My wife and I are so happy with our building! We had been talking about purchasing a building for a while for our business we are about to venture into. My wife found the Carport website, called and inquired and that very same day we had a building in the works. It only took a short period of time for our building to be fabricated. After it was ready to be delivered, it took only 2 days for the workers to put it up! The color and style is beautiful and exactly as we selected. We were still surprised at how big and spacious our new building is! Bob, our salesman, was so kind and courteous and very attentive to all of our needs. Maria, with Carport Central was amazing and very helpful. We have already recommended this company and the sales reps to others. We have been asked by so many people who built our building. We are happy to say Carport did! We highly recommend this company!

(My "slab" was poured 20 yeas ago when the house was build and was documented two places on the contract that the slab was in place. They said it would be 8-10 more weeks. Anyway called to cancel and as of 3/6 (3+ months after deposit) was told the manager has not "approved" my refund! Called the credit card company and going about it that way - also filing complaint with Complaintsboard.com and anyplace else i can leave negative reviews. So many other companies to choose from Alan's was great to work with and they called every two weeks with an update ! imagine that !

Everything was great except the lock set supplied would not work/was the wrong one for walk in door. Negotiated a reduction in total price for our inconvenience. Otherwise, the crew is very nice and extremely skilled, and we are very satisfied with the outcome.

I am impressed... love my new building... couldnt ask for the transaction to go better.. building was exactly as I ordered... install crew was amazing... they were truly on it and had it installed in a single day... I truly give the install team a applause they kicked butt...i wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future... Original review: So far the experience with this company has been superb... I highly recommend them they're customer service has been top notch... Bradley helped me design exactly what I was looking for a 22x45x12 3 sides enclosed rv cover with front gable... he got me hooked up with financing in no time... so far I'm very impressed... I will give a further update when the building gets delivered and installed... im excited to get this on my property...

My experience in getting a new carport installed was excellent. Bob, the specialist guided me through the design and buying process. Carport Central was very organized and professional in assisting with the permitting and completing installation. Our Carport was installed in one day and job site was left clean. We are very satisfied and would recommend Carport Central to anyone.
My building was just installed today. I love the building and the contractor and team did a great job installing it. Everything was done in a very professional and timely manner. I could not be more pleased.

Installation was expected last September, however, due to installation difficulties and unexpected delays the actual installation occurred on April 15. Needless to say I was somewhat upset but I was a firm believer in the company and each time I contacted them throughout this ordeal they have assisted me in mediating with the installation people and explaining the hold up. I would not allow installation during the winter months on the advice of professional builders in my area. When I got the call for the April date I was overjoyed. On the day of installation, the team arrived early and they were very professional and methodical with the installation which only took 3 hours. Even though, I had some difficulties I would highly recommend Carport Central and *** because their product is certified and the workmanship is outstanding.

We had a good experience with the sales process and the installation. Our Sales Representative was excellent and helped us select the size and options that we needed for our motorhome storage. It was smooth and easy. We checked with other companies to get competitive quotes and found the price almost twice what we paid - and this was from a nationally known company. The installation team also did a fantastic job and had everything completed in less than a day - including cleanup. We are completely satisfied and will use Carport Central again if we have a need. The only issue we had was with the scheduling process. It took months longer than we anticipated to get the installation date confirmed.

Everything this business does and communicates about its fees is pretty scary. First, it doesn't tell you the initial downpayment is nonrefundable. Then, you get another call telling you the company wants half down before they can come out to install. After paying close to $16,000 this company hasn't even lifted a hammer yet. The worst is telling me they will arrange for a forklift, but then saying they can't find one and charging me an additional $1,250 for so-called labor to install a heavy roof. Whether this company does good work or not is not relevant since my schedule date isn't until October 14th. I'm wondering if they are even going to show up. I'm in Maine and it's getting down into the 40's during the day. I tried to warn them, but I wasn't scheduled for a whole month an and a half. I think the Attorneys General should take note of this company to ensure that billing is even legal. I'm afraid now and hope they show up on the 14th. I would exercise extreme caution with this company.

