I wish to make a formal complaint after visting your branch in Torremolinos Spain today the 27th Januay 2017 at 9.30am.
I was in Spain from Hong Kong whilst visiting my elderley parents who reside there. I visited the customer service desk to return a bottle of whisky my Father had purchased in error. I had translated into Spanish that he had purchased it in error, he had paid cash but unfortunately no longer had the receipt. This information was printed on a piece of paper and passed to the assistant. Suddenly a number of staff descended on me shouting I needed a receipt; I have lived all over the world and travelled extensively and I have never been dealt with in such an agressive and threating manner. I explained I did not speak Spanish and was told by a supervisor who refused to give me her name that ' I was in Spain and should speak Spanish'. I have never heard such a racist comment. Spain is a holiday resort and thrives off tourism; treatment such as this does not make me want to visit Spain and certainly not Carrefour. When I said I was unhappy with my treatment one of the cashiers stood at the desk and started to laugh; ' I asked her what she found funny' but she didn't reply. I gave another female assistant my Father's Carrefour loyalty card and she located the purchase but still she refused to refund the item in the form of cash or a credit note. I asked them for a form to make a formal complaint and their names but each member of staff refused to give me their name. I have never received such despicable and rude customer service as I received today and it bordered on racism. I would like to pursue this as a formal complaint and I want a full investigation

Dear sir or madam,
I would like to voice a complaint against the behaviour of one of the employees in your chain that I experienced yesterday (January 22nd, carrefour, ch borek, poland, 50-984 wrocław, al. Gen j. Hallera 52, print no. 1032278, purchase evidence no. 1137605).
At 8:40 pm cet I entered the supermarket as I wanted to do some necessary shopping before the week starts. At 9:02 pm cet when my basket was almost full and I was missing only 2 last items your employee approached me and told that I have to finish immediately and go to the cash desk. When I informed her that I just need 2 mote items she said “i don’t care what you want, you must go to cash desk right now, I will not be late home because of you”. When I tried to reason that I just need one or two more minutes she threatened me “i can make that you will leave without any shopping at all”. She did not affer me any help in finding the remaining products whatsoever. She wasn’t wearing any badge but she was easy to recognise due to long dreadlocks and when I asked she said her name was sylwia wójcik, she also wished me good luck with contacting her manager about this.
I must admit I have never been humiliated like this in any institution. My main complaint is about how rude, aggressive and dismissive her behaviour was towards me. For the last couple of years I was doing the shopping in this supermarket every few days, leaving between 250 pln to 350 pln (Appr. 80 eur) every time. Recently I sometimes have to do shopping at late hours as my wife can’t drive and we have a little baby which needs constant supply of baby milk and jar dinners, and I don’t always have possibility to do the shopping during the day.
After leaving the supermarket I had to finish the shopping in another chain, which, to my surprise, did not want to kick me out of their supermarket.
I think I deserve an apology at the very least.
Is it possible for you to arrange a personal meeting on friday january 27th, at 6 pm cet in the premises of carrefour, ch borek, 50-984 wrocław, al. Gen j. Hallera 52, with me, madam wójcik and her supervisor, so that this situation is resolved in person?

Once your branches in saudi arabia, dammam has a primotion on a specific kind of fish, the responsible workers refuse to clean it saying because 'it's on promotion so no cleaning. They don't care about speaking to their gm whom I think is not firm with them in applying the full policy of customer care.

my staff missed inside carrefoue egypt, mansoura branch despite I let them with carrefour employee at the front door
In 18/12/2016, I went to Carrefour, Mansoura branch at 5 P.M. and at the entrance. I gave my other purchased items from another place to the employee at the front door of Carrefour as usual, and I asked him for a number attached to my items, but he told me that there is no numbers attached.
After I completed my shopping at 5:26 P.M. "see attachement_1" and went to get my staff, I found another employee who gave me two bags, I received one of them and told him that the other one doesn't belong to me, and my other bag is not exist among the bags with him.
He told me that it seems that my bag is exchanged by another one with another client, and I have to wait till that client come back and returns my bag and took his correct one from him.
After waiting for more than half an hour, nobody came, and the employee asked me to give him my phone number and he'll call me when the client come back and then I should come again to take my staff.
I replied that there is no evidence that the client will come back and returns my staff, in addition that I may not be able to come again soon as I live 30 kilometers far from the place.
I asked him for a document to register the situation till they can find a solution, but he told me that he has no authentication to do that.
So, I asked him for a person from the management team to talk with him.
Then, another person came to me and I explained the whole situation to him, and he offered me to take an amount of money equal to my missed staff, but I refused as I'd have to go and purchase my staff again which was hard for me.
So, I asked him for two things:
First, as I may not be able to come again soon, I need my missed staff sent to my address.
Second, I need an official document to record the situation till my staff arrived to me.
He replied that he can't give me any document and this is the first time a client asks for a document like that although this situation repeated with them many times before, and I just have to give him my phone number to get my staff back later.
After 15 minutes of negotiation, I set my complain on a document with my phone number on it and took a copy of it "see attachement_1" as a document to save my right till my staff came back.
And till now, no body called me or have my staff back.
Also, i called the hot line, and they told me that they have no relationship with the missed staff.
Now, I summarize my needs in two points:
First, I want to get my staff back at my address which is "Dakahlia, sherbin, Technical school street, beside Traffic department, 2nd building, 2nd floor" within two days from now without any cost on me. Attachement_2 is a list of my missed items.
Second, A kind of compensation/apology for my waste time and the latency of my staff.
Finally, I'd like you to know that I didn't set any complain to the Consumer Protection Agency till now because I trust that you'll respond to my complain as I expect from your side.

