I went and did an online booking at cebu air. After giving my credit card particulars and press submit, I was prompt that I had done something wrong and was told to resubmit again. I cancelled the whole thing. When I received my credit card statement this month, I found that an amount of $232 was paid to cebu air. I called my credit card company who than gave me the contacts for manila, cebu and singapore. All of them could not help me. As I do not have a confirmation number from the online booking, very difficult for me to give them. I gave my wife's and my particulars but they are not able to see anything. I dun mind paying for the tickets but please send my tickets to me as I booked it for 24 apr 09 to 28 apr 09.

by far the worst customer care service by phone I have ever experienced.
changing a booking reservation due to not being able to complete it online took approximately 30 minutes by phone due to the agents lack of information and continuingly repeating herself.
worst customer service. will not recommend to anyone!
This is not a complaint but an inquiry if you have future plans of having a cebu-tagbilaran-cebu route? It would be a great alternative to taking tje fast ferry especially when sea conditions are bad.. thank you

naiwan kami ng flight namin without knowing. supposedly nasa tapat kami ng designated gate samin and 730am we approached the gate personnel. ang sabi samin wala pa daw ng flight namin. tapos 8am we asked again the info desk ang sabi kanina pa nakaalis!

My suitcase was broken during transport even with fragile sticker attached the flight was from manila to sydney as was not broken on flight from tacloban to manila as i checked it

Flights were cancelled by the airline. In the email you mentioned that FULL REFUND in the form of my payment method but it is not the way showed in your apps/website (baggage fee should not be deducted during the refund).

The students have lost their wallet where the boarding passes are in.
They never pay back my cancelled flight due to the lockdown that happened back in the philippines. Whenever i try to retrieve my booking detail it is gone.
I was charged more than what they advertised. I paid for 27000php and was charged 451GBP which was supposed to be on 417GBP which is more than any currency conversion both in the past and present. They are stealing from customers by charging unfair conversion rate and didn't even include it in the invoice. Bunch of thieves.
I tried Rebooking my flight to see how much should I pay. However, I continued to click next and now I cannot go back to my original booking. And now I have to pay for the rebooked flight. It just feel unfair, they should at least Hold the flight for 24hours and cancel it, not force the customer to pay for it.

We have flight October 14,0755am at Roxas Airport. Our ticket was a roundtrip ticket(mnl-rxs, rxs-mnl). We been using online check in for several times and this timentour service messed up. You didnt notify us thru phone call or emails that we have to do the check-in Again after we added baggage. Its a horrible experience with your airlines.

If you add anything on your booking and you want to undo, there is no way to do so, you will ask to pay even with using the service or they wont check you in. Unfair and bad practice