They use deceptive practices to gain your business. I made several attempts to gain a building permit, but ultimately was unable to obtain one. One of their reps Named Jason indicated that they would be issuing a refund of the deposit. After not hearing from them for several months, I placed a call to Coast to Coast steel buildings the manufacture of the building. They informed me that Carport Central was a distributer of their product and that they showed that the structure had been canceled. They told me to contact Carport Central regarding the refund. It is unclear as to how attempting to place an order with Coast to Coast Carports directly ended up going through Carport Central, but the net result is Carport Central claiming that all deposits are non-refundable. this is a warning to anyone seeking to buy from Coast to Coast and when placing the order getting directed or connected to Carport Central. Dbl check the address bar before continuing with your order. Carport Central is not a company you will want to do business with.

Carport Central /American Building Network did a great job building my 24' X 35' barn. It took 4- 1/2 days to build on the concrete slab. The materials were majority made in the USA, the engineering was excellent and the workmanship was outstanding. The workmen were Spanish speakers, but the supervisor was excellent and spoke English. I had my doubts at first, so I spent a lot of time observing them at work. I was impressed by their attention to detail in every phase of the construction. They always had their pencil, measuring tape, speed square and spirit level handy for every beam, column, corner and panel. No shortcuts. They also had the right kind of tools and right quality of tools to work with. No lollygagging. Bottom line - they took the time to do it right. I live in Texas and had the barn built in South Carolina, so I was apprehensive about paying so much up front and having to wait for the scheduling dept to call me, but Garrett and Ashleigh came through for me. I would definitely use Carport Central to build my next barn.

Was told I would have a building in a month. It was ordered 6-25 still waiting. Had to order a forklift that cost an extra $500 Dollars, because I got 14 ft walls. I wonder If I'm responsible for providing the rest of there tools. I had to wait to be put on the scheduled till after my pad was poured because it had to cure for two weeks. That was 3 weeks ago Yesterday. Now I just got a call saying it will be an extra day because of the rain. If they don't have another excuse it will be put up on the 14th and 15th of Aug. *** offered the same building for 500 dollars more. Wish now I would of went with them, if they provide there own forklift it would of been the same money and my building would be up by now. Beware of the use of outside contractors to put up your building. I am put under the impression that after the building was sold they just past the blame. Unacceptable as far as I'm concerned They sold me the building it is there responsibility to make sure its put up on time. Very Frustrated and Disappointed I could of put this building up myself by now and saved thousands of dollars.

We began the process of ordering a garage on our property May 3 and placed a deposit. It was only after we had prepped the area and poured a concrete slab that the company told us we would not get the building installed for another 25-30 weeks, which we felt should have been shared with us up front. What a misleading way to do business! The builders were able to install the building this past week, but there were multiple problems. First, the garage door and opening were a foot longer than we ordered, which means the concrete cutout for the door was not long enough, leaving a gap underneath. I will have to have cut the concrete in order for it to fit. Second, the screws are steel and not color matched to the siding, which looks terrible. I will have to replace them all myself. Also, there are several places where the installers missed the frame so they just put in extra screws side by side. That is unacceptable! Finally, there are numerous scratches in the metal of the siding, trim, and most noticeably, in several parts of the white garage door. We are extremely disappointed in the way this company has treated us from the beginning. It would be tolerable if the finished product was done well, the way we would expect for it to be done. What an awful experience.

My experience with Carport Central started great and then took a huge nose dive! I ordered my building on 11/7, and they assured me the building would be coming within a few weeks and to get the old building taken down and area ready. They were very diligent about contacting me. Once the down payment, which was just short of 50% down was completed, its been ghost and crickets other than when I make multiple calls and emails. Now here is is 1/12, 2 months later and i finally received a call from the scheduling team stating it will be spring as the ground will be frozen and they can risk getting stuck here in iowa from a snow storm. Fancy that, we have gotten snow once, and its in the upper 30s last week, this week, and next week. My ground is only froze about 2" down. The worst part is I have a trailer and boat sitting outside now for going on 2 months and going to be another 3-4 months as they wanted me to get the area ready immediately for install. It is extremely irritating to be told I'm getting a free install within 8 weeks of the order like you see all over their website, and then I'm not sure when or if I'll ever recieve the install. Lastly, the call I received yesterday was :"nothing I can do" - no discounts, no date or range for spring still, nothing... just sit on my thumb and hope they have if installed before its 90 in June.

