On July 25th, 2023, my scheduled flight from Kingston, Jamaica, to New York City was severely disrupted, resulting in a delay of over 12 hours. My original departure time was 7:05 am, but the flight was postponed until 6:55 pm. Faced with the risk of missing my connecting flight from New York City to Berlin, I had no choice but to secure an alternative flight with a different airline for the morning to ensure I reached my destination on time.
On August 10th. I received this email from Customer Service.
Dear Mrs. Ramirez,
We acknowledge receipt of your correspondence relative to your claim with us.
We wish to advise the claim submitted is currently being reviewed once completed you will be further advised.
In the meantime, we thank you for your patience.

Over 2 months later I haven't received any other update or compensation on my case even after sending multiple emails requesting an update.
Desired outcome: Receive compensation back
I have been waiting for over 6 months. Please.
