Customer service from the hell of greed
I've bought grow kits from them for years, and I never had any issues achieving the estimated results, I even exceeded them.
Then I bought two boxes that didn't yield anything close to either their estimations or my previous experiences. First I thought this was caused by something I did wrong, so I ordered a new box. I followed every instruction, but the result was even worse.
Then I contacted Wholecelium customer service, and that was not a good experience at all. Their boxes are great and nobody complains, so it must be you, is sum of their response. Then I realized that this is just another greedy company pretending to be something nice.
Recommendation: They love your money, but don't care about the quality of their products. Greed is their only purpose

Wholecelium is basically a scam
Worst site ever. I ordered from them because they explicitly mention on their website that they ship to my country, but in reality I never got my order. They took almost 3 weeks just to send the package, which I was supposed to get in between 1 and 3 weeks. Then the package got stuck at custom and returned to the sender after 3 months. No refund, not a sorry word or anything, they say they are not responsible. Basically, this is a scam ...

Package never arrived
I was convinced to order shrooms from Wholecelium when I read on their site they have good shipping success rate. I don't think it's true. Not only did it take them two weeks to send the package after confirming the payment, but the package never arrived. It was sent back at Turkish customs. 80 euro thrown away. As a compensation I got a 25% discount coupon for next order. As if I'm going to throw money at them again... Based on other reviews I think they're lying about their success rate. They're knowingly and willfully making money on undelivered shrooms. Never buying with them again.
Didn’t deliver
Package should be sent after payment. I paid immediately after ordering and waited a week for my package. I got an email stating my package got delivered but it didn’t and my neighbours don’t have it and the delivery service doesn’t know where it is.
It’s been almost a month now and I lost all hope.
I don’t recommend this shop because it doesn’t provide any service for its customers.

Product paid but never received
Last month I paid for my first order T383093 via bank transfer and everything went fine: the product was delivered within a week, it had a positive impact on me. Perfect!
Then I placed a second order T392071 of a higher value, I paid the exact same way (Bank transfer), and I never received anything! They just took my money and vanished!
Initially, they wrote that they did not get the money, then I send them the bank proof certification, and never heard from them again! Despite my many mails, they do not even bother to reply anymore.

It clearly states the transaction status : Successful delivery to the recipient bank.
Your bank undoubtedly HAS the money, if for some reason they do not want to admit it or release the amount to your account, please share the following transaction number with them: xxxxx.
I have also attached the older order Swift transaction proof, as you can see I paid with the same IBAN, from the same account, to your same account. It does not make any sense why one payment went through immediately, and the other is stuck from the side of your bank.

SCAM ! I ordered products from them that were weak and mushroom kits were poor quality that yielded almost nothing. I ordered again and the truffles they sent made me ill, so I requested a refund on my new order that they had not yet shipped and it's been over one month since they promised a refund and they won't reply to my emails. Do not order from them! They will rip you off!

First order I received - however - the second order never arrived. This one cost me a lot more too. I had a bad feeling about this as unlike the first I never received a confirmation email to my payment through global pay - which I had with the first order and I had to chase this up. Eventually they confirmed that they had received the payment and said that order had already been shipped. I never received it and now they have stopped answering my emails chasing the order up. Global pay won't cover payments although their website suggests that they do.
The only problem I had with Wholecilium was not their fault...it was Coinbase failing to transfer funds and they still have my funds..no customer service at all! I then used WorldRemit and they were very prompt and sent funds immediately, but different method. WC was very prompt, courteous, and wonderful about answering my e-mails, and I had many questions. Keep in mind that (I've found out since this was my first venture) that ordering from other countries (I'm in USA) can be awful and extremely slow. It goes through several carriers and then customs, as well, (which I understand they randomly seize packages) and imagine the backlog of packages backed up. For some reason, it also takes them a while to 'process' payments even when the are confirmed...have no idea why. USPS has thousands of complaints about losing packages and orders never received or found! WC made me aware that the receipt time could vary greatly once it left their facility. Actually it was about a week.
What I'd like to now know is: Are there any of you that feel or know from comparison that the products are not as advertised? I have no experience and am desperately seeking and was so hopeful for help with lifelong and treatment resistant MDD. I have noticed absolutely no feeling from the microdosing at all...three days in a row! Any suggestions?

I had been using them for many years and although my first ever shroom kit arrived in a bit of a bad shape and never grew at all I put it down to my own lack of experience and they were seriously unhelpful when I contacted them. So from then on I only ever bought truffle kits and for a while they were great, always arrived and I had some wonderful experiences from them.
Now we get to the past two years or so. Every item I have ordered have indeed arrived but every truffle kit no matter which I bought have been so weak it has been laughable and the last ones (the new supposedly strong Alien ones) just made me puke my guts up. The only shroom kit I have bought from them in this time I had ordered a small kit and to my surprise I received a large one so I figured they had just done a good thing and treated me because I was a good customer but no such luck.
The genetics were so crap that there were very tiny flushes of shrooms and the shrooms themselves were very wimpy and small. The effect was not only weak but very unpleasant for everyone who had them and I have since learned that during that time all the large Golden Teacher kits from that particular brand were being sold dirt cheap from every vendor so the reason they upgraded my order for free was because they knew the large kits were duff.
I used to swear by this company and always found them very friendly to deal with but I would advise everyone to buy elsewhere now because either they have changed ownership or they are possibly in financial trouble which is why they are clearly selling bunk kits and also not sending out shipments and lying to customers. People are losing thousands to this company and in a scene which is based off of love and learning it is shameful behaviour.

Similar experience just this past month. First time buyer. Microdose kit, never shipped, claimed they needed proof of payment even though I used an XE direct bank transfer. Showed them confirmation - claimed they couldn't find it in their "system".

Having had my first delivery of a shroom kit and one pack of truffles delivered I was happy to place a second order for a further 6 packs of truffles.
Disappointingly these haven't turned up after 3 weeks and I have had no replies to my emails.
Haven't even had an email to say it's been sent like I did with the first order.
After my first order going so smoothly it's just a shame the company won't even reply to let me know what's going on with my order at all.

I ordered from this company two weeks ago and after confirming they received my payment immediately via email they ignored all my further email and have not sent any tracking info. I think from past reviews they seem to have a customer base but for whatever reason may have stopped honoring orders recently.
Terrible service and I got scammed. I don't care if other people report they got deliveries it doesn't change the fact that I didn't get what I paid for.

6 × growing kits
I have ordered from diffrent companies but last time I wanted to try a new company(wholecelium).
My problem started with the delivery but ended in total mess. The delivery was not in time so I went to the store. Meanwhile they came to the apartment and when I was not there they left the package at a post office storage. I live in Sweden and having the package at cold storage during these times is pretty stupid.
The growing kits were a little frozen but I thought this will not affect the growing process. I was wrong. Nothing and I mean nothing grew from all 6 kits and it was the first time I have been with something like this. After 3 weeks now. The kits just smell [censored] and are green(funge). Wholecelium didn't take responsibility and only offered growing help. I said that there is nothing to help grow. The myc is dead. They said that it would tolerate freezing but according to a friend of mine and their own website "You should not freeze the kit in any circumstances". Then they stopped answering.
I lost my money and got nothing in return even though I didn't do anything wrong.
