Placed order on Nov 3rd.Deposit for delivery 1,590.00 up front. Waited until instruction by e-mail. 4 days later I get an e-mail to Identity Verification,
Address Verification. Everything sent on 7th of Nov. The sales man told me needed more Info to finalize the sale. I was on the phone over an hour sending him all info. They have my bank acct# ,My full address, My house bills payment. Copy of my Insurance I added on the new car I was buying,plus Copy of my drivers license,front & back . The Sales man said it wasn't enough to finalize and need one more document. Proof of residency in the past 25 days. I sent him more then 3 documents & still wasn't enough. After over an hour ,I told him that was all I had. after putting me on hold,again, still no deal. I had until 830 pm before offer expires. Nov 7th. He ask me if I wanted to cancel the sale. I told him yes,after being on the phone almost 2 hours with him. I told him I didn't want to lose my delivery deposit. He told my that would not happen,and would send my delivery deposit back within 3 to 4 days. It's Dec 2nd now,and still no return of my deposit. I've called several times only get a run around that the ticket was put in for my deposit. Finally on Dec 1st After many time talking with representatives I got an answer... No refund would be returned. Was told missed the 24 hour deadline. Unbelievable. I didn't even receive an e-mail until 3 days later to instruct me my next steps to purchase the car. So how can they tell me I only had 24 hours to complete the deal?
Claimed loss: 1,590.00 dollars lost on delivery that never was deliver.
Desired outcome: refund.
