They locked me out of all my accounts and froze everything so I couldn't even withdraw my money and forget about them. They won't tell me why I'm locked out but I'm guessing that it's because I used a VPN, which isn't illegal! I've probably wasted over 12 hours talking with customer service in live chat. I was told to contact an email they provided me, which I did and they contacted me and told me that I didn't contact them. That I needed to contact them in order for them to help me. They told me that while replying to 2 of my emails I had sent. I've now sent well over 20 emails and talked to customer service in live chat several times and I'm still locked out and being ignored. Live chat people told me it would be about 2 - 3 days and even that sounded ridiculous to me but I waited the 3 days then started contacting them again. I will paste the exact email they sent to me from the email address they tell me to contact in their email. I just want them to cash me out at this point because I never want to have to deal with them ever again! They just seem like absolute crooks to me now and liars for the things they emailed me and the time quotes live chat continue to give me. This is the exact email copy and pasted:

Our Risk Management department will have to respond to your query. I can't see that they have received any emails from this email address.
Please send an email to [protected]@casinorewards.com and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Desired outcome: To be unlocked from my accounts and given an explanation as to why I was treated like this or some sort of incentive or reward for wasting my time on this process, being lied to and gaslit.
