Awesome!
Several days ago, after my recent visit to the Redding Check n Go on Lake Avenue, while I was at McDonald's I ran into Priscilla from Check n Go. Priscilla remembered me and indicated that she thought that she had made an error and that I was owed an additional $5. I was told I could stop by and get the $5 anytime. I have to say that this impressed me because I never would have known about the mistake. So, I can really appreciate it when an employee shows their honesty and cares enough to go out of their way to remember me and both admit and correct their mistake. It's nice to know that the employees here are honest and caring enough to correct and admit to an error.
Beware of CheckIntoCash.com: Requesting Full Social Security Number for Account Lookup
I recently had an experience with CheckIntoCash.com that left me feeling uneasy. I received a letter in the mail that stated there were changes to my account terms. The only problem was, I have never had an account with them before. However, my name and mailing address were correct on the letter, which made me suspicious that someone may have opened an account using my name.
I decided to call CheckIntoCash.com to inquire about this supposed account. To my surprise, the only way for them to look up my account was by providing my full social security number. I was taken aback by this request and immediately felt like it was a scam to obtain my personal information.
In my experience, most companies are able to look up your account by using your account number, name, address, or even the last four digits of your social security number. It seems like common sense to me that companies should not be allowed to ask for your full social security number.
I plan on reporting this incident to the proper authorities, as I believe it is important to protect consumers from potential scams. Overall, my experience with CheckIntoCash.com was not a positive one and I would caution others to be wary of any requests for personal information.
CheckIntoCash Review: Decent Loan Option, But Prepare for Phone Call Harassment
If you're looking for a place to get a loan, CheckIntoCash might be the place for you. However, be prepared to receive a lot of phone calls reminding you of your payment due date. Even if you've always paid on time, they'll still call you and ask what time you'll be coming in to make your payment. They might even act like they're doing you a favor by staying open later than their posted hours, but don't be fooled - sometimes their doors are locked and they have a "Will be back" sign up.
The calls can be really annoying, especially if you have an answering machine that blasts their reminders to everyone within a hundred foot radius. And if you're a new customer, be careful who draws up your agreement - sometimes they're inexperienced and might mess up the amounts and interest rates.
Getting a loan can be a tough experience, but it doesn't have to be a humiliating one. Unfortunately, CheckIntoCash doesn't always respect their customers' privacy or treat them with the dignity they deserve. If you're looking for a place to get a loan and don't mind a little harassment, CheckIntoCash might be the place for you. But if you want to be treated with respect and discretion, you might want to look elsewhere.
Privacy Violation at CheckIntoCash: My Experience Borrowing Money in London, KY
I recently borrowed $125.00 from CheckIntoCash, a store located in London, KY. This was my first time borrowing money from them, but unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. When I walked into the store, the lady who assisted me was very rude and acted like it was her own money that I was borrowing. Despite her attitude, I received my money and paid it back the following week.
However, when my payment was due today, I planned to go pay it until I found out that the lady had given out all of my personal information, including my phone number, address, and the due date of my payment, to another customer. This was a huge violation of my privacy and needless to say, I did not make my payment. I plan to speak with a lawyer first thing Monday morning to see if this is a breach of the Privacy Act that I signed when I got the loan.
To make matters worse, the lady even told the other customer that she was going to call me from her personal cell phone and give me a piece of her mind because I had not come in to pay my loan yet. I immediately called the main headquarters to report her behavior and I hope that she loses her job. She even admitted to the other customer that she was not allowed to give out personal information and that she could not afford to lose her job because she has kids.
It is unacceptable for someone to give out personal information without consent, and I hope that CheckIntoCash takes this matter seriously. I will not be returning to this store and I advise others to be cautious when borrowing money from them. It is important to protect your personal information and privacy, and I hope that this incident serves as a reminder to everyone to be vigilant.
