They refuse to give me my order
I ordered a tv on saturday the 06th of January 2024. On Monday you wrote me an email telling me it was ready for collection. To my surprise, the people at your stores in Ngebs Mall Mthatha told me that the payment hadn't reflected on your end yet despite the fact that 48 hours had passed since the day I placed the order. It is now Tuesday and still nothing. Please rectify this as soon as possible or refund my money.

I would like to lay a complain against one of your stores and staff in kuruman cash crusader on the [protected] I spent R1999. 99 in store I bought Xbox 360 which is R1799. 99 and the disc for Xbox 360.
the sales by the name of tshidiso moroka and the casher by the name of pelonomi ebusang said to me that I have a warranty of 6month and I can get the refund on Xbox 360 only and I signed the slip.
on the [protected] I went in store asking for refund cause the Xbox doesn't work. tshidiso and same staff checked it and they confirmed the problem of the Xbox 360.they said they will assist me with refund I must wait they will call manager by the name tumelo baitsiwe.
manager came after 30min we talked then he said he will be back to me, I waited in cash crusaders kuruman for 3hrs and the manager refuse to give me refund.
the manager gave me two option via refund 1st refund he can't refund me R1799.99 but he can give a refund of R1200 only or he will give me the new joy stickers for Xbox 360.i asked the manager what's gone happen with R600 outstanding he never respond to me.
the staff of cash crusaders kuruman treated me badly, lied to me, waisted my time,empty promises via refund and they denied me that they don't know me at all.

I called in at Cash Crusader klerksdorp and asked for information on how it works and so fourth, the manager answered and shared their WhatsApp number in order for me to have a better understanding of what they do, I did as I was instructed and communicated with an Employee called Tommy, he was okay and as I asked more questions as I went along he got agitated and he dismissed me like I'm a child, he is very rude and unprofessional. I bought a DIXON BASF-10F 2X10inch LED Partybox 6 months ago. The speaker was hardly used, speaker just refused to switch on. The only issue was the power not coming on,After returning the item to store I explained the concern, just to find after first repair the volume and microphone controls was damaged by company who did the repairs. Item was send back again for repairs and came back even worse, volume and microphone controls not working.
Strange enough the staff at store claimed they tested the item which I think they did'nt do a proper job or lack the necessary knowledge.
Desired outcome: Please refund immediatly.
Faulty cellphone
I bought a cellphone on 12th of August 2023 at the George branch. On the 16th of August I reported a black spot at the bottom of the screen at the Mosselbay branch. They told me I must take the phone back where I bought it. I did so on the 21st of August and they said they have to take the fone and send it away. The manager was supposed to call me and never did. I asked for a loan fone since I did not even have the fone for two weeks but nothing. I went to the branch every week since then to resolve my problem, but nobody wants to assist me properly. R8000 gone.
Desired outcome: All I wanted was a loan phone while my phone went in for repairs because I do everything from my phone for work or at least a face to face with the manager.