I tried today around 10 am in the morning to buy a electric blanket and massage kit in carrefour in málaga. Carrefour alameda. If you have camera records, pls check me (a guy with black jacket and had a green bag.) to ask if they have a electric blanket has been taken 20 min. After I found another item to buy (massage bed) but it wasn't a price on the board or on the item. It took 20 min more to ask to staff! It was only two guests infront of me.in my turn ı asked the guy and he told me there is price! And he told me where it is. I went to place to place to see the price but the massage bed wasn't there and also no price. I went back to tell the person that is not there ; waited 5 min. And he told me to check on the next desk. ı got ungry after nearly 1 hour trying to buy I left the massage bed in the place back and walked out without buying. I bought my items in centre and i'm happy.. The problem in carrefour ; you have enough member of staff but they don't want to work. If you ask i'm ready to send my receipts that ı bought things.. I checked my clock when ı went out it was about 11;30.. ı m saying this last time for sure (even you sell for half price ı won't come to carrefour again)

I brought the Hoover brand from carefour after one of the sales assistant conconceded me it is the best one to buy. Not even 6 months and it is not working! I have to wait 20 days to get a response from carefour. Also don't know if this will be an on going issue or be resolved after this repair request. I feel so gutted and regret buying from carefour as after sales is terrible.

Hi we use Carrefour quiet regular, today after shopping their we purchased a cooked chicken when the member of staff put it in the plastic container I noticed is was very small (cost 5.99€) I mentioned this the member of staff who. Smiled shrugged his shoulders and chose to ignore me, considering we had done our twice weekly shop at a cost of €74.54 today in your store, when we got home I was so angry when my wife told me that I weighed less than 600 grms not even 1 kilo tried to phone but was cut off twice when spoke, I think you need to address this as we will no longer shop at your store unless you reply with a answer to this complaint we have taken photos of the chicken on our scales and the price, .

My name is Hanaa Hussein I am a Canadian citizen work in Qatar, I received from my company Qatar Petroleum a 5 gift cards purchased from carrefour with total amount 500QAR I used 2 crds and spent 200QAR, at the cashier at carrefour city center I asked is these cards have expiry date? I was answered no one you activate the card by being swaped in the machine you have to spend the amiunt included in the card within year duration, a few months later I went to purchase items cost of 300 QAR I was surprised at the casheir when I was told that these are expired, my question is if someone went to your company and paid them this amount for me to spend and I did not spend them where this money went ? This not a voucher that I gaind or won it during promotion this is actually was paid for.
I spoke with a supervisor at careffour city center who refused to let me communicate with any one beyond him he took my mobile number and got back to me after 3 weeks and called me to say that it is actually my company mistake they should have provided me with expiry date. He also said that no one can assist me further I said that definitally I will raise a complaint he said go ahead.
I received another gift card from Hayat plaza in Qatar when I went and requested the expiry date the answer was this paid for and no expiry I can spend it whenever I want which makes sense.

I was a customer in carrefour for seven years and this is the first time I was humiliated by the staff. I was asking nicely to weigh the fish I chose then suddenly he replied to me so rudely and no manner that i should be the one to put the fish in the plastic in a loud voice but im still calm asking him what did he say and he shouted at me telling me to wait then still keep on busy in bringing something from inside and I ask him which is important his task or customer then his angry and the voice is too loud and telling me to wait then one staff interfere and ask me if i want to fight with him and I lose my patient this time and ask him lets go come here and lets fight but one arabic guy is saying sorry and forgive his colleagues but this two nepali guy still keep on murmuring like waiting for a fight. I deciced to call the supervisor but only apology was happen no action given from the staff and again I approach the manager and they ask me to write my complain in a paper which is im not sure if they will take action with this staff.
Carrefour has a good services delivered to your customer but dont hired this kind of staff thats ruin your business, they are not belong in your company, Im looking forwad in taking an action with your rude, unprofessional staff.

luggage bag
I had purchased a bag from carrefour on 02.07.2016 and it was damaged. After I returned it for claiming warranty they told me the bag will be ready in 15 days. This was on 27.09.2016 and now it is already two and half months. No one has even bothered calling me about my luggage bag (Sonada). Very poor service. This is not at all acceptable when any customer has paid and he has not been treated well. There are many other hypermarkets in dubai which give better service. I need an answer by tomorrow.

