I made purchase from Carrefour webstore on 17th Jan, I have ordered ipad pro 12.9 in, gold 256 gb wifi and i have still not received my order.

While time of purchase Carrefour had promised to deliver within 4 working days, but there was not a single call from carrefour neither their delivery company if any after 4 working days. I made 4 follow up calls to carrefour and every time they promised me that they will deliver tomorrow. But the order is still not delivered. Very pathetic delivery service by Carrefour.

The most recent incidence is my order under the reference [protected], but nothing is more REGULAR with Carrefour than the OUT OF STOCK SITUATION.
Carrefour was way behind other stores in UAE in Launching the grocery online business and when It's done it is OUTSTANDINGLY the WORST.
Very disappointing and frustrating ...

I bought a Lenovo laptop on 1/12/2017 (bill attached), unfortunately I opened the laptop after nearly 25 days from purchasing it, I found the battery already spoiled, the laptop was including an offer for 1 year Microsoft office validity, after activation I found office valid only for 6 month not matching the offer, I returned back to Carrefour on 29/12/2017 & complained that the laptop was sold to me with a manufacturer defect and not as per the offer, Carrefour refused to refund the item and offered me a technical report from Qatar Lenovo agency which was unprofessional report with some statements written by hand (find attached), the agency changed the battery & formatted the hard disk for unused laptop, I refused to collect the laptop, I raised the complain to higher level (find attached) and the final result, Carrefour refused to refund or exchange the item because I am trying to refund after 15 days from sale.
The laptop is sold with manufacture defect & should be exchanged by a new one or refunded.

delay in delivery after payment is done
I have placed an order number - [protected] with Carrefour webstore in UAE and till date I have not received the delivery of this product. It has been 10 days passed already after placing the order and payment done.This is really unprofessional behavoiur from Carrefour and it is quite frustrating experience.I will never ever buy anything from Carrefour again.I will also lodge official complaint against Carrefour UAE in consumer protection court.

I made purchase from Carrefour webstore on 31st Dec, have received all receipts for the same. I had purchsed 50" Samsung UHD TV. Its 10 days passed now (today 09th Jan 18) i have still not received my order.

Un professional service
I bought. Lenova tablet from Carrefour in Oman City Centre Qurum. I have had issues with the tablet since buying it and one particular problem continuosly went wrong adter every month or weeks. On my 5 or 6 th return the manager had agreed to refund or replace the tablet if the same isuue occured. I took it back but then he denied all that he had said. So I left the tablet and warantee with him and I advised him that I do not want the tablet anylonger. I'm surprised and disappointed after many years of being happy with carrefour services that a low priced item showed the lack of customer care from a very senior personnel!

