On December 16,2022 I add money to my card like always so before a purchase and cashapp decline my card but doordash did not see it on their end. Cashapp chat is not a good solution for customer support. I finally get a call and no answer on why my card declined nor why is it not showing on the merchant end.? I have countless issues with cashapp with ride shares they never update their service nor do they add tips to the transaction they deduct the amount of ride with tip included as if it is another transaction. They have what they call boosts for discounts that they do not honor nor does cashapp let the merchants know. Cashapp needs to be investigated with regard to their service and how they operate their platform. I want it to be known that they need to be investigated