In October , revised November , we ordered a steel garage. Completed all paperwork and deposited the required down payment. The contract we signed with Carport stated they had from 2 weeks to 8 months to complete the project. After a couple of months and several requests we finally got the design plans from Carport Central's associate, The Carport Network in Atascocita, TX, so we could submit those along with the permit we filed with the County. We submitted everything the County needed for the inspection of the cement slab we had poured. The County completed their first inspection. We then started contacting Carport Network in TX to get a scheduled date for installation. From the start of our phone calls and emails to them, they would never call us back. We had to keep calling and emailing. This went on for several more months and during that time we received 2 or 3 calls back, always telling us they were working on it, and were trying to find a contractor in our area. We waited weeks and weeks without any response from them Eventually they did not respond to our contacts at all. After over a year, we decided to just get a refund of our down payment from Carport Central in NC. They told us they don't do that, even though they did not fulfill their end of the contract. They even admitted that Carport Network in TX did this to 9 other customers and that they had decided they are not installing the garages anywhere but in Texas. Of course nobody ever told us that over months of our trying to get any kind of response. Finally after talking to a manager my husband got them to agree to give us back half. We again waited a month and no refund. Contacted again and were told they forgot to send the email to request the refund check. Again waited over two weeks and finally got a check, but it wasn't the amount they promised -- not even the HALF. Contacted them again to request the remaining refund and still no response. They are a fraud. Steer far clear of them!

May 18: I made a purchase with Carport Central. I have a current structure that must be removed prior to installation of the new structure. Chris B, Carport Central, told me that they could provide me with 2 weeks lead time on the installation after checking with Carport Central's Manufacturer. The work order stated 2 weeks lead time specifically. May 20: Next, Shelby at Carport Central's Manufacturer contacted me to confirm the work order specifications. During this conversation, I specifically mentioned the 6 to 8 weeks delivery with 2 weeks lead time in order to remove the old structure and Shelby acknowledged. May 27: Kala at Carport Central's Manufacturer contacted me at 5:08PM, 1 week, they can install in 6 days. I pointed out the work order specifications and she said that they cannot give 2 weeks lead time because they only know when an Installer is available 2 or 3 days in advance. This was like a big sucker punch. Great that they contacted me to install in 1 week, not 6-8 weeks, and that they can install in 6 days, not 2 weeks lead time. Had Carport Central had not mislead me then I would have had the old structure removed when we signed the work order. I would have been ready for a call in 1 week to install in 6 days because my pad would have been clear and ready for installation. Kala advised me to clear the pad then call them to be placed back on the installation schedule. June 1: I have recovered from the sucker punch and found someone to remove the old structure. I called the Manufacturer Installation Scheduler and spoke with Anna advising her that my pad is clear and to place my installation back on the schedule. She confirmed that they can only give 2 or 3 days lead time. I asked to speak with a supervisor and a lady named Mason got on the line. She confirmed only 2 or 3 days lead time and that she would talk to the dealer. Currently they have no installers available for my area and placed my purchase back on the installation schedule. Now I'm waiting on a call from Carport Central's Manufacturer Scheduler for installation.

I entered into a contract and paid my deposit on April 28, to purchase a 30x40 metal building which should have taken four to six weeks. It was finally completed on August 17. It was the worst experience of my life. Without Rochelle's support, I would never have gotten through this. Carport Central is not to be blamed for all my problems. I know nothing about building and it hurt me in this project. It was estimated by a contractor who does pad prep work for Carport Central that my cost would be $4700 to complete the pad. The Contractor did not come look at my site but requested that I send him pictures. I sent several. When the Contractor's crew showed up to build my pad, they informed me that I would need ten more loads of fill dirt and I could not use anchors but would have to use footers which would cost me an additional $2500. Total additional cost to me was approximately $6500 with those requirements. This was money that I had not anticipated having to spend. I spoke with the owner of the company and told him that he should have come to the site before quoting me the original cost of $4700. He told me that he did not charge enough to pay for travel to examine the site. I told him that he should start adding enough money to examine a site before quoting a job. So, here I was. I had signed my contract with Carport Central, paid my deposit, anticipating $4700 for a pad. I was caught in a situation that I had no clue how I was going to solve this. I'm sorry to say I got no support from Carport Central upper management. I was simply told that "Carport Central only sells and installs the building and it is very clear in our advertisements." Long story short, I found a local contractor that helped me get my pad ready. I called Carport Central and they came and installed my building. Rochelle did exactly what she told me in the beginning she would do and that was she would stand with me until the entire project was complete. What an attribute she is to this company. I hope they realize that. I also would like to commend the Accounting Department. They are very professional, courteous, and efficient. Great job. If Carport Central would do a better job of spelling out their requirements to their Contract Companies, I think this could be a really good company. Until that happens, there will continue to be problems I am sure. I hardly think I am the only person this has happened to. It's really sad because Carport Central has some really caring employees and in the end I got a beautiful building, exactly what I wanted, and had Rochelle to keep encouraging me to see it through.

