I sent an email to CellularOutfitter on January 9th, 2017 and got a reply from them. But, since then, I haven't heard from anyone. All I get are daily emails asking me to buy more stuff. I'm really unhappy with this company. I even paid for Priority Shipping, which cost me $13.97. But, I know for a fact that it didn't cost them more than $5.90 to ship it. I sell in bulk and get discount postal rates, so I know the cost of shipping Priority Padded Envelopes, which is what they shipped my item in. That's why my item arrived broken. This company needs to fix this issue and not treat their customers this way.

I made an order from CellularOutfitter on July 31st. When my package arrived, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay $15 Duty. I wasn't expecting this, but I accepted it. However, I didn't hear anything until August 17th when I received an email saying that a support person had tried to contact me. Since they hadn't heard from me, they were closing my file. I was surprised because I had sent the information that Red had requested. It appears that Red dropped the ball in my case.
After several emails, Portia eventually fixed the problem. I finally received my items in the mail on September 16th, which was 1&1/2 months after I placed the order. I am very pleased with the time and effort spent by Portia. However, I am extremely disappointed with Cellular Outfitters. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with CellularOutfitter. It's the worst company I've ever ordered from. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service in the future.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with CellularOutfitter - Would Not Recommend
I recently made a purchase from CellularOutfitter and I have to say, it was not a pleasant experience. I ordered two cases and some screen protectors, but about a week later, I received an email stating that one of the cases was out of stock. However, they did offer me the option to replace it with something else of my choice for double the price. I thought that was pretty cool and picked out two more cases and another pack of protectors.
After waiting for about a week and a half, I decided to reach out to the company to check on the status of my order. That's when they informed me that the other case in my original order was also out of stock, which meant that they had nothing outside of the screen protectors for my original order. I thought I could just replace it with something else for double the price like I did with the first case, but they refused to do so and instead wanted to argue with me about a refund and store credit.
Eventually, they sent out the replacements for the first case they didn't have, but they kept sending me the same email saying that someone would call me within 24 to 48 hours to hash out the details. However, they never actually called me or even sent me an email to resolve the issue. I placed my order on October 30th and didn't receive it until November 17th, even though I paid for 2-3 day shipping.
Overall, I have to say that this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. If I could give them negative stars, I definitely would. One star is way too many for this company.
Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with CellularOutfitter
I recently made a purchase from CellularOutfitter during their Memorial Day sale. I was excited to get a cell phone holder at a special deal, but unfortunately, it did not fit my phone even though the ad stated it was compatible. I immediately requested a return authorization, but it took 5 days to get a response by email. I was frustrated and decided to call customer service, but no one ever answered the phone. I just got music with no message about wait times or anything. I even waited for an hour once just to test the system, but still no answer.
Finally, I received the RA, but it cost me $2.50 to ship back including insurance, and they charged $9.98 for shipping which is not refundable. I believe this is where they make their money! I heard nothing for three weeks even though I sent email messages to request a response. It was very disappointing.
After three weeks, I received an email asking me if I would like to apply my refund to another purchase, which was not what I put on the form. I asked for a refund, not another purchase. It took another three weeks before I received an email indicating a refund would be posted on my credit card.
By the way, I purchased the item on a sale day which offered free shipping from CA to NV. It did not show up on my purchase online, but it did on my credit card. It was very confusing and frustrating.
Needless to say, I would NEVER order from this outfit again, and I have passed on the message to friends and colleagues. I hope this helps someone from having the same bad experience. If I had taken the time to review other customer reviews, I would never have purchased from them. All the other reviews complained about the same problems.

The product I purchased did not charge my phone at all. This occurred when I received the product on Monday, November 28, 2022.
In contacting the company, Cellular Outfitters did not follow through on what was posted on their webpages for this product. In fact, the company presented contradictory information on their website concerning guarantees and returns.
On a "Why Buy from Us" link, it states:
"As you can imagine, we’re telling you all of this because we did just that—we created a business that balances great prices with top quality. At CellularOutfitter.com, there is no roll of the dice. We got rid of the dice altogether and replaced them with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee and a lifetime warranty on all products (including your 3A Fast Charging Tough Design Heavy Duty Charging Cable 1.5M / 5FT USB-A to USB-C, Black). Now you’re playing with house money."
When I purchased the product, on its webpage within the "Add to my Cart" box was an icon/graphic stating "90 day return policy"
And yet, their response to my initial complaint was only to offer a discount for a future purchase.

