Fridge
Please find attached the slip for the fridge bought at your store Vaal Mall
The first fridge was not working, they send out a man for a quote. I was told the repair will be to expensive and I must choose another fridge, it was sent back and I then bought this one
It worked for +_ 3 weeks. I contacted the store because the food in the freezer was defrosting and there was n noize
They send out someone to repair it at my home, a fan was replaced and still the freezer was not working properly.
This same man was at my home +_ 4 - 5 times and still not working.
The fridge was then collected and send in for repair.
The fridge was returned after 3 of 4 weeks.
Still not freezing and the noize is worse. The backplate on the fridge is damaged and can not fit properly and that makes a loud noize as well.
I asked a company to quote me on the fridge. attached is the quote.
On sending the quote to the store I was ignored for a week. When asked today what is going to happen I was told to bring it in again.
I want answers and I want this to be repaired
I have a warranty for the fridge but time is of the essence
A household can not go without a fridge for weeks on end

Unethical behaviour, Being charged for cracked screen protected phone and referred to as physically damage and out of warranty
I have had two similar encounter with the managerial staffs. I purchased the phone on the 25-November-2020. Firstly, in March 2021 i returned the phone for repairs as it had stopped charging and the battery power was running low within minutes. When collecting the phone I was issued with an invoice before collecting the phone from the store, which I suspected fraudulent activity and did not paid, as a result i collect my phone under the warranty policy ( managerial staffs took the first original receipt of the first return, when collecting my phone) . Secondly, on the 27 May 2021 I returned the phone for repairs again for the same issue, on the 16 June 2021 I went to collect the phone and was issued an invoice this time doubling the total amount of previous invoice, stating that my phone was physically damage and will not cover the warranty policy. The cracked screen referred to as physically damage would be a cracked screen protector.

Skating board
I have purchase a skating board for my 6 year old for hes birthday yesterday the 09/06/2021.
When I opened the plastic covering the skate board the black rough surface started going off and teard off.i brought the skating board back and explain the situation to the manager and employees but management told me there is nothing they can do but to book the skate board in for repairs, which will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks and they dont guarantee if it will be fixed.

I wanted to sell my aiwa game console wich I bought for roughthly r800-00 and wen my husband took it to cash crusaders in bethlehem they offered to buy it for only r80-00 wich to me is a rip off and then the employee working at cash crusaders lied and told my husband they sell at only r150-00 and my husband told him he is not telling the truth there is the exact same game console in his store with selling price off r450-00.. I started talking since this morning early using the sell by whatsapp. Now my husband comes home with this bad news. We realy need the money, but it took so long and we're we live in bethlehem all shops closes at 1 so I can't take my item to another place to sell. So this to me means me, my husband and our 2 children don't and won't have money, we wil have no food and it is mother's day today. Nobody seems to care. This to me is bad as we have always supporters cash crusaders.
Poor and ineffective efficiency and questionable work ethic
Cash Crusaders Cleary Park are not for the customer! I had a particularly horrendous time at the store on 28 April 2021 following an online buy back application which I'd completed the same day and subsequently advised to go to the above store, which I'd then-indicated as my preferred store. It is without a shadow of a doubt that I now regret this decision. According to the cash loan business, customers who complete an online application stand to enjoy the benefit of a quick, hassle-free and convenient experience as they would only arrive to the designated store to drop off their item(s) and subsequently be handed their cash. To this same effect, a female buyer — whose name I was not given as the staff at this store do not introduce themselves — said the process would merely take 5 minutes as she went ahead to assist me, however, it shockingly and most inconveniently ended up coming to roughly over an hour. This was both unacceptable and disrespectful as she would nonchalantly revert to going into the back office for minutes on end, only caring to give a semblance of an explanation on her return. This occurred several times during our interaction. She attempted to justify this by smearing the professional conduct of the online buyer, with whom I'd exchanged several emails prior to going into the store in respect to my interest of taking up a 30-day cash loan. At the store, another buyer, whose name I understand is Siya, engaged me in brief pockets of small talk during the intermittent breaks of being served by his female colleague, before he was eventually tasked with putting a bubble wrap and an extra layer of cling or pallet wrap around my item, in my presence, per the store's procedure. This, however, did not happen as I had already left the store due to time constraints. After advising Siya of my time challenges and prior to exiting the store, Siya advised that he would send me a picture of my wrapped item. I received the said picture nearly two hours later, further compounding on my lacklustre customer service experience, which was underpinned by the fact that I did not receive a fair deal on my high-end valuable item. To this end, I dissuade other customers from going to this store. On examination of the picture sent to me, it appeared my item did not have the extra cling or pallet wrap that was promised around it. I, hereby, implore the store and its management to put their buyers' conduct under the microscope to ensure improved customer service in the future while I ask for an improved offer on my item.

