I waited all day and even called tech and repair to confirm when no one showed up after 4.. Was assured they would be there.. By 5... By 5:30 no one had showed up so I gave up... I called again at6:15 pm and was told they would transfer me to someone at support... That was another joke as I got hung up on.. I was told that a tech was to come out as I still had my phone number working through clear rate and they would need to disconnect it and install my new number... Now looks like ii have 2 lines to my house and can't get a call in on either.. My clearrate # [protected]. I know for a fact no tech ever showed up here and i'm mad as I was lied to and can't afford to take days off without pay for this.. I want this resolved asap since century link owns both phone lines it should't take much to resolve this matter.. I need my pho (ne working, jamei matteson
