It is my nearest store, and I have problems with my billing. I asked Kyle via email and in person for the Cell C head office contact details, and I am not getting anything. I also received the incorrect email address for unresolved matters. I asked for the correct address and I am simply ignored.
Meanwhile my credit record is affected due to the fact that Cell C billed me TRIPLE of what they were supposed to for a few months. Cell C is unable to assist me via their customer service channels.
