Cargo Force review: Cargo to riyadh

I wasn’t informed when my cargo arrived I had to do the chasing up. Although I was told I would be informed prior to payment. I found out my cargo arrived by constantly chasing up. I was then told upon arrival at SAL in Riyadh that I have to pay a fee of 700+ for what I don’t understand for storage fees. Management came down to speak to me and refused to give my goods unless I paid 700+ when they did not text me or inform me that my cargo arrived neither did my cargo people from london. I had to constantly keep chasing up. I am not psychic how else as a customer could I know my cargo arrived if no one informed me. I was left with the charges wasted time and energy and cab fees for traveling to and from the SAL cargo location. Everytime I contacted Anwar Sheikh he said he can’t interfere the emotional and mental exhaustion caused by this man was ridiculous. Providing I am new to Riyadh so to go through this was a headache I do not need. Then when I asked for a refund he ignored and refused to give me a refund