31dec2017, I can't believe the last day of this year, suffered such a bad experience in a so-call good service supermarket. Carrefour is one of the closest supermarket around my place, its address is hongwei road, xiping, nancheng, dongguan city, guangdong province, china. I shopped with them at least twice a week, but now no more! I guess they don't care a value customer. Complaints as below:
1. Tonight around 6, I was in a hurry to get some groceries for dinner. When I was inside the supermarket entrance, a middle-age male security guard stopped me, said I have to put my bag inside their security bag and I have to carry this around me while I am shopping. I replied everything inside my bag is my belongings, nothing from this store. And I need the purse inside my bag to pay for the bills. And it takes me time, I just need to go in to grab some stuff. While I was talking, I kept walking. All of a sudden, this guard grabbed my bag. I felt very offensive, and told him to back off. And he threatened me that I can't go in until they bagged my bag. Anyhow, I have never been treated in a such a terrible, offensive, rude, disrespected way. There are more than hundreds thousands choices I can shop, I have no reason to shop with carrefour again. So I left. And the rude security guard never even showed a little apology.
2. Several month ago, I filed a complaint case in the same carrefour customer feedback box. I compliant that over all these time I have been shopped in carrefour, none of the counter staff has ever help me put my groceries in the shopping bag, not even once. So I have to bag my stuff while I am paying, and when I am still bagging my stuff, the counter will just go ahead check out the other customers' groceries while mine still on the counter, which is such a chaos! As for the feedback, a carrefour staff called back one day later, I explained one more time in the phone. And asked what improvement they are going to make? She never answered, but just laughed at it. I guess that answers the question.
3. And right now, carrefour will lock all the shopping cart. And you have to insert one coin inside the cart so you can use it. What if I don't have coins with me, are you telling me not to buy too much? And you can't push the shopping cart to the parking area, because the guys in charging of the carts won't allow you. What is the point of the shopping cart, if you can't use it?
4. And the security guard don't care about the dogs going or running inside the supermarket, but they won't let you go inside with a unbagged purse. What is even worse, dogs, kids just pissing in the supermarket. I saw once a dog pissed on a mannequin, twice dogs pissed in boxes... Is this a supermarket for peasants?
All the above are slowly killing my loyal toward carrefour, and now it just gone. I have shopped with many different supermarkets, walmart, spar, ieon, rainbow, costco, publix... Never has issues. But I had the worse shopping experience in carrefour!
extra charges and bad customer service, weighing machine not monitored
Last night on christmas day I went to carrefour mall of the emirates as usual to buy grocery as we always chose careefour most often then any other supermarkets. However, after spending my all time to buy some food stuff I went to the cashier counter after a long wait in the queued, I paid my all the bills and I felted first time that what I have charge for it was more than my expectation so I just check the bill and come to know that all the vegetable item what I have brought was charge all most 4 time extra then the original price. Example 3 eggplant was charge 16 aed and weight was 1.5kg which is big joke I ask counter cashier do you think this eggplant look like 1.5kg he said yahh check the bill and not at all helpful. One of the customer on the queue ask me to go customer service. After long queue in customer service counter I approached the lady staff and explain what went wrong and ask her to check the stuff and she replied I am not a weighing machine in very rude and bad way and without knowing what customers are facing and staff are very sarcastic. After waiting again lady staff from the vegetable section come to assist and immediately understand that amount was charge is wrong and apologize. I have spend more than 2 hours to deal with the situation and at the end they refund me the what they had charge extra which is all most aed 80. All I come to know because first time I check the bill and now on always. Hope all other customer entire day had pay extra because of weighing machine was not monitored or check.
zero support for robbery in the store
We had a robbery situation in Carrefoursa Turkey MarmaraForum at 14th Oct 2017. Our bag has stolen with the cash money, wallet with the phones.
We realized it in seconds and reached security but they told us there is no camwra at that section so we are sorry, thats all we got from customer support.
We tried to reach customer services but thy told us that could happen in stores so they can't do anything about it. There is no camera record so even police officers also can't help us about this.
We tried to reach Carrefoursa from Social Media, they just blocked our accounts.
We wrote our complaint one of the popular boards in Turkey ( https://eksisozluk.com/carrefoursada-hirsizlik-olayi-ve-cozumsuzluk--5486260?p=1 ) People are shocked and wrote about it for 12 pages but still no news from Carrefour.
We wanted to write this here so maybe someone sees our complaints from Global Carrefour team, because in Turkey Carrefour's operation management is awful.

So that I was not sure that I had to submit "thank u letter", let me say here:) About a week ago, I wet to Carrifour near 板橋 in Taipei and totally I could not speak Chinese at all cuz just arrived here for work. At that store, I wanted to buy a lot "microwaves" "heater" etc and Ms. Chili was sooooo kind to me and tried to explain and help me in English even until to get a taxi! I was really impressed and offer her tips but she didnt take it and just said "pls come here and feel free to call me if u need help in english." Oh my goodness, I was almost crying cuz I was sooo nervous and really in trouble... its not enough to just say thank you to her. Pls pls send her my appreciation. I am working for hospitality industry more than 10years but she was the best ever. Thank you very much and hope her service quality and hospitality spread to the others well. missing items
We mistakenly approached a '10 items counter'. A cashier scanned over 10 items per receit divided into 2 receits, then told me she needs to call her supervisor (after it's scanned and paid for), but then gave us a receipt. Once we reached home we found out that 4 food items were missing with total amount about 100 AED. When I called customer support noone responded. Hope it will be investigated.

