I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my most recent experience I had with Careem's delivery service. On 7th October, I had placed an order for a parcel delivery with the expectation that Careem would provide a reliable and efficient service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
First and foremost, the delivery was never made to my designated address. I received no notification or call from the delivery person, who, according to your tracking system, arrived at my location. Nobody informed me that additional details were required to enter the premises, leaving me in the dark about the status of my delivery.
As a result, my friend waited for two hours, hoping that the delivery would eventually arrive or that we would receive some communication regarding the delay. Regrettably, no such communication was forthcoming, and we were left completely in the dark regarding the whereabouts of our parcel.
To make matters worse, I was shocked to discover that I had been charged for a service that was never provided. It is utterly unacceptable to charge a customer for a delivery that was not completed, especially when no explanation or apology was offered.
When I finally managed to reach the delivery person by phone, his response was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He displayed no sympathy for the situation and made no effort to resolve the issue. This lack of professionalism and customer service is not what I expected from Careem, and it has left me deeply disappointed.
I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter and a refund of the charged amount to my account at the earliest possible convenience. It is only fair that I be reimbursed for a service that was not delivered and for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
I believe that Careem has the potential to offer exceptional service, and I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously, leading to improvements in your delivery services and customer support.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