Unpleasant Experience at CheckIntoCash in Ozark, MO: Unfair Payment Date Changes and Rude Staff
I have been a customer at CheckIntoCash (checkintocash.com) located at 1721 S 20th Street, Suite 107 Ozark, MO ***) for a few years now. When I first took out my loan, I loved the people that worked there. However, my experience has changed, and I do not like any of them at all. They change my payment date whenever they want, and that's not fair. They are not nice to me, and I would not recommend anyone to go to that store. Maybe other ones I would because I do like the rates, but whoever is having them do things the way they are now doing them is dumb. I just want to pay off my loan and never go back to that store. I would if they didn't change things and talk to me the way they do. I just don't feel welcome at that store. It's like give me the money and get out now. They act like I'm not going to make my payment, and I have always come and made my payment. It's like all the years I have been going there don't matter, like I have no credit with them. Whoever is overseeing that store doesn't know what the hell they are doing but running ones like me away. My mom and sister paid off their loan and will never go back to that store ever. I just wish it didn't have to be this way at that store. Oh yeah, and not long ago, they wanted me to tell a lie on when my paycheck came, and that's not cool. I got mad. I'm not going to lie like that. That's all I have to say for now.
Terrible Experience with CheckIntoCash: Late Payments, Harassing Calls, and Unhelpful Staff
CheckIntoCash is a company that I cannot give any stars to. My husband had a terrible experience with them. On the day that his payment was due, he received harassing phone calls from them. They even wrote in his file that he would not answer his phone when they called. The problem was that they would call him while he was at work. Unfortunately, the company my husband works for does not allow cellphones in the plant. If caught with a cellphone, you are fired on the spot. This is in the contract that you sign to work for the company.
The person who did the application for the loan put down the date that direct deposit comes in, not the date that paper checks are given out. My husband's direct deposit did not start until today. Because my husband did not answer the phone call from CheckIntoCash, they deposited the check at 2 pm. My husband always let them know that he would be in around 5 pm to come in to make payments.
Today, my husband went in to make the payment and was told that because of not having his phone on and his payments always being late, they took the check and deposited it. They also told him that he was under review and it would be August 23, 2015, before we would know if there were going to be any more charges. Remember, my husband was getting a paper check the following Mondays, not on the Thursdays, the date on the check stub. Because the guy put down the date of the direct deposit, which is on Thursdays, not Mondays, that is why the payments were always late. He would not change it no matter what we or anyone that worked for the same company my husband works for told him.
If you can help it, do not go to CheckIntoCash. They will stab you in the back. My husband's experience was terrible, and we do not want anyone else to go through the same thing.
Terrible Experience at Check Into Cash in Greeneville, TN: Rude Staff and Unfair Fees
This place is the worst! I went to the store in Greeneville, TN and let me tell you, I wouldn't even give it a 1-star rating. The people there are so rude, it's unbelievable. I called them a couple of days before to see if my daughter could cash her tax return check and I told them the amount of the check. They said it was no problem and to come in on Monday morning. I even told them my daughter's age and that she would be 18 in a few days. They said it was no problem as long as she had a valid ID. So, we went in on Monday morning and they told us to come back in an hour. We came back an hour later and the same clerk saw us and said, "Oh, gawd!" Can you believe that? Then she called someone and they said it was okay to cash the check. But then this mean lady came out from the back and started fussing over the amount of the check and my daughter's age. What does her age have to do with anything? My daughter works hard for her money and doesn't deserve to be treated like a criminal. They even declined her check after finding out it was legit! And then they wanted to charge her all these fees and surcharges. What a ripoff! Thank you, Check Into Cash, for treating my daughter like garbage. We went to a bank instead and they treated her with respect and even gave her $150 for opening an account. So, if you want to be treated like a productive member of society, don't go to Check Into Cash. They're a bunch of scam artists!
Bait-and-Switch Tactic at Check Into Cash: A Review of My Experience
I recently went to Check Into Cash to cash a money order that was made out to me. The signs on the wall said that their fee would be 5% for a cashier's check and was the maximum fee allowed for all other types of checks cashed. However, when I cashed the money order, the manager, Nikki Barnes, took out 8% instead of 5% and handed me the difference.
I was taken aback by this and told her that the sign said 5% was the amount for cashier's checks and was the most for any type of checks cashed. She came over and looked at the sign and said that it did not say specifically money orders, so they could charge whatever they wanted to.
I felt like this was a bait-and-switch tactic and I wanted my money order back. However, Nikki refused to do this. I told her that I was going to complain to the corporate office.
