won 1800.00 asked for proof and sent them this sent me an email saying they go the info and they are processing the withdrawal and then the next day my account is locked my account and no payment. Here is the letter I sent them.

This casino is a pure scam. I mean pure scam! They do everything to make sure you can't get free spins on games that I have played for years on end. I know everything about the games I know when they cheat and when they're being controlled. I've constantly asked him for fair play and all they do is think it's a big joke and laugh about it. So, I've been fighting against CASINO REWARDS for a few months. I've been catching them riging games. I started recoding my gaming sessions since they started rigging games starting 2022 when gaming commission of Ontario made it so that player's could not stop the reels on any slots game. So casino rewards took full advantage of this, knowing if the player couldn't stop the reels, then they can't stop on scatter symbols for...bonus rounds or to trigger free spins. So what they are doing is...I noticed every 4-5 spins, on ANY GAME, they are resetting the game reels and the exact same non winning symbols keep coming up. This means, you can't win not only anything, but especially free spins!
Now they keep claiming that it's not them. They claim this is MICROGAMMING that is in control of all games! They claim, and I quote " microgamming employees " are the only people that can control, or modify any games. It's funny because, no matter which one of my 10 casino accounts I play in, when I login every morning, I have no problems with any games for about 5 minutes! Once the casino gets an alert that I've logged in...a casino employee is assigned to monitor my account ( control the outcome) the games start jerking, pausing, running slow...and winning scatter symbols start landing for free spins and then disappear for a loss of free spins. Before agco starting taxing this company to operate in Ontario...I had absolutely no problems with any games. I could win free spins all day long on any game. Yes, they didn't always pay big, but they came up fairly always. No they claim this is just a big coincidence. yet this has happened to me for 2 years straight...only after agco stepped in. So I started questioning them . They claim there's no records in their system that this occurred! So I tried to pull up my gamecheck records in my account and all of them are gone! So they deleted my records for proof of game manipulation, I only have my proof on my video recordings. I sent them to agco but they don't do anything to have my stolen money returned. I've put my reviews on TRUST PILOT.COM about them deleting my game records but nothing is done.

Number 1 .. Trustpilot the review site is helping this fraudulent casino. See the problem is when the casinos rating gets to 85% bad reviews, trust pilot has to drop them as a client. So what trust pilot is doing is every time it hits 80 to 81% bad reviews they start going through and flagging and removing people's genuine reviews to help this casino and to also pocket more money from casino rewards.

You have to contact the better business bureau in america because that's where this trust pilot is located and keep complaining to the better business bureau of the unfair practices that trustpilot is creating. This is beyond wrong. Was playing for 8 years straight. All these games all they're doing is resetting their reels every couple spins to give the same non-win patterns. Every single day there is one star bad reviews being put on because of the theft, the fraud and the stealing the game rigging and manipulation the casino rewards is doing to the players. Especially players of Ontario. What's the AGCO started taxing casino rewards to operating Ontario. They've taken it out on the Ontario players by rigging, stealing and scamming the players to be able to pay that tax money back. Somebody needs to start a class action lawsuit against this company. Also, you can see the casinorewards.com is paying somehow not only to trust pilot to make sure that they're bad reviews keep going down. It was over 80% and counting but every single time a bad review gets put a whole bunch of five star reviews all of a sudden keep popping up. If you look, you'll notice that there's a whole bunch of five star reviews that popped up from France multiple times a day for a week straight. Trust pilot is letting this happen and guaranteed. They are accepting payouts from casino rewards to make sure that it balances their bad ratings. If casino rewards was not Friday players, there's no way in hell that this amount of people and players would be saying all the same sorts of things and putting one star reviews. If they were fair and not corrupt, they would have 100% 5-star review rating.
These guys honestly need to be shut down and be thrown in jail. I would like to add also ..Last year I won 12k took out the winnings and was told will pay me 4k every week until paid in full ,then I was told I had used my other email account to log into captain cook I was not entitled to the winnings.