Laptop issue
I came to cash crusaders pretoria station at bosman Street to buy a laptop, but they gave me a notebook instead of a laptop. This notebook I haven't used it because the windows is crashing. The manager refused to change and give me a good laptop, I can't loose my R3000 for nothing.

Hi I had a suspensive security buy agreement by cash crusaders east Lynne in Pretoria south African. The contract expired date was on the 6 April 2021 I had problem I was in hospital at that time was trying to call on 0878979900 but phone dit not work so I send a what's up to branch with no reply today on the 14April 2021 when I got out of hospital I went to pay my extension but with standing there the cashier told me it does not reflex I asked with how I can speak to to explain and that I can please pay my extension. The Manager told me that my item is on the floor and have to buy it back I tried to explain I was in hospital he didn't even listen to me. So I went to the floor to buy it back but the cell phone was not on the floor. I went back to Management and what to know why he can't help me I ask for own number he said he is management. I bought a belt sander online paid for it received confirmation email and e-mail to say product is ready for collection I organize a courier service paid for it msgd Cash Crusaders Sunnyside Pretoria then was told they don't have offered me other one when I refused they said they found it tested and it's ready for collection then told me they don't have it and offered me another belt sander with half the wattage I refused and said I need something with same wattage

Sent my x90 doogee in for repairs and now after 3 weeks they still haven't fixed it and is still awaiting repair parts for the phone. After numerous calls I was then told to wait longer till it can be fixed . So for 3 weeks that have done nothing to my phone and did not even inform me they waiting for parts only when I called them non stop they told me . In January I bought a TV at Cash Crusaders Constantia Kloof, when I get home the TV gave me problem. I took it back to the store and they took my sleep, they told me they won't give me any paper cos am going to get it after 3 days. After 3 days I went to them and they told me it was not fixed it seem like theres a problem with a switch. I asked them since they took my slip what's the way forward the lady told me they'll call me. I waited for two weeks nothing happened, I went to the shop and they told me they'll escalate the matter to the Manager, until today I haven't receive the call.
Last week I laid a complaint using this number [protected]. They took my number and they told me their call me after 20min. Until today am still waiting for the call. Wow Cash Crusaders service at Constantia Kloof is very very very poor. Even complaint department they failed to assist me.
Dixon vacuum repairs
I took a dixcon vacuum in to the blu valley mall in centurion on 02/12/2020 for repairs. (bought it from the same store two months before) visited the branch still no feedback from headoffice. I pawened my son's playstation 3 the Saturday just before school started due to short comming of school arrangement. when I was assisted the lady firts gave me a fright becouse the top of the playstation cover was actually oppened but when she asked where the top is before realizing it only slides closed, I thought I broke it. I laughed after and told lady assisting me that I just thought it was broken and that my son will kill me if anything should happen. I took my eldest playstation due to being a bigger playstation of 500 gig. previously my youngest playstation of 250gig i was loaned R600 and now with the bigger playstation she offer me bit more. also I asked to put away nicely.
All this is info that she knew I pawned it and not sell it.
I knew I never to took my copy signed. i realized it shortly after, she counted the money off gave to me and my ID and I put that away in my bag but I did not take my copy signed, but I was not worried because lots of times before the brach cant print or have internet or whatever and then they cant give you copy but all on system.
On Monday 1 March 2021 I phoned like have done before to confirm the amount becouse I dont have my copy becouse I want to go collect.
Then I got info that made my heart pump so fast and until today this thing is tearing my family apart. I was told that there is nothing on my name.
This could not be. I arrange transport on Tuesday to go to the branch. the lady who assisted me said then told me, I have not pawned the playstation but I have sold it. I almost lost it.
My son have saved money for more than a year to buy this for himself. Now this.
the lady made few mistakes to confirm she is lying. she said she knows and remembers when we thought playstation was broken and I told her my son will kill me... why would I sell an item and stress what my son will do if broken? she also mentioned that I sold it and that is why I signed only one paper... I knew then that is the second thing... I signed 2 papers and the same paper I always sign when I pawn something. when I told her that her face showed all. she looked worried.
also why would I ask to put away safly. but she then just kept to it that I told her I am selling it. dispite all other facts.
I demanded then to look on camera because it is not that long ago. a camera is situated just on top where we did the deal. this was ignored. I then demanded over and over to go get the copy signed by me agreeing on this to be sold. the lady left 4 times looking for it, but came back with nothing. after a while she came to me with a playstation in her hand offering me that she will pay for the playstation and I must take that one. that was only a 12gig. I did not even know there is playstation that small... I thought for a while that at least I can take one back to my son but still he would never forgive me if he sees its 12gig. she then showed me inside shop one there of 160gig. still nothing close to the 500gig I have pawned. I phoned my husband to find out what to do and even after my husband did even assist with advise on what to do because he just yeled at me again over this mess then the lady told me that she is now not going to assist with her offer of the playstation anymore she is waiting for manager. offer was off then. but she took my number. I had to go because my lunch time was over and have to go back to work. I did tell them I struggle with transport to keep coming in.
until now no one phoned me.
I have now phoned the branch 5 times and every time I phone and they hear it is me, the call is then dropped or they let me hold for long time then drop the call.
this is a joke. I realized that I was scammed and all staff is protecting her. no proof of me selling this can be provided. she said i have singed 1 paper where I have have signed 2. she remember me worried about the playstation and she tried to keep me quite/happy by the poor 12 gig playstation offer first time. cameras is not checked. they drop my calls and dont phone me back. I asked fir her name and she avoids to give answer. no name plate on her.
why would i go back to collect if I have sold this. why can no proof be given. why avoid me. all staff so rude. this had to be planed the moment she realized i left my own copy signed.
my husband gives me all the hell and our household is unbearable due to all of this. I cant believe this happend. would you assist or can this be reported by police. I am going crasy. She cannot get away with this. what will I tell my son...