As I was leaving and walking outside, another employee came out the door and said that they forgot to have me sign the back of the money order and asked me to do this. I refused as they had just ripped me off. Nikki came out and asked me to come back inside. I walked back in and she told me that I had to sign the money order. Again, I refused.
Nikki Barnes called her manager at Check Into Cash and her manager told her to give me my money order back if I would return the money she had just shorted me. I did this and walked out with my money order. Nikki just reversed the transaction after telling me she could not do this.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Check Into Cash. I took the money order to Wells Fargo and they cashed it for free with no hassle. I would advise everyone against cashing your checks at Check Into Cash as I am sure they are breaking the law by posting one fee and then charging a higher fee. They are violating the federal law of the Deceptive Trade Practice Act. This is a rip-off operation for sure!
CheckIntoCash Review: A Reliable Short-Term Lender with Great Customer Service and Rates Disclosed Upfront
I been a customer of CheckIntoCash since 2014. I had over 30 short-term loans with them, and not one single complaint. They will work with you if you need a little extra time to repay your balance. Their customer service is U.S. based, which gives me peace of mind when discussing potentially sensitive financial information. I'm much happier talking to a real person than a robot.
Yes, their interest rates are higher than a bank, but think about it: they're taking a TREMENDOUS risk loaning non-traditional borrowers money. A small group of borrowers never intend to repay their loans, which makes the rest of us have to pay more, so short-term lenders like this can stay operational. It sucks, but that's the way it is. Also, no one is forcing you to take a loan with them - their interest rate along with total payoff amount is disclosed 5-6 times in big freaking bold text in the paperwork that you complete before getting any money. Don't cry about their rates, they have to make money just like any other business. Banks charge you too, they just do it in sneakier ways that end up costing you a butt-load of cash anyway too.
I'm sure that some people do have legitimate gripes about these guys. This industry is a tough one to be in, and you're dealing with a different sort of client base than traditional banks. Hey, I'm a customer too - and be real, there's usually a reason we can't or don't use real banks... most of us a HORRIBLE with money. Working at this place has to be tough, always hearing sob stories, excuses, reasons for this or that, whatever. That kind of crap makes customer service people grouchy, and sometimes that grouchiness gets taken out on the customer. I'm not saying it's right, but it does happen.
Taking this all into consideration, for the industry this company is in they do a damn good job for me. I've recommended them to friends, and they too have had good experiences. I'm happy that legit places like this exist, and I hope they this particular company stays around for a long time.
Check into Cash Review: Nightmare Experience with Poor Customer Service and Broken Promises
I signed up with Check into Cash back in August and I have to say, my initial experience was great! The customer service was top-notch and I felt like I was in good hands. However, after my fourth loan, I fell on hard times and was unable to make my payment. I reached out to them to see if I could make payment arrangements, but unfortunately, they denied my request. They told me that the only way I could make payment arrangements was if my account went into collections.
I was a bit hesitant about this, but I decided to go ahead with it anyway. I warned them that the money would not be in my account, but they assured me that they would not use ACH to cash my check. I was relieved to hear this, as I had spoken to my bank and they had told me that as long as Check into Cash did not use ACH, the check would bounce and they would take care of the rest.
Fast forward to December 16th, and I woke up to a negative balance of $390 in my bank account. I was shocked and confused, so I contacted my bank to see what had happened. They told me that an ACH check had been cashed from Check into Cash. I immediately contacted their corporate office and spoke to a man named Dean. He told me that the check had not yet posted on their account, but I knew this was a lie. I went to my bank and they confirmed that the check had been processed on the 14th.
I was furious. I had made it clear to Check into Cash that I did not have the money and that I needed to make payment arrangements. They had promised me that they would contact me before sending my file to collections, but they never did. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told that he was gone for the day, even though it was only 12pm.
Overall, my experience with Check into Cash was a nightmare. They ruined my Christmas and I would strongly advise against using their services. If you need a loan, try Advanced Cash instead. They will actually work with you to make payment arrangements before sending your file to collections.
Oh, and one more thing - be aware that Check into Cash does a credit check each time you re-loan. This was something that I was not aware of and it was a bit of a shock to me.