We can't get Jason to return a phone call and he will occasionally respond to emails. When we originally placed the order, I asked Jason if they were experiencing any supply issues with their vendors due to COVID and he assured me they were not and that we would have the building installed within a few weeks. We have left messages with Jason and spoken to "managers" at the company and no one seems at all interested in resolving this situation. We either are told that they can't find people to put the building in, they haven't opened up our state for installations due to the winter weather, or now, the manufacturer is having supply issues. At this point, we just want our money back so we can order a building from a more reputable company. Someone please help us! We have been beyond patient.

I signed a contract with Carport Central on November 18 and paid a $1,176 deposit for a carport. They said I would receive plans in several days to get a building permit. They sent me generic plans which I can not use to obtain a building permit. And said the carport would be installed in 8-10 weeks. I wish I had seen all the complaints before because now I am worried that I have lost the $1,176 deposit. Since I signed the contract I received one call that they would send the plans but only received the generic plans I can not use. The email said if I could not use the generic plans to contact the manufacturer which I have no idea who that is. They can refund the deposit or provide the plans and carport and I will follow through with the contract. However, calls and voice mails requesting contact to discuss have been unanswered.

In 9 I bought a garage from Carport Central. I made a $5,400 down payment. I was then contacted by ***. They said they were building my garage for Carport Central. After paying another $11,000 in 04 they said it would be 5-6 weeks to delivery. I called them 7 weeks later with no news from them. When I finally got to talk to a live person I was told it would be another 4 weeks and that they would call me every week to update me on the delivery date. Another two weeks later without a word from them I tried again on 7/1. Despite trying for 40 minutes straight during normal business hours I never got a live person. I know voice mails are not answered, so I did not bother. I then called Carport Central during normal business hours. I was told no one was available to talk to me and was offered no solution. After reading the reviews of *** I see I a common theme: Customers never get their building or have leaks everywhere. I want my money back.

We ordered a garage back on November 2nd, and put a deposit down of $1,945.60. Unfortunately, almost a year has gone by and there's still nothing. We have done everything needed including getting the permit and pouring a concrete pad. But every time we call they can't give us any sort of date or answers to when it will be installed. We have been nothing but understanding with COVID and shortages, but it's been a year and we've been able to finish an entire house before a garage that is supposed to take one day to install. We will need to establish a firm installation date or be given a full refund within the next 30 days. (And yes, I understand that it says in the contract that you can't guarantee an installation date, but it's now been almost 12 months, and in contractual law, there is the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealings.)
I ordered a metal building from this company several months ago. They collected a down payment and the first months payment on the building. The lack of communication and call backs from this company has lead me to believe they scammed me out of my money. I asked for a full refund of money paid and was told NO. I want my money back and will never do business with them again. I just called again this morning and left another message, surprisingly no call back. I can provide receipt.
On 4/9 I purchased a building from carport central through ***. I paid $6200 as a down payment and was told I would receive engineered drawings in 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I contacted my sales rep Travis L to enquire about the drawings and it was found they had never submitted my plans to get drawn. At that point I was given another 4-6 week time frame unless I paid a rush fee that would speed the process up to 1-2 weeks that took place 5/24 the drawings and the rush fee were $2294. I contacted Travis again when I had not received anything after nearly a month and he said he would have an update Monday 6/21. I did not hear back and have since left multiple voicemails and send multiple e-mails. The company has taken $8,494 in payments from me and I have nothing to show for it. I do not wish to continue business with this company and am requesting a full refund.

