It is not the site of Cebu pacific.
The air carrier must not have a duty to issue the copy of the boarding pass.
Such document is not foereseen in rules.
There is the other possibility. The passenger can get the cerificate that hi/she was on the exact flight,
if the fassenger can
- submitt e-ticket or full separate reservation
- submit his full name / address / email
- provide payment for such certificate / travel document .
Charges: equivalent of USD15-25 per 1 electronic document / certificate.
