I keep gettin the run around, was told I owe over ***$ from *** I have lived in *** for over 10 years! Nobody is gettin back to me nor answerin emails. I want this removed or I will be filin a motion in court.

CBK I don't owe any money to CBK, Inc

I don't owe any money to CBK, Inc. The letter I got from Kent Hollins was a bill and it seemed like he wrote it himself. The folks at CBK say they're both debt collectors and lawyers. They sent me a bill for $***, and I live in ***. It's kinda creepy that they have my address and just randomly sent me a bill.

CBK full every week

full every week. This is ridiculous and unfair. We have tried explaining this to Hollins multiple times, but they just don't seem to listen or care. It's frustrating and it feels like they are trying to take advantage of us.

Not only that, but their customer service is terrible. Every time we call, we are put on hold for what feels like forever. And when we finally get through to someone, they are rude and unhelpful. It's like they don't want to assist us or resolve our issue. It's incredibly frustrating and makes us question why we even chose to work with CBK, Inc. in the first place.

Furthermore, their website is a mess. It's difficult to navigate and find the information we need. It's not user-friendly at all. We've wasted so much time trying to find answers to our questions, only to come up empty-handed. It's incredibly frustrating and adds to the overall negative experience we've had with CBK, Inc.

Overall, we are extremely disappointed with CBK, Inc. Their billing practices are questionable, their customer service is terrible, and their website is a nightmare to use. We would not recommend working with them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and reputable company to do business with.

This lawyer is sayin' they gonna take my money 'cause of someone else's debt. But that person never worked for me and I don't have any employees. And this Kari *** is a real jerk, tryin' to snatch my hard-earned cash. I let her crash at my place for a while, helpin' her out, but now she's claimin' she worked for me just to get my stuff. All she did was clean up and stay here, no pay, no official papers, nothin'. We just had an agreement 'cause I cared 'bout her well-being. Turns out she was just checkin' out my stuff and sellin' it off. That's why I kicked her out.

CBK I started a payment plan with CBK, Inc

I started a payment plan with CBK, Inc. a few months ago. I told them that I could only pay on the 3rd of each month, even though I started the plan at the end of the month. They said it was okay as long as I made my payment every month. They also mentioned a grace period. I asked them to document this every time, but they never did. I think they were dishonest when setting up the payment plan. Other employees argue that "that's not how we do it." But if you look at the history, I haven't missed a single payment of $*** for several months. I'm in default because of their poor communication and documentation. I feel like I was initially lied to, and she never documented everything she promised.

CBK They took almost $*** without contacting us about a $*** check from 25 years ago

They took almost $*** without contacting us about a $*** check from 25 years ago. It happened when the country was in crisis, and we had four kids and were furloughed. We didn't receive any orders to garnish our wages. On 6/19, $*** was taken from our bank account. I called twice and told them that I wanted to set up payments, but they said they hadn't received any garnishment information and would call back. I informed them that one of our incomes had been furloughed and asked for a return call to arrange payment. However, I never received a call back. On 8/5, another *** was taken without any contact. I contacted their office and was told that the previous employee no longer worked there. They apologized for not contacting us and for not properly documenting the first call, but they claim that they made the call. We have no missed calls or voicemails from that number. I asked them to consider the $*** as payment in full because they are not engaging in ethical collection practices by not providing written or verbal notification. Furthermore, the original debt was only $***, and we have paid it nearly 100 times over. Now, I am waiting for a call back. Just mentioning their name online brings up numerous similar complaints.

CBK I got a letter from my husband's boss saying that CBK, Inc

I got a letter from my husband's boss saying that CBK, Inc. was gonna take money from his paycheck for a debt from 2007. I never heard from them before. They sent a letter saying they gonna take money from my husband's paycheck for a bill we owed from a rental home in 2007! They never sent me a letter about this in the past 14 years. The bill was about *** bucks in 2007 and now it's over $***. I called them right away when I got the letter from his boss. The letter wasn't even from Kent Hollins. They were *** and didn't wanna work with me at all. If I knew about this debt collector tryna sue us for a bill from 14 years ago, I woulda taken care of it. I been at the same address and had the same phone number since ***. I thought they coulda found me easily. Seems like they wait till your bill is three times the original amount to take legal action. I asked about a settlement and they said I could make an offer and they'll think about it. If they don't like it, they'll make a counter offer and I gotta accept and pay in 48 hours or say no and pay the whole thing. Sneaky company 'cause they ain't gonna accept your offer. I offered to pay half the debt and asked the lady to explain that I didn't know about this debt or the legal action and it's been 14 years. They said no and offered ***, which is only *** less than what I owe. I only had a little over $*** to pay that day, which woulda wiped out my savings, but I was ready to settle. I didn't have the ***, so I had to say no. Now I gotta pay the whole thing and they won't negotiate. They can keep going with the legal stuff. They never sent me a letter about this debt or the legal action, so they should work with me. I take full responsibility for the original debt and was gonna pay that plus almost another $*** for other costs. If I knew all this was happening, I woulda taken care of it earlier. This company is ***, they don't wanna work with people who wanna pay their debt. ***. We been in the same house and had the same phone number since ***, so there's no reason they couldn't find us before. I need help to resolve this at a reasonable cost. I been working hard to not have any debt and I wouldn't have let this go on if I knew, and now the debt is three times what it was.