I purchased an android tablet at Carrefour Sarlat whilst working in Sarlat on 02.01.2016. However I live in marseillan plage so when my tablet stopped working which is only 11 months old (the on/off button doesnt work) I took it into my local carrfour at marseillan ville on 29.11.2016 to either get an exchange or my money back, we were told they could do nothing and I had to go to a bigger store, so we went to the carrefour at valras (on the same day) who told us they couldnt help as they were a carrefour hyper not a carrefour market...so we then went to Carrefour ville neuve de Beziers (again on the same day) who also said they couldnt help and told me to telephone the number for Carrefour Sarlat from the number on my receipt. When I spoke to Carrefour sarlat they advised me that Marseillan Ville should not have refused to help, they should take the tablet and either refund or replace. SO I went back to Marseillan ville on 03.12.2016 and spoke with the Manager there who point blank refused to help, also refused to speak with Carrefour Sarlat over the phone to confirm what they had told me and refused to even give me his name! he basically told us to go away! This whole experince has made me very angry and frustrated at how carrefour can get away with treating their customers in this manner. I would like to make an official complaint and now want assistance getting this matter sorted and compensation for the rudeness, unprofessionalism and incovenince of the staff. Ideally i would like either a full refund for the tablet or an exact replacement that works. If someone could help me with this I would really appreciate it.
I am complaining about a product bought in brazil that was not delivered
I bought a micro wave oven on 23 November. I paid an additional fee to have the product delivered on the 2nd of December. Then I was informed by Carrefour National/Brazilian customizer service that my product would no be delivered acordding to the schedule due to difficulties faced by the Logistical company mamed Direct Express. I livre in Rio de Janeiro, Colacabana, there os no difficulty for anyone to get to my house. I checked some complaint sites and there are lots of similar situations. At the door of entry I have a battery and I want another one like it.. I asked at the front they told me where (No one mentioned I have to put a sticker on it although I was still outside) after that I didnt find it there and I went out. Suddenly a security member shouted at me to go with him! I asked why and where. He said they will tell you.. I went to the security room I figured it was about the battery so I showed it to them and told them that I asked about three members of your staff and I didnt find it and tell me whats is the promblem. He responded unpolitely and aggresivley we will see about that and wait for someone else of the security! I asked where is your proof where is your camera records and you can easily ask the staff.. I still waited for another savage aggresive that told me I should be quiet because he is a man and can be aggresive.. I still want to finish the situation and asked for any proof of stealing and still no response and finally he want to check our purses! Whyyy. What gives you the right.. Where is your proof of anything. Finally he said we can go after checking my purse.. With no apology or anything. I should listen to my friend and get the police.. We were hostages and treated badly like thieves with no proof to anything

Dear Customer service, since carrefour in rome in Via Dei Cessati Spiriti 10, has the 24hours/ Non stop schedule the whole building (7floors) with more than 300 persons living in are sufferring daily every night! the continue noises of shopping carts/trolleys and also the trolleys for carrying the good while the goods are delivering and rude stuff are continusly disturb us every night. we have called police thousands of times, talked to direction of this shop but all our efforts are failed.
The only thing remains to write to the head office in order to stop this horror.People are living with small children here, we need to stay without noices at least during the night time.

I have ordered 2 steam Iron boxes on September 22 2016.Tested on the same day and found that both of them are defective.Raised a complaint on the same day and it is not resolved till today.
Customer service team essured me that some one from the team will call me back and I am eligible for refund.I did not hear anything back for a month.Whne I called them back they apologised me for not updating and asked me to return the goods at nearest careefour and they would send the same instructions to Burjuman careefour center.
Next day I took the parcle to Burjuman careefour and it was a big drama and they did not accept to take it back even after testing and finding out that items are difffective.They gave a simple statement that Careefour webstore is diffrent from Careefour store.
I called webstore customer care on the same day to update and for my surprise they started arguing with me for refund as it was already 2 months by now and they promised me to call back.
Till today I keep calling webstore every week and hear the same words 'We will call you back with an update' and it never happens.