I went to the Carrfour Market on Wasfi Al Tal Street in Amman, Jordan today Saturday December 16th 2017 where I am a regular customer so all of the staff knows who I am. I went to Carrefour today and the experience was a very unfortunate one. I prefer to scan items with my phone as part of my family's daily diet routine, but when some of the staff who work there saw this, they immediately treated me with disrespect as the way they were speaking to me and questioning me about this was rude. Even the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was not doing anything wrong, but was treated as if I was as security was called in. I do not appreciated being questioned or spoken to in this rude and unprofessional manner. This is also the second time this happens. I hope this matter will be taken care of as soon as possible as I have been a customer for many years.

I have a serious compliant regarding the services in Carrefour KSA and they are not taking action, and they are closing the always the complaint internally without any action and with ignorance to the customer behavior and respect

I bought Philips Beard Trimmer series 1000 from Flamingo Mall, Jeddah
for 69 riyals on 08-11-2017, it require Rechargeable Batteries which I though might cost me 30 -40 Riyals but when I check in stores it is around 100 riyals, I though it better to buy other Philips Re- Chargeable Trimmer which does not require rechargeable Battery which is 120 Riyal, so I went to same store where I bough with 24 hours with same packaging .
Customer service Assistance check the Trimmer, Packaging and Confirm that Packaging and Product is in Original Condition at the same time i let you speak to our Consumer Electronic Section Manager Ismile for Exchange ( Bangladeshi National) .
I have Explain my Situation and all the Possible reasons to get upgraded item which is 120 Riyal, actually spending more money .
I don't know Mr Ismile stubborn mouth how he became Section manager, just stick on same Point hygienic reason we cannot exchange the Item .
He don't even know what is Hygiene, when I ask him what Hygiene in this Item he could not explain me .
I started Filming the whole thing to keep evidence, but store assistance told me your complain will be heard and get back to you very soon by our head office

I bought an Iphone 8 plus space grey last wednesday November 29, 2017. The quality of the photos are not good/blurry. It cannot focus. The supervisor told me verbally that he would give two weeks for the checking since my time is limited because of work. I got it checked today they confirmed it that the photos are blurry. They gave me resolution that they will fix the camera. But I declined because i need full refund. I went back to Carrefour after the checking and I spoke to the same supervisor and he lied. He told me that he only gave me two weeks for the replacement not for the refund. Then they couldn't do nothing. I was asking for a full refund and they left me. The agent from the Carrefour asked me again to go there and confirm that the issue is not fixable. I told them its within 7 days to get a full refund if you are not happy or the product is not good. But then they i did not get any help. The supervisors were even laughing while they're leaving.

Today (23rd November 2017) I visited burjuman carrefour for shopping. I was done with my shopping and paid the bill but thing is that they don't have big carry bag as I had buyed lots of things but I requested them please provide me 2 extra carry bag as there was 5 kgs rice which I need to do double carry bag as it was very heavy and second for 30 eggs they have gave me very small carry bag. So the cashier told me I don't have any big bag go and checked in some other counter so I visited to "Miss Sangitha" I asked her please provide me 2 big carry bag but she gave me only one again I requested her to please give me one as I have requested for 2 but later she told me I gave u one I don't have other carry bag but the carry bag was in front of me. So, I asked her can I have your name? She told me "I don't have any name". This is really very surprising. I asked her 6th times on 7th times she said my name is sangitha go and complain and she throw 1 carry bag to me. This is really not acceptable at all. I am really not satisfied with this kind of service. She don't know how to talk with customer. There was no courtesy no politeness no respect.in front of other customer she throw carry bag to me. Then I start looking for manager but unfortunately the manager was not available that time so I speak with team leader he came and he asked her why you behaving like this and she was showing attitude to him also. It was really very surprising for me. I'm very unsatified with Burjuman carrefour. I'll never gonna come back in Any branch of carrefour. Every time I used to do shopping in carrefour but from now onwards I'll never gonna buy anything from any branch of the carrefour.

We do our food shopping on Saturday afternoon in Carrefour Aguilas Spain, in the shopping precinct. We usually buy a tub of Pasta Salad, which we enjoy with our evening meal. Today, Saturday 18th November, we were eating our meal containing the salad we had bought earlier, when we both remarked it tasted awful, not as usual. On looking at the tub it came in, we were appalled to see the expirery date was 1-11-17, 17 days out of date! The salad contains tuna, and we had already eaten quite a substantial amount of it. As the evening is going on, we are feeling very ill. For a giant supermarket chain like Carrefour, I think you will agree this is disgusting. I cannot find an email address anywhere to contact them directly.

