Your 'unscented' toilet paper isn't unscented.

The cardboard roll in the center reeks of cheap perfume which permeates not only the toilet paper, but everything with which it comes into contact. The last package I bought stunk up the bathroom, the adjoining bedroom, AND the living room for days, even after I put the package outside.

The worst of it is, I am allergic to the 'scent' used, which means I had a trip to the doctor, a trip to the pharmacy, and a week trying to recover from this 'unscented' experience.

I shall NEVER buy a Scott product again, nor will I encourage my family and friends to do so.

I notice there is a new "jagged edge" variety now available.

I'm guessing that was some "bright spark" in their Marketing Department?

What a dumb idea? It effectively reduces the useable area!

Do they think the general population is dumb?

If this product is not stopped immediately, I will always look for alternate brands.

And if it is still on shelves at the major stores in Canada a year from now. I will never use Scott brands of anything in the years ahead.

I bought another 20 rolls a few weeks ago. What a mistake.

I first noticed that it doesn't tear often right between sheets and then verified that it's flimsier. As other people, I see, have complained.

Wish I could get a refund… for the 18 remaining rolls.

You see what brand loyalty got me.

Oh, and the price went up TOO?

And how much are Scott's top executives making? I really want to know.

I am 77 years old and have used Scott bath tissue all of my life. I never bought another brand. However the last few years this tissue is cheaply made and so thin that we have to use double the amount that we used to use,

Last week we purchased Angel Soft and I felt like a traitor but cannot believe how wonderful it is. So my "love affair" is over with Scott. I will never purchase Scott products again

We have been purchasing Scott Bath tissue forever. The past two times I purchased it was the worse we have ever used.I bought a 12 pack and thought maybe there was an error. I then purchased a pack of 24 and they were the same thin and awful.My entire family have been fans and suggest Scott to everyone. No more! We are sad and disappointed.We now will be looking for another brand. We are surprised at the terrible quality of something that was always the best!

This is absolutely ridiculous. They changed how they make the TP. Avid, faithful,user for years-bought a giant pack as usual. I even tried the RV kind. Both were HORRIBLE. Lint, falling apart mid use, bad quality in the extreme. It is UNUSEABLE. It was falling apart and lint and all kinds of stuff so it caused my bottom problems, and female issues...You cannot make a product like this-and especially when standing by a good name, apparently from the past. These micro lint pieces, fluff, breaking apart etc getting into where you pee and poo..NOT GOOD. YOU CAN GET LAWSUITS OVER STUFF LIKE THIS.

My family and I have used Scott toilet paper for many years as I can remember and I am now 65 years old. I would have to say your toilet paper was always the best and now it is just cheap, tawdry, and not definitely not worth the money. I decided to stock up in 2020 when COVID-19 hit but I wish I had not done that. Now I am stuck with trying to use some cheap toilet paper. Thank God it is the last pack and will be the last pack that my family will ever buy.

Please undo this bad decision. I know that times are tough for companies and us consumers but making this toilet paper even thinner than it already was, was a very bad decision. For the first time in 57 years of using it and always bragging about Scott tissue, how long it lasted and wasn’t crumbling…. I have to leave this company to find a new brand of toilet paper sadly. The only way I would return is if it was improved otherwise time to move on and I’m sure they are losing many more consumers as they already have been

I feel like Scott's toilet paper is too thin. The toilet paper rips after not even one wipe. It happens every single time I use it. I see myself using more toilet paper when I go #2 with Scott, which is extremely bad for the environment. Also, it rips in my hand while I am wiping as well, which is gross even though I wash my hands. Scott would be a better toilet paper brand if it were thicker.

I’ve used Scott tissue for 20+ years and have always been satisfied. I chose to buy nothing but Scott tissue as, to me, it was the best on the market. Not so today 2022! The paper is so thin it, it is now one ply and so thin you can see clearly through it and it doesn’t clean you up good anymore even if you use a lot it still doesn’t not do the job it did previously. If you use more to try to get clean, you could possibly stop up your commode and your pipes and that’s more money you must spend! I am so disappointed with Scott tissue and I will never use it again! I have two more rolls, when that’s finished, I’m done with Scott tissue. I will definitely purchase another brand. Scott manufacturing that cheap toilet tissue and raising the price! You will lose more customers! We are not the only ones that are dissatisfied with this cheap no good product!

I recently purchased a 4 pack of Scott toilet paper from Walmart and one of the toilet paper rolls had a bright blue cardboard rolled into the toilet paper roll that holds the tissue together and when my wet hands touched on the role, the blue coloring came off of it onto my finger and now I am worried if that roll had any chemicals imbedded in it as it happened to me 3 times already.

I have used this tissue since I was a child! I can not use any other tissue because it irritates me. I purchased a 20 pk from walmart. It was individually wrapped in packs of 4. The inside roll was white when it is usually brown and the tissue was very thin and irritated me. I called scoot to complain, they reimbursed me. I purchased another 20 pack from shoprite. The inside roll was brown and the appearance was the same but the tissue is different for sure. Please fix this issue. If its not the same products, change the name. These products are "misbranded!" and causing irritation to your consumers! please and thank you!

Awful! Been using for many years. Will never buy this product again. It feels like sandpaper and soooo thin and doesn’t even pull off evenly. Shame on this manufacturer. No problem increasing the price though, this is a greedy ripoff after all we’ve been through - so disappointing. Is nothing sacred?- not even our toilet paper! We waited patiently for it to hit the shelves, purchased sub standard product in the meanwhile, and Scottissue makes those look like a luxury product!

I was surprised to find how thin the paper had become.

We've used this brand for decades, because one roll lasts longer, but now the paper is almost transparent thin.

Make a decent thicker one like you used to, please.

This is the worst toilet paper we have ever used. I can fold it over in 10 layers and my finger still goes through. We have put over 3/4 of a bundle in our recycle can. You should be a shamed to have this product. In the past Scott has always been a class act

I always use Scott's 10000 sheets and will not be using anymore. The sheets are see through they are so thin. Will not buy again.

Something is definitely wrong with the toilet paper. I've been to a gynecologist and had tests run on me. Tests came back negative. Im apparently having irritation from using the toilet paper. I had been using it for years, but notice the quality went down hill. I examine the toilet paper when it was dry and saw nothing. When I put water on the toilet paper, I noticed little specs of black particles that looks like carbon. Saw this under bright light and magnifying glass. What is this?

I have a low flow toilet. The only toilet paper that would flush is the original Scott tissue.
Then you changed the paper recently & it just floats on the water when the toilet is flushed.
I have to leave the toilet without flushing for six to eight hours to let the paper absorb water to have any chance of having the toilet paper flush.

Please bring back the original Scott tissue and clearly label as "ORIGINAL Scott tissue ".

I buy Scott paper products all the time except when it is out of stock. I purchased a 12 pack of TP and quite a few of the rolls were pieced together. The sheets in the rolls weren't full sheets. It was like someone cut them in half or tore them and just wound them on the roll. First time I was very disappointed. The bar code # is [protected]. I felt I needed to express my feelings only because of the cost of the product. Thank you for your time in this matter.

we have be useing this brand of toilet paper, since 1965, and never had no problem with it, now it is so thin you have to used a half of a roll, or you finger will go through it, so to tell you but will not be buying it any more when this is gone.if you are not going to change it back, you are going to lose a lot of sales, thank you, my email is [protected]@aol, com