CheckIntoCash Employee Cashes Check Three Times, Refuses to Give Explanation
I went to CheckIntoCash to cash a check from Capital One. When I got there, a girl named Britiney told me to come back the next day because she couldn't cash checks after 5. The next day, I went back and she told me that the company she needed to talk to doesn't work on Saturdays and to come back on Monday. I had to walk there on Monday because I ran out of gas. When I got there, Britiney acted very weird and kept suggesting that I try other places and open a bank account. She repeatedly entered my information wrong, including my address, and even had me set up as a new customer when I had been on file with them for two years.
Twice, she said she crashed the system and each time kept trying to get me to go outside and wait, telling me to have a cigarette because it was going to be a while for her to reset the system each time. I eventually did after she finally submitted the check and told me it was going to be 20 minutes for approval. But I watched her through the window because she was so insistent that I leave and was acting so odd. The second she thought I wasn't looking, I saw her reach across to the computer my check was verifying on and do something on the keyboard.
I went right back in and she claimed my check was denied and refused to give me anything in writing stating such when I asked. She refused to give me the information as to why the check was denied or why she had flagged it, claiming no MICR, which wasn't true, and why she had insisted on using my old address instead of my current one on file or making any sense of any of it.
I was so bothered by her that I called Capital One the next day and found out she had actually cashed the check three times. Now I can't cash it at all, and if I had tried to cash it somewhere else, I could have been arrested for it. Britiney went to incredible lengths to do this, from 'crashing' the system to urging me to go outside the whole time. I saw her doing something while she was supposedly helping another customer at a different computer during the time she claimed was just their company verifying the check the second she thought I wasn't looking.
She entered my information multiple times and even scanned the check in repeatedly, claiming the scanner didn't read it. But what she did was convert my check to an electronic substitute three times, then gave me back a worthless piece of paper, then cashed them at my expense on top of making me look like a criminal who was cashing the same check multiple times. She lied about everything and screwed me out of $1000.
I reported her to their corporate office, and it's plain as day I did not leave with one cent when they review their cameras. So I guess we will see what happens. I wonder if this has happened to anyone who did get arrested because of this girl.

CheckIntoCash Review: My Experience with a Cash Advance
My experience with CheckIntoCash was alright, but it wasn't the best either. It took longer than they said it would, but I did get the money eventually. I kinda wish I had read that article on cashandcheckadvances.org before I went through with it.
I went to their website and filled out the application for a cash advance. It was pretty easy to do, but it did take me a little longer than I expected. I had to answer a bunch of questions about my income and employment, and it took me a while to find all the information they wanted.
After I submitted my application, I had to wait a little while to hear back from them. They said it would only take a few minutes, but it actually took a few hours. I was getting pretty impatient by the time they finally got back to me.
When they did get back to me, they said that I was approved for the cash advance. They told me how much money I could get and what the interest rate would be. I was a little surprised by how high the interest rate was, but I needed the money, so I went ahead with it.
It took a few more days for the money to actually show up in my bank account. I was getting pretty worried that something had gone wrong, but it finally showed up. I was relieved to have the money, but I was also a little annoyed that it had taken so long.
Overall, my experience with CheckIntoCash was okay. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst either. If you're thinking about getting a cash advance from them, just be prepared for it to take a little longer than they say it will. And maybe read that article on cashandcheckadvances.org first.
Quick Approval, Constant Harassment: My CheckIntoCash Review
So, I decided to try out CheckIntoCash for a loan. They approved me pretty quickly, but then the phone calls, text messages, and emails started flooding in. It was like they couldn't wait for me to miss a payment or something! I mean, I was going to have the money, but the constant harassment was just too much. I don't think I'll ever use their services again.
CheckIntoCash Review: Loan Sharks or Lifesavers? Beware of High Fees and Interest Rates
If you find yourself in a tough spot and need some quick cash, CheckIntoCash might seem like a good option. But be warned, they're not exactly your friendly neighborhood lender. In fact, some might even call them loan sharks.
Depending on where you live, there may be other agencies that can help you out of your financial bind. It might not be easy, but it's worth exploring your options before turning to CheckIntoCash.
If you do decide to go with them, be prepared for some serious interest rates and fees. They'll give you the money you need, but you'll be paying for it for a long time to come.
That being said, it's ultimately up to you to make the best decision for your situation. Just remember, there are always consequences to borrowing money, especially from companies like CheckIntoCash.
