I did several email in your account but you had an unclear answer. It has been a long time of waiting. You are a big company and a lot of people trusted in you, especially in your promises. So please stand what was your promise to your customers when we avail the ticket. We have paid another amount of money just to avail the assurance for our tickets to be refunded and yet until now this case is unresolved. Again we bought those tickets in your company because we have a great trust on you. Please DO YOUR JOB! IMPLEMENT THE POLICIES THAT WE HAVE AGREED.
