I booked a Careem ride on the last Saturday! I contacted the captain but he did n't respond! I again contacted so his mobile was powered off! I saw on the map that the driver is not moving! Then I canceled the ride within 2 minutes! But I got the penalty!
What kind of policy Careem management has set up for cancellation charges? They should provide at least 2 minutes for cancellation of ride! And this has not happened to me for the first time! I faced this issue for 3-4 times and complaint to Careem immediately when such incident occurred!
So kindly eliminate the penalty charged on me! Looking for your response!

I have booked a ride today and same time i try to contact caption more than three time but he did'nt attend my call. While i move near my pick up location and on fifth call he attend my call and i tolad them did you car ac working, he say no and i cancled ride but cancletion charges hit me. i try to contact help line where we know not can approch from few days. I write an email and i got reply that we will check and will back to you soon. but nothing happen. i should get these cahrges back and force to caption for ac and i have this experence last two days that every body saying that ac need service and that's why we are not turning on.
I am not happy with Careem help center. There should be line land number to easy approch.

It's me Syeda Maliha from Islamabad. Today at 6:00 PM almost I booked a captain from Islamabad to Rawalpindi. After that captain name Syed Shafique Husaain, Mobile no. 0317-5650492, Car number plate AAT-631. This person didn't contact us and even his number was off and we cannot communicate with him. About the time that when will he arrived at pur our destination. He even didn't cancel the trip as well and we can see that he was 4 mints far away & then 18 mints. So this is how you are providing the ridiculous services to your customers. We cannot even make a proper contact for complaint as well. We had to wait for more than one hour & the worst thing is that we were as a guest there. It was so shameful because it was my first experience with careem & there services were so so so bad. I suggest you people to make to make complaint helpline as well & check and balance to your captain also. So this will help you to makee services better otherwise this was the bad experience. First experience is the last experience. So make it better.

Mukhtar ahmad of black diahatsu moov said that he is in shifa international hospital but when I reached there he was not there, told me I don't like ur drop off location and my superiors have said that I can't refuse ur request. So for next 20 minutes I was unable to get any careem. What a waste of time
