CD Connection Does Not Fulfill or Comply to their Guarantee Policy.

This CD, DVD and Blue Ray online music store has a Guarantee Policy of replacing lost items that does not reach their destination - provided that the shipping address info. is correct. The shipping method is Priority Airmail, International Priority plus UPS etc.

But CD Connection is NOT complying to their Guarantee Policy after it is certain that a package shipment is lost.

I have not received a package of CD's and DVD's for more than 3 months now. It is very certain that the shipment was lost. after inquiry/correspondence at the local post office/personnel and Customs authority. The shipping method was International Priority Mail. I have made many purchases from CD Connection and other merchants before and delivery took about 2 -3 weeks and occasionally 4 weeks. Customs does not usually detain small value packages and would have given notice if they did. All opinions point that the shipment package is definitely 'lost'.

After many correspondence to CD Connection, they still would not accept that the shipment was lost. No mail ever takes a duration longer than 3 months to arrive my country. Even eBay, Amazon and many online merchants has 'lost' shipments status after 6 weeks. And PayPal has the process of filing a case of 'lost' or 'undelivered' shipment within 6 weeks.

CD Connection ignorance to accept that the shipment is lost and their excuses that mail could take longer up to 4-5 months is illogical. Priority Mail should be fast and more assured than standard First Class Mail but taking more than 3 months for delivery duration does not make sense.

CD Connection is refusing to comply and fulfill to their Guarantee Policy. This is terrible Business Ethics.

Music and movie shoppers should be cautious and consider about purchasing items from this website - www.cdconnection.com.

I order some dvds/cds from cd connection they haven't shipped them yet I want all my items out of my 8 orders before I pay them