Faulty phone and bad service florida branch
I went in to the Florida Branch on Tuesday the 9th of February 2021 to purchase an phone. It was a disaster from the start.
1. First phone was ok pink with few mark on it.
2. Second phone a iPhone. Looked good bud with writing on back with marking pen. Unable to reset phone.
3. Then a Samsung. Good condition but faulty screen.
4 Then another samsung. Looks good clean no scratches and screen good... the consultant inserted power cable the light came on looks like it's charging... she called me from 2 meter away and said speaker ok... she went to go get box and while waiting the manager said the rating of the store is low... I should have walked away bud took the phone paid full in cash
Then I realized what I have bought when I started using it.
1. The speaker soft can't hear properly while on call
2. The battery faulty it dropped from 50% to 0% with in 2 hours
3. The fingerprint scanner don't work properly
4 It does not charge properly. It take 9 hours to charge to full.
So the next day I take it back like normal no clients in store the consultantsstanding outside and buy shop playing on their phones. And was shocked by the service I received. I explained to the consultant all the faults she then took the phone to office they stayed there for 2 min. Firstly I would like to know how they tested:
1. Without me present?
2. Called on phone in small office?
3. How did they test fingerprint sencer with out me present and phone locked with pin
4. How did they test charging with box and cable and plug with me?
The franchise owner came out with bad bad aditutte. And told me that she won't give me refund and the phone working and nothing wrong.
I called the shop and she heard that the speaker was soft. She even asked me if the volume it turned up to full.
We had some words. Both other clients in store like normal. I don't want free bee all I want is my money back that I paid for a faulty phone.
I walked out and told her that I will take this further. She said I must and I will do have spoken to local news paper meeting Monday. Meeting friend at dstv Tuesday to try get one off programs investicate the brand and store. and have gone to hallo peter and all social media
I have to say I was in wrong as I walked out and called her a f... n thief. Then she came out the store and called me a Do. s that the shop owner next door came out and asked me if everything is ok.
It's not about the money it's about them selling faulty equipment.

Employee Ali scammed me
I bought a laptop wire and I told him if it's not working I'll bring it back, the wire didn't work and when I took it back he told me it's not the wire that he gave me. For starters he said I must stand outside the shop not go in. He gave me the wire and put money in his pocket.
When I took the wire back he refused to give back the money and said I exchanged the wire. This gives a bad name of your company because of people like him. Ali is the name of the employee.
Yes I was also wrong for buying something that doesn't have a slip but how many costomers are suffering because of him, if he can do this to me how many other people did he do this to them.
Faulty laptop
Dear Sir Madam I bought a lap top at cash cruisaders the laptop is faulty. I sent it to them the second day. They promise to send it to their technician. I paid R2500 for the laptop. Now they phone me tell me the laptop will costR350 for repair. Now my compain is that I bought laptop that is not working with that amount and now Ihave to pay R350 for itd repair.
