I've been havin' some trouble with Case Boss. They been takin' money from my credit card even after I ordered a case. It's been goin' on for a whole 4 months now. So, ya gotta be careful with your credit card or bank card 'cause they gonna keep takin' money out every month.

When I called the first number, they said I had Case Boss, but it turned out to be the wrong number to inquire about my order. So, I called the number they gave me, and surprisingly, the same person answered the phone. Long story short, I still don't have a tracking number or the pillow. I'm going to call my credit card company to dispute this purchase.

I chose the free shipping option, but then they enrolled me in the VIP program without my consent, and now they're charging me $12.47 per month. They're deducting this amount from my account automatically, and I want to cancel it. I've tried calling the company, but all I get are recordings. We also sent them an email, but they haven't replied yet.
Sent email to cancel subscription within the allotted time they responded but never cancelled. I emailed again and they refused to credit my account even though I cancelled in time.

I placed a order for a cell phone case on February 23. The company took my money but never shipped my case. I have reached out to them multiple times by email, Facebook messenger, and even called. However, the number they posted does not connect to them, according to the person who answered the phone. I just want my case or my money back, or something to be done about this company. Thank you. After waiting for 7 days, still no bed. So, I decided to call my Visa to request a chargeback. Surprisingly, the bed arrived just 3 days later. But then, months later, I noticed 11 charges on my card for $28.82 each, all for shipping. I didn't realize that by not unchecking a box, I would be automatically signed up for monthly shipping charges. I never saw this box when I placed my order. Unfortunately, my Visa only refunded 2 of the charges. It's really disappointing that they can get away with this kind of thing. It's a complete rip off. The only proof I have is the letter from Visa and my online banking statement that shows the charges.

Not only did Case Boss fail to refund my $70, but they also continued to charge my credit card $12.47 for March, April, and May. Then, they doubled the charges to $28.74 and kept charging my AmX card. I've been trying to reach them by phone or email, but they haven't responded. Case Boss owes me $70 for the pillow I never received, and they made fraudulent charges of $549.87 by continuing to charge my AmX card even after I asked them to cancel. This situation is absolutely ridiculous!
