Hello,
We've been trying to get someone to call us back about a situation... can you help?
We've been dealing with Taylor Prell but she has told us she is in a very bad situation with her divorce, her kids, the cops being called on her last week and having to move in her personal life. She screamed at us yesterday when we told her we wanted to cancel and said she'd get around to it later this week. Last evening Taylor texted us asking for us to pay her cash that she supposedly paid Travis the foreman who supposedly paid someone else. At this point we quit responding to her texts. She sent three more texts telling us "no, need to pay me back" and to "spread the word" - not sure what she was meaning there.
This has been a terrible experience from the get go. We have never been sent an email with pictures or updates on the progress of our house as promised. We go to meet Taylor and ask questions and she says she'll find out and get back with us but not one time, not once, did she get back with us. Taylor emailed us the design packages in September then we went and saw Taylor this past weekend and she told us "oh, shoot, did I send you the old ones, those aren't right" and sent us the actual design package, first time we've seen that and we hate the beige - the old package had a grey scheme. We were promised an electrical walk through with the foreman but we were never contacted and only found out that the walk through happened when we stopped by the house. We mentioned this to Taylor who apologized, gave us a million excuses about two crews quitting and them being behind, and then set up a meeting with Travis - who FORGOT about the meeting, came late and had nothing prepared. He told us, "sorry guys, I was gonna pull the plans and have some stuff ready for you", but that obviously didn't happen. We mentioned to Taylor and Travis that the lender at Inspire Loans is waiting to lock our interest rate in until drywall us up - we asked several times as interest rates were climbing for them to call us, text us, email us, what ever to get the word to us that drywall is up so we can lock. Guess what, we were there over the weekend and drywall is up, of course we weren't told.
It is just a barrage of terrible customer service and a lot of things that you all promised that never happened. This is supposed to be our dream home, we're spending 750,000, it's the most expensive thing we'll ever own and nothing happened as promised by your team.
A call from a supervisor is appropriate here, please advise?
