I bought the car on the 18th of September 2023. On the very same day the engine fault appeared, I contacted the sales man and brought the car back to them. They used a diagnostic machine and detected a fault in the engine. They fixed the engine oil, and the vehicle came back to me after two days.
On the 10th of October 2023 the engine fault appeared, and this time I couldn't drive the vehicle (it was not in a drivable condition). I told the company about it. They took the car to three different Auto Repair shops, they are still failing to find what is wrong with the car. They have held the car for almost two months. I complained about it, and demanded my car back, they found another fault, this time they asked me to claim with the warranty. After the claim was made, they said they are running low on cash, they will demand more money from the warranty, which is confusing because the car is not even 3 months old in my name, since it is a second hand. The car is now sitting at the Repair shop, and they are not fixing it. I still get debited close to R6000 every month on my car installment, and insurance. I already paid a deposit of R100 000. On top of that I have to pay for public transport. I have not received the invoices of the work that has been done on the car, I am still waiting for it.