So if you do end up going with them, just be sure to read the fine print and understand exactly what you're getting yourself into. And if you can, try to pay off your loan as quickly as possible to avoid getting even deeper into debt.
In the end, it's your life and your money. Just be sure to make the best choices you can, and may God bless you on your journey.

Beware of CheckIntoCash Title Loans: Hidden Fees and Payback Terms
Watch out for CheckIntoCash title loans. They don't tell you straight up that you gotta pay back the whole amount you borrowed on the payment date. They got a $50 loan origination fee and a $20 documentation fee for their title loans. And if you don't pay it all back on time, they'll write you another loan and charge you another $50 origination fee and $20 documentation fee. Ain't no monthly payments for this kind of loan, you gotta pay it all back at once. The interest rate might be low, but the $70 in fees ain't no joke.
CheckIntoCash's Strict ID Policy: My Frustrating Experience
So, I went to CheckIntoCash to cash a check, but they wouldn't do it because my ID had Debby on it and the check had Debbie. I mean, come on, what's the big deal? They're practically the same name! But apparently, they have to match exactly, even if it's just a slight difference in spelling. I guess it's their policy or something, but it's still pretty frustrating.
I couldn't help but wonder if things would have been different if I had dressed up a bit more. I was just wearing my casual clothes because I was running errands, but maybe if I had shown up in a business suit or something, they would have been more willing to work with me. Who knows?
Anyway, I was pretty annoyed by the whole experience. I mean, Debbie and Debby are completely different names, right? But I guess rules are rules. I don't think I'll be going back to CheckIntoCash anytime soon, though. It just seems like too much of a hassle.
CheckIntoCash's Payment Extension Promise Falls Short: A Frustrating Experience
I was so happy when CheckIntoCash agreed to give me a payment extension. It was such a relief to know that I had a little more time to pay back my loan. We agreed on a new due date and I thought everything was settled. But then, on the original due date, they still debited my account. I was so frustrated and stressed out.
I wish they had just denied my request for an extension instead of agreeing to it and then not following through. It would have been less stressful for me in the long run. We had agreed on everything through email exchange, so I have all the conversations documented. A friend of mine who works in the legal field says that I may have a case against them. It's so disappointing when you can't trust anyone.
Overall, my experience with CheckIntoCash has been frustrating. I appreciate that they were willing to work with me, but I wish they had followed through on their promises. It's hard to trust a company that doesn't keep their word. I hope that they can improve their communication and customer service in the future.
Poor Customer Service and Employee Attitude at CheckIntoCash in Colorado Springs
I went to the store on 8th street in Colorado Springs, Colorado to refill my prepaid Visa card. I've done this at this store before, but this time was different. The employees made every excuse not to help me because it would take a bit of time. First, they straight up told me they don't do that there. When I told the guy I've been helped there before, the excuses came flying. It was frustrating and disappointing.
I was also disappointed to see all of the employees outside taking a group smoke break when I arrived. It made me feel like they didn't care about their customers or their job. It was a horrible experience and I will never return to this store again.
Overall, my experience with CheckIntoCash was not a good one. The customer service was lacking and the employees seemed more interested in taking smoke breaks than helping their customers. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient way to refill their prepaid Visa card.
CheckIntoCash Review: Magic Swords and Russian Ballet Quizzes, but No Gift Card Payments
So, I recently visited CheckIntoCash and let me tell you, it was quite an experience. First off, they have some serious security measures in place. You have to go through a thumbprint ID and retinal scanner just to get in the door. Then, there's some kind of top secret background code clearance check that I'm pretty sure only James Bond could pass.
But that's not all. After all that, you have to pee in a cup and take a quiz about Russian ballet. I mean, what does that even have to do with anything? But if you manage to make it through all of that, you get to face off against a sorcerer and if you defeat him, you get a magic sword. Yes, a magic sword. I couldn't believe it either.
But here's the kicker - they won't take your gift cards. Even if you have the gift card they say they take, the system will magically go down and you'll be left empty-handed. Thank goodness I had that magic sword, because apparently to get the system back up and running, you need a diamond magic sword. And of course, the manager who has the diamond magic sword was off that day.