I am writing this letter as an official complaint to bring to your attention the quality of service provided at your Carrefour store at Orouba, Alexandria.
My husband and I purchased a Samsung UHD T v 55" 7 series costing £12999.
The television was checked in store in front of us and then replaced back into the box, it was then placed onto a trolley and taken to the till so we could pay for it.Once paid for the item the member of staff took the tv off the large store trolley and balanced it one quarter in and the rest standing above the shopping trolley as we were told the store trolley is not allowed outside the store, my husband did ask is it safe to put the television into the trolley like that especially with the way the car park is full of holes, his reply was, yes, don't worry and took it out to our car. He then loaded into the car which is a Hyundai Creta, which can take upto, a 65"TV laying down.
Upon arriving home my husband and son unloaded the TV very carefully and put it in a safe place as we had to wait for the engineer to come and install it for us.
We booked the engineer to come but as he comes highly recommended he was very busy and could not come until after the 14 day period.
The engineer arrived along with his assistant, took the television out of the packaging ready to install it and noticed a hand mark on bottom right hand side and top as you look at it, he was concerned and told my husband this television cannot be held by the screen, it can only be taken out by the edges. The engineer was not happy and insisted we connected the television to the electric to see if there was any damage. He found that the bottle right hand corner had a crack running to the top, this was the side that was in the trolley, he replaced the television back into the box and advised us to contact Carrefour for a replacement .
The engineer told us this was not uncommon with televisions, they can have a tiny crack in them from storage which would not show when checking in the store, it is when it is taken out of the box and replaced and any handling. This crack would not be seen whilst they were checking it especially when the screen has a screen protector on it.the engineer also told us, if this the case then them loading it into a shopping trolley as they did then this would cause the crack to run. He also asked why had we bought a television from Carrefour when there is an electrical shop opposite as Carrefours reputation for storing and handling televisions is bad.
My husband and I went to the store and spoke to the customer services where my husband explained the situation, the man at the desk was very straight forward, saying our Carrefour policy is it was after the 14 day period, but with televisions after it leaves the store entrance it is no longer there responsibility even if any members of staff take it and load it into the car. My husband said he was not happy with the service and response he had, the customer services advised my husband to see the manager, he will be available on Monday.
On Monday my husband saw the manager, the manager told him that they had looked at our purchase history and we are very good customers to them, so please leave it with me and I will call Samsung to see if they will either replace the television or repair the screen free .
The manager did say this was not the first time that this has happened, it is either from transport or handling.
I thanked him and he said he would be in touch.
After 3 days the manager called me and said he had contacted Samsung and spoke to a manager there who he knew, he told him leave it with me I will sort it out.
After another 5 days the manager of Carrefour rung me to say he is still waiting for a response.
It is now approximately 3 weeks later and we have had no further correspondence from either Samsung or Carrefour and the £12999 television is still sitting in its packaging as we took it from Carrefour.
I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Carrefour, I am English and reside in the UK in Eastbourne East Sussex and my husband and I bought our villa in Alexandria as a holiday home. We travel regularly by eurotunnel to your store in Calais with either family or friends and we have found the service there more than excellent. I find it very hard to believe how the customers are treated in Egypt.
I await a prompt response to my complaint.

misleading sales condition
Last week I went to Carrefour Al-Shandagha (dubai) to buy my appliances for my new apartment in dubai. I am new here for just few weeks.
I bought a cooker (Ariston) from there. Yesterday it was delivered to my home. The owner of my house warned me today that it is not safe to use the electric cooker here in dubai because of different loading types of electricity (i mean amperes and volts are not matching) and that the cooker is considered a big load.
Actually, all the people I know here agreed with that opinion.
Today, I requested to exchange my cooker (it is not used) and I made a complaint. However, Carrefour customer service refused to exchange my cooker !
The cooker was just received yesterday. It is not used. It was not my fault and the sales man should warn me against it from the start.
