I have been going around in circles to change my number with Cell C. I was told to visit the store and now my sim card is still not working. I already went into the store 3 times and still no help. I paid for a cellphone number I did not need, thereafter I paid for a number change of R255. I still am unable to use my cellphone and the funds will be deducted at the end of the month. I had enough of this pathetic service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