So, long story short, don't bother trying to use your gift cards at CheckIntoCash. No matter what you do, they won't pay you for them. But if you're up for a challenge and want to try your luck at obtaining a magic sword, then by all means, give it a shot. Just be prepared for some serious security measures and a quiz about Russian ballet.
Unhappy with CheckIntoCash Payday Loan: Hidden Credit Check and Poor Customer Service
So, I was in a bit of a bind and decided to apply for a payday loan from CheckIntoCash. I needed $200 to cover some unexpected expenses and figured it would be a quick and easy solution. I filled out the application online and waited for a response.
To my surprise, I received an email from Credit Karma stating that someone had checked my credit. I was a bit confused since I didn't remember authorizing anyone to do so. I called CheckIntoCash to inquire about it and was told that when you apply for a new loan, it results in a hard inquiry on your credit report. I was not happy about this at all and felt like it was not made clear in their fine print.
I spoke to a representative who was not very helpful in explaining where this information was listed. I was pretty upset about the whole situation and decided to cancel the loan application altogether. It just wasn't worth the headache or the hit to my credit score.
If you're considering applying for a payday loan from CheckIntoCash, I would advise against it. The process was not transparent and the customer service was lacking. It's better to tough it out and find another solution to your financial problems.
Check into Cash: Unprofessional, Disorganized, and a Complete Waste of Time
Check into cash is a total joke! Me and my hubby went to one of the locations the other day and the lady checked over all of our paperwork when we first went in to make sure we had all the required proper paperwork to apply for a payday loan. We completed the application and returned it to her and while we were patiently waiting for her to get all of our info put into the computer all we kept hearing from her is "I'm sorry it's taking so long, we have a new system that I'm not used to yet". Finally, she got right there at the end & said oh you don't have all of the required paperwork for me to complete the process, I'll also be needing copies of your tax returns from the last 2 yrs! She completely wasted over 2 hours of our time just to end up giving us the run around! By that time we were mad and irritated and just told her to forget about it we're leaving! If I could give it a ZERO rating I would!
I mean, come on! What kind of business is this? They can't even get their act together and have a proper system in place. It's not like we were asking for a million dollars, just a simple payday loan. And to top it off, the lady was so slow and kept apologizing for the new system. If it's a new system, then why are you using it if you don't know how to use it properly? It's not rocket science.
And then, to add insult to injury, she tells us we need more paperwork. Why didn't she tell us that in the beginning? We could have saved ourselves the trouble and gone somewhere else. But no, she had to waste our time and make us feel like we were the ones in the wrong.
Overall, I would not recommend Check into cash to anyone. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and a complete waste of time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Customer service for check into cash loan company
About a year ago I took out a Car Title loan at the branch office located in Emporia Kansas. Shortly after I received the loan, that branch office closed down. I send my monthly payments to the branch in El Dorado Kansas.
I have made several written requests for a financial statement,so I can keep track of payments made and balance due. Every other loan company I dealt with does this automatically. But I never receive a statement from these people.
I get no response at all,and trying to contact them by phone is a futile gesture.
I will never recommend this company.
Desired outcome: I want a complete and accurate financial statement sent each month.
Online Payday Advance
I had an online payday advance due friday May 20, 2022... the payment of $622 was taken out of my account first thing in the morning as expected. No problem till I went grocery shopping right after work and my card was declined... my account was over drawn because the took the $622 out again later that day! I have since call multiple times every day and have not actually spoken to anyone from check into cash. I keep getting hung up in because of call volume. On that Saturday the 21st I got ahold of the company that is now acquiring them... they have are unable to help but were relaying messages to send a screen shot of the duplicate transaction to customer service and it would be taken care of. On Monday I called again... it'll be there tomorrow. Tuesday I called multiple times getting the same story and again was transferred to Check Into Cash and disconnected. One rep was very helpful and tried to stay on the line till she could confirm I'd speak to someone and she couldn't get thru. Now it is Wednesday and I still have no money. Cannot buy groceries.. pay my bills and I'm panicking. Because I againtried calling emailing repeatedly only to be disconnected and told Tomorrow.
Desired outcome: Get my money back ASAP!!!