I purchased 2 buildings from Carport Central. I put a DOWN PAYMENT of $1150.10 & $3252.06. The invoice states it is a down payment & is used for plans. But the company they subbed to required me to pay them $1150 & $1750 for plans. The plans kept failing with Building & Safety & with covid restrictions, I told them the plans were finally submitted 2, they said NOTHING. Not until 5/21 did the subbed building company now want 15k more for the 2 buildings. I notified Jason at Carport Central immediately & he said he would try to fix it. I fixed the 1st one & cancelled the2nd & asked for a refund, but since June have heard nothing. The subbed company claims the down pmt does not come to them. If the down payment is not really a down pmt & the down pmt is supposed to include plans, then why was I required to pay extra for plans. CC's subbed company NEVER once said there was an issue though THEY didn't send plans until 12/20. I've lost plan & permit costs too. I want a refund $3252.06

I thought i did my due diligence checking into carport central. Most comolaints i seen was over timing issues, which are bound tobhappen in the construction industry. This place takes the cake though. After having received my deposit and numerous attempts at contacting them with no response or any idea of when it would be scheduled. I had to settle for colors they had in stock instead of what i paid for or keep waiting. After conversation with sales rep Bradley with concerns of terms on contract, changes where made to wording. After finally getting the building erected it is not as was said on phone. It is not a sealed building, ready for me to make house . The gaps are ridiculous. No seal for the roof cap. No rat guard that was specifically spoke of over phone. Do not do business with this company. Worst experience ever, nobody needs this kind of stress
Received a quote from salesperson and advised approximately 16 weeks for an install and made a deposit on 02/23. As of to date i am unable to get any install date or information from them orher than two people with Carport Central telling me they are so far behind and do not even have materials up here, and that they are trying to answer sales from last October that have not been installed. I have requested return emails with no answer and i get no return calls from anyone who can help me. I have requested either an install on our building or a refund of our deposit if they cannot provide the product they promised. Again i cannot and have not been able to speam to anyone who has or can help us.
03/01 contract signed by *** Gave deposit at signing of $5,100.00 contract total $55,105.00 They set drawing that do not represent the building contracted for. They agreed to a time frame that was necessary to meet and that time has past. Notes on contract will show jurisdiction goes to court system of buyer and a 6 month time frame to erect. I ask for a refund and they say no and they have passed beyond any reasonable explanation of completing job. I now have made other arangements. The engineering provided did not meet requirement set forth in contract. Please return my deposit. Thank you.

CS (Travis) told us we needed a drip edge when the concrete was poured (1. to keep the rain from coming under the wall of the garage and 2. seals a bit to help keep creatures out) Concrete was completed as specified at an additional cost to us from the concrete company.We called to set up the installation date. Were told 2-3 weeks when we purchased the garage...no one would return our calls or emails. Salesman said he would check on it and would't hear back from him. Finally installed June [protected]. The crew not only left a huge mess, they installed on top of the slab and cut the rebar for the electrical grounding (which we will now have to pay extra to fix. The roof has holes all in it (missing screws and just holes) so the rain comes in. I have spoken to salesman, Heather (over install) and a manager, Eric. No return calls or emails (a couple with no answers). I'd like fixed or refunded for problems caus

In June we put a deposit of $1,024 on a metal garage. We were told by the customer service rep to go ahead and have our pad poured and get the permits. Well # 1 issue in Duval county you can not pour a pad that a structure is going on without permitting first. We asked for a refund because NO materials should have been pulled and we have been unable to secure a permit with Duval County Florida since June. First we were told they would refund us $200. Then they agreed to refund us 50% and that was weeks ago. WE would like our money back as this company has done nothing for us! Can barely get someone to call you back. This has gone on way too long as we have requested a refund in September and we are now near the end of December and still have not seen any money refunded to our bank account. They took our money out of our account in a matter of seconds so I'm not quite sure what is the hold up! I would now like my entire deposit refunded or I will report to my banking system as a fraudulent charge.(I guess that is the only thing left to do since this company keeps giving me different excuses.) Seeing how this company likes to apparently just take hardworking peoples money!

In October placed a deposit on a carport that was to be delivered in 8 weeks max the salesmen said...after 8 weeks I started calling them to get a update for delivery.. was told the order was filled at the manufacture waiting on delivery... month after month the same answer they gave when they decided to even return calls which is rare.. Come January I'd had enough and Requested A refund .. February I get a call from management saying they couldn't give a refund until he looked into why it wasn't delivered and would call me by Thursday...I've called and left messages since then... no return call.. called again this am and told them I had to put in an order with a different company because after 6 months I still haven't received a carport from them and no call back from them about a real ETA of their week max carport after 5 months. I've left a message I needed a refund from them because they failed to deliver and return calls... And I informed them if I didn't hear from them again I had to put a deposit with another company.. I've done this.. called them back and told them again to please refund my deposit... I've gotten no call back...Seems to be their way of doing things...