When I purchased this item on Thanksgiving Day within the "add to my cart" box stated very clearly a "90 day return policy". I find it very suspicious that when I checked the webpage again this morning, after receiving your email at 3AM Eastern, that the "90 day return policy" has been removed. There is a space in between "Lifetime Quality Assurance Warranty" and "110% Low Price Guarantee" where that "90 day return policy" graphic was present as of yesterday, Monday, November 28, 2022 and the day I purchased the product.
Your "Why Buy From Us" link states this as pasted below:

This company should be avoided like the plague as they have no viable customer support system, and I still don't have a complete order. Ordered another case from HD accessories which was shipped today.

this company has the worst service.
I had no idea about the shipping cost until I paid the money for my order. It's not really fair. It was very expensive and I didn't expect I would spend so much money on shipping. Two simple cases. My order shipping cost me more that the order itself. Just unbelievable. I wrote them to cancel my order, but they keep ignoring me. Well, it's very unprofessional, what else can I say?
Ran into the same thing and cancelled the order - luckily they eventually did. They basically hide the shipping costs throughout the entire shopping and ordering process, only to reveal the shipping cost when they charge your credit card for the order - very underhanded!
Their shipping charges are buried in basically one mention across their site documentation and basically nowhere else.
On the positive side, their sneaky practices smoked out the horrible customer support of CapitalOne when I attempted to have them block the charges. Thank you for that Cellular Outfitter, for exposing another company that is just as crummy as you guys!
missing part of my order
I ordered three pieces from cellular outfitter . I received two of the three, missing the most expensive piece. I have tried repeatedly to have them resolve this with no avail. I paid for three pieces, the packing slip indicated that everything was there but there was one missing. I am now going to call y credit card company and file a complaint but I will never ever do business again with this place.
High delivery rates
Dishonest people. High prices for shipping.
No rates for this. You have no idea how much you will have to pay for the shipping until you put the information about your CC without any opportunity to cancel your order. Because it's too much. The delivery from them to my door would cost 60 dollars. Crazy rates. Do you deliver orders on a golden plate or what? Or your couriers are celebrities?
Terrible. Won't order anything until you fix everything. Don't be so greedy. You can't earn all the money in the world.
Refund was not received
Ordered an item from www.cellularoutfitter.com and received it in a timely manner but the item was damaged, so I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a replacement. They said that they don't do replacements and offered me a refund. They seemed nice and refund offer was even better so I agreed.
Weeks passed and no money was received but they did send me a notification that my credit card was refunded! Called my bank and they confirmed that there was no money received from CellularOutfitter.
When I wanted to ask CellularOutfitter about the money the did not reply!
Terrible experience, will never use this company again!
Shipping is not free!
I have ordered some parts for my phone from CellularOutfitter and when I just found this site I thought that shipping was free! Even when I placed my order and entered my card details I was still thinking the same way. Only when they took my money I noticed some extra charges on my card and when I contacted and asked them about the money they said that extra charge was a shipping fee! No where on the site it was said about shipping fees! Products were nice, prices were also great, but the fact that they hide these fees from their customers is beyond ridiculous!

I ordered products totaling $7.88. After (and not before) clicking to complete the order a shipping charge of $13.97 appeared! I attempted to cancel the order but was told it was too late, and that I could arrange a return. When I called to do that (waiting more than 30 minutes for a phone pick-up), I was offered a $5.99 refund on shipping top my PayPal...

I didn’t like to purchase from www.cellularoutfitter.com. I have ordered couple of items and the total sum was $37.88. However, when I placed the order, it didn’t show the total sum of the shipping costs. I proceeded and the sum of the shipping was almost the same as the whole order. There is no point to pay such sum, but I couldn’t cancel the order. I paid and got the items, but they were bad-quality.
