My warranty items have not been resolved. On the homeowner portal warranty items are listed as completed and they are not. Of the unresolved items, the major issue is with the HVAC system. I called and left a voicemail on 8/30/2023. Angela Green returned my call and gave promises over the phone for repairs and copies of work order history and the vent assessment but fell through with delivery. She scheduled a walkthrough of my home for 9/5/2023 @ 9:30 an and never called or showed up. She has also not always responded to emails. I logged onto the portal to add the items marked as “completed” as unresolved only to find out a new warranty representative was listed. I am still awaiting for the new HVAC to be scheduled to resolve air quality/moisture concerns/repairs. The HVAC vents were originally onlydone to meet code, but repairs done by Deep Blue HVAC to reverse the system flow after closing so now my home is out of code. We have a foul order present and a vent/air quality issue. A ventilation assessment was completed on 10/05/1022. This proces is confusing and shouldn’t be. Too many details to compile in this space but I am definitely frustrated and want Century Communities to be held responsible and accountable for the results of slipshod craftsmanship and want the warranty items to be repaired with due diligence as promised and required by law.
Desired outcome: I am expecting for all warranty items to be repaired expeditiously.