They threaten their customers
I took [protected]@n from the company www.checkintocash.com, but it was the worst mistake in my life. I got money and was informed about the procedure of the money return. I followed the instructions and one day I wanted to return the whole sum. But the company started to send me strange and rude emails. They abused me and threatened me as well. But I tried to...

After at least 3 loans, I came to the same representative (of whom always made sure she was the one handling my business) and paid off a nearly 300 loan. After renewing it, like always, she dished out my funds, which should have been 250. She quickly fanned out one hundred fifty, said thank you, and immediately turned her back to walk away. I spoke up and said "Miss... Umm... I believe you shorted me one hundred dollars on my loan!" She came back to the counter, checked through some paperwork, and exclaimed "Oh, yes, I apologize." After this, I felt like this could have happened before, like I was being "scammed" out of funds I was paying back, with interest. I decided this would be the last time I went to this loan place for my business. Later, the payback was due the 1st of the month. On the previous month on the 28th, she quickly took the entire loan out of my bank account using my given bank info, so I got double-screwed and in bad standing with my bank! I would not reccommend "Summer" representative at this Check into Cash location. Very Bad Business! X(

Check cashing rip-off!
I went to Check Into Cash to cash a money order that was made out to me. The signs posted on the wall said their fee would be 5% for a cashier's check and was the maximum fee allowed for all other type of checks cashed. After I cashed the money order, the manager, Nikki Barnes, took out 8% instead of 5% and handed me the difference. I told her this wa...

I purchased one of thos reloadable cards called checkintocash at Idahofalls location...Loaded up with $800 dollars...thinking i can pay my bills...Oh boy was i wrong...It took the bank that this card goes through 72 hours to activate my card so i can use it...So they floated my money for 72 hours investing it into other businesses ...Now how many customers time $800 is out there that been taken by this practices?
I complain at the facility where i bought the card, their answer was we just sell them we dont know nothing about them...Wow so where is customer service to back up their product i wonder?
Then once i got to the funds bank that is sponcoring these cards allowed another company to authorise 6 times charges of $11.95 to my card ...When i questioned their answer was these are pending and are just pre-authorized..and that by july 18th they will fall of the file...
So i was out of funds of total of $66 dollars not able to use it...
Okay today i checked account and 3 of those are gone through...Anyon in a raight mind will know that is fraud...How can company allow 3 times same charges?in one day?
When i contacted company that charged they denied charges
Now Sponcoring bank wants me to spend half day of my time filling out forms and disputing amount ...then they will put card on hold
and i have to wait again 3 weeks to get my new card so i can use remaining balance and get credit for those 3 times charges of 11.95
When that is over card will be burned in a bbq fire..but i wanted to get word out ...DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THIS SCAM by company name Checkintocash.com

False advertising
They advertise, quick confidential, and they don't check into your credit report.
it's a lie, and they E- MAILED me to let me know they checked, and that after they checked they denied me, obviosly because of deragatory information. first they called me and said i was pre- approved for the loan and gave me their web site info to apply.

I told her this was too much as the sign said 5% was the amount for cashier's checks and was the most for any type of checks cashed. She came over and looked at the sign and said it does not say specifically money orders so they can charge whatever they want to.
I told her this was a bait-and-switch and wanted my money order back and I would give her back the money. She refused to do this. I told her I was going to complain to the corporate office.
As I was leaving and walked outside, another employee came out the door and said they forgot to have me sign the back of the money order and asked me to do this. I refused as they had just ripped me off. Nikki came out and asked me to come back inside. I walked back in and she told me I had to sign the money order. Again I refused.
Nikki Barnes called her manager at Check Into Cash and her manager told her to give me my money order back if I would return the money she had just shorted me. I did this and walked out with my money order. Nikki just reversed the transaction after telling me she could not do this.
A rip-off operation for sure!
Check Into Cash does not check with traditional credit bureaus. However it does use third party risk assessment services.
"Edward", if you were pre-approved it means just that. Your request is not "approved" but "pre-approved" which means additional information maybe necessary. We state that on our site. During our underwriting process we may have learned that you have other open payday advances and the combined amounts prevented us from lending you anymore. You may have enter information on the application which was contradicted by other risk assessment reports. Either way we were unable to assist you.
We regret that we could not help you because denying an applicant for a loan only cost us money.
