fraud
I would like to say to everyone: read the reviews first.
If I had done it, I wouldn't be having issues now.
When I found their website, I thought that it was a great idea to use them, I liked what they offered, so I subscribed to their six-months trial.
But I never got the promised services. My money was charged but it looks like I didn't buy anything. It's wasn't cheap, by the way.
So I called them and asked what happened. They said they see my payment and they will fix it soon.
One week later I called them again to find out when they are going to do what they promised.
So I talked to 4 or 5 people and all of them said the same.
No money, no service. All I have is their false promises. Terrible.
their service is the worst advertising firm
Ok guys we all know that company is pure garbage please instead use another better more affordable advertising company called zone x productions(google them)you can go to their website for http://zonexproduction.at.ua They dont do monthly fees one time pay for only $300 they will advertise your website
they only promised that I would be able to advertise my services
I started to advertise the newsletters of Datasphere LLC. I was shocked that the company fooled me, because they promised that I would be able to advertise my own services. But they haven’t allowed me to do it. They told me later and after that and this and nothing. I stopped trust them and decided to stop to advertise their services. And they haven’t contacted me as well. Run from these liars and dishonest people.

need help
I signed up with DataSphere but wasn’t satisfied with the service so I decided to cancel my subscription. I emailed their customer support with cancellation request but nobody contacted me back and they’ve kept charging my card on a monthly basis. I’ve lost $400 since that cancellation request already and I don’t know how to make them stop… Please help me.

They made a commercial on you tube for our company. First off it was low grade and they wouldn't change it to fit our company, so we canceled the service. I used my debit card for a one time payment . In, additional to that they have charged my card twice, a total of $300, and caused my bank account to go negative. When I called they told me they would refund the money the next day which they didn't so I disputed the transactions thru my bank . They told my bank they have a non refund policy. All the hassle I went thru with this company is ridiculous. Every time I called the story was different. I haven't gotten my money back and I am stuck with a low quality video floating around YouTube. Use this company at your own risk you've been warned!
They lie the only reason I stayed there was because I needed a job. ...it tested my values and had me rethink myself...THE ARE FAKE

This so called platinum loan company also took 99.95 and 20.95 from my account today 12/3 on Fri. Which is the day they know people get paid. The bank gave me this number [protected] which is weird because when I research the no. on line. It belongs to this salesman that has his face and website info. This is the website http://datasphere.com/sales-team...

This is, indeed, a fraudulent company but instead of just complaining, let's put them out of business, and get our money back too! Please join me in creating a class action lawsuit against this company. For all new, existing, and past customers, please reach out to me and, together, we will fight against this company. You can find my scathing review on Yelp and I have evidence they provide fake visitors to our site, which is why we're not garnering anything.
This company will NOT deliver any real results! They promise you results ("actions") but when you call them out on not providing even 1 viable lead in 11 months, they claim the "clicks" on your ad are the results they promised. The only actual "seller lead" I received actually stated in their comments that they were not looking to sell. Their product is too expensive to not get any viable leads!
They also don't tell you that you may find your direct competitor on the page where the Data Sphere ads are forwarded to. In my case, a competing realtor who's office is directly across the street from mine, had a similar ad to mine on the Local Saver page where my Data Sphere ads were being directed. I was not made aware that Local Saver would also be selling ad space to competing realtors as I was told by the Data Sphere Representative that I was paying for exclusive advertising. When going through their sales demo of how their "exclusive" ads worked there wasn't a competing realtor on the Local Saver site for the zip code I was going to be exclusive in. If there was, I would have known to question what they were telling me.
If you are going to do business with Data Sphere, make sure you thoroughly check out where your ads will be forwarded to, who else may be on that site as well, and make them specify what they are going to be counting as "results". Otherwise, you may end up throwing away a lot of money!