I was told by the salesman that I needed to put 20% down and pay the rest of the balance when the shed is delivered. Once I signed up they sent me a contract to sign. I did sign the contract and sent it back to them. 6 weeks later I called them to see how my shed was coming it was very hard to get in contact with them. Finally a lady called me back, she doesn't work for carport central she works for the manufacturer. She advised me that I had to put another 50 % down to get my shed delivered. I told her that carport central led me to believe that all I had to do is put the 20% down and it would be delivered. When I got a hold of someone at carport central his name was *** he basically told me its not their problem anymore that I have to deal with the manufacturer. I didn't buy a carport from the manufacturer I bought it from carport central. They have several complaints for the same issue all over there *** and online reviews. They should tell the truth up front and not make the customer find all the fine print in their 8 page contract. They just took my money and handed me to someone else that I don't even know.

On April 14, I deposited $2,811.60 with Carport Central for a metal building in California. The deposit was made before approval by the local authorities. If not approved, it was agreed to be refunded. On August 19, I informed Carport Central of the disapproval. They agreed to a refund and requested my credit card information. By August 31, after no refund on my card, they promised to mail a check and I provided my address. Since then, I've received no communication or refund. I threatened to file a complaint if the check wasn't received within a week from September 21. I have email documentation of all interactions.

I was working with this company on a shop for our property. We settled on the plans and paid a deposit of $4622 in May , expecting delivery in August . I was told by our sales rep, Jason C, that once the deposit was paid, the engineers would reach out for payment of the plans, which was another $895, and those would take a couple weeks. They were paid for in the 1st half of June . After following up numerous times, the plans were still "a couple weeks out" on 8/10. Since there was NO WAY we were going to be able to have the building permitted, fabricated & delivered by August, we asked for a refund on both the plans and the deposit. I was told by both the engineer co and Carport Central that the fees were not refundable. The plans I get, the engineer may have started doing the work and I now have those in hand, but the building that wouldn't start being fabricated until the plans were complete and an install date set? They haven't done any work on the building, no materials were used, but they can keep the $4622 that HAD to be paid before the plans would be worked on. Beyond that, we agreed on an August delivery date and they weren't able to stick to that...no where even close to it. On top of the timeline, our house flooded in July. We soon found out that the water table is very high here and we had to install sump pumps to mitigate the water. Those sup pumps have created sink holes in the ONLY location the county will allow the shop to go. There's no way we're going to be able to get permits for a building where sink holes are forming under that foundation. I feel like I've been scammed... bait and switched. I have reached out directly to CC. They referred me to the sales rep who has only replied to tell me he would cancel the order and that there were no refunds. Their website talks about how ethical they are... How is this ethical? I want my deposit back.

And they would give me the slab layout after i made my deposit. After William S sent me the bill, he came back and said i would now have to put down 20% down, which was fine but the paper work said 10-16% depending on the building size. In the paperwork it also says they will build your building and can hold it for you up to 12 months while you get your slab done. It took my builder several weeks after i gave up on them to get the slab dimensions, he said it was not an easy thing to deal with, they also gave him the run around. On or around Sept. 16, the slab was already in for a week and i had been trying to let them know and they call to tell me it would be ANOTHER 3-5 weeks! Mind you i am now paying a storage unit bc my house sold and i was hopeful to get the barn before moving out. They let me know they would be installing the barn the last week of October on or around October 16, and let me know yesterday, oct 23, they still did not have it DONE! William had offered to pay my storage unit for the month of Oct 26-Nov if they did not get it in before the bill was due, he told me yesterday that he would but was not wanting to do that when i emailed him about just taking it off the final bill. I have several email and text on top of the contract to prove they are giving me the run around on the metal building that is over 22 thousand dollars! i paid my deposit of 4,246.60, it cleared on JULY 6th! WOW! still no barn. There is so much more to all this than i have room to put in. This company and William are not treating people right! Sometimes it would take a week for anyone to call me back, only after i would not give up and continued to call and to date i still have NO ANSWERS on when this building will be installed!

My account Representative Junior Espinoza was responsive to all my requests and was on top of the project all the way. The engineering and quality of the building is far superior to other alternatives I considered. Most importantly my installation Crew headed by Ricardo was Professional, courteous, and highly skilled with attention to detail. I was notified a week in advance as to the time and date the installation was to begin and was told the crew would arrive at 7:30 am - At 6:15 am the crew was in my drive ready to work.
