Applied for personal loan they went on phishing expedition of my debt and credit , then did not inform me and transferred me to Lexington law on a recorded line, who repeated what amone just did. Pushed hard for credit report attempting fake credit repair. I implied just looking for small affordable personal loan. Not $3,100 payback $579X12=$7,200 unethical unequal deceptive culture. Now getting couple phishing calls buyer beware

I received fraudulent requests for account verification without my consent. These requests seemed like phishing attempts, and I was not provided with any information to report. On April 2nd, 2020, I received two text messages asking me to verify a new account. I blocked the first one, but the second one came from a number XXXXX. It asked me to verify my phone number for the account. I did not respond to this message. Later, I received an unsolicited phone call and voicemail from a person claiming to be an employee of AmOne. The caller's number was (XXX) XXX-XXXX. I looked up AmOne and found their contact information on ComplaintsBoard.com as X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. I called and spoke with a person named *** at 12:31pm. *** identified himself as a receptionist. I informed him about the unsolicited calls I had been receiving, and he mentioned that he "remembered" my name and a loan request for $1,000. I told him that this was fraudulent and asked for more details so that I could report it. However, he did not provide me with any information, except that it was taken care of and came through an affiliate. I am concerned about the lack of details provided and believe that this may be a phishing attempt and a breach of security for identity theft. If this incident has affected my credit or if the company has any information about the person who contacted them, I request that they provide me with the necessary details. I want to keep a record of this incident for my identity theft records.

I applied for a loan of 50Kphp last March @ Amone Financial Loan Service with Mr. Robert Jason as agent and Mr. John Ben as CEO and they gave me the address if their head office at Florida, USA Until now I havent gotten my loan because they always add and add to the payment. They did never tell me of the total cost of the loan. They always promise of last payment but fees never ended. I already paid more than 10Kpjp. I'm tired of this persecution. I want a refund. I am a struggling Filipino. Please help me.

Mitch Peschansky was supposed to be helping me locate some loan companies that help people with not so perfect credit. I told him my scores were low and he specifically told me that he could still possibly help me. He then proceeded to send me some limks to apply. Which, I did. I was denied and simply called him to see if there were any other options. Did not get a call back so I sent a nice email. He called me back and left me a nasty message (which I saved) basically telling that I, of all people (because I told him I work in the credit repair industry) shuold know better than to apply for loans with scores like that. He then belittled me some more before saying that I needed to repair my credit and call him back when my scores were more "respectable". I then called him to discuss the misunderstanding and he shouted at me, speaking really fast so I could not get a word in, and then hung up on me. I will be contacting his boss and providing the phone message he left me.

Beware! I am not angry but feel like I have been scammed by Am One. I gave these ###s $199 per Trevor we could get a refund back if not happy. Janelle from Am One said they do not give out refunds. I know they are not a loan company but research banks and pass information on to you as a consumer. WRONG! The banks are junk and you are better off going to a website and researching banks on your own. We have a 800 credit score but banks are very picky these days. We wanted a loan to roll all our doctor bills and few credit cards into one sum and Am One does not promise a loan but the banks are junk. If you did get a loan using them "Great", but please do not lie for them and if you do work for AM One, "Please" do not post like your a consumer and got a loan. That is very misleading and gives hope to consumers. If they helped you in a time of need I am happy, but the people who did not get help I feel for.

THE COMPANY OFFER TO HELP WITH MY LOAN CONSULTANT BUT IT WAS JUST A FRAUD. I HAD TO PAY 299.00 BUT NEVER RECEIVE ANY HELP FROM THEM.

I saw the website which showed rates as low as 6.9% and was shocked when I got 10%. I have a 650 score and never pay on double didgit interest rates in my life. They connected me with some credit union whihc obviously give out these higher rates. I suggest not using them unless you are looking for a high rate loan. I would try your local bank first and use them as last resort.

I should have known better. First person (salesman) I spoke to was wonderful. I explained my situation to him and he said although there were no guarantees, that it should be 'no problem'. I was very clear as to my circumstances and the amount that I needed. The actual consultant was brief, but he submitted two applications for me. Those people informed me that NO ONE would give me a loan with my circumstances, and most certainly not in the amount I needed. The consultant then said I could get a co-signer... and he would not be able to submit those applications but would give me instructions. They had told me that THEY did all the leg work. At any rate, that was $300 right down the tubes. I needed that $300! Stupid me.

I used America One and was disappointed with the rate I received. I saw on the website they were advertising a 6.9% rate. Mine came back way higher, 9.5%. I have good credit. I don't see why places post one rate and then give you another. It seems like alot of places do this. They told me I could get my money back if I was able to get a better rate somewhere else but I have no idea where to go, that's why I retained there services. I guess Im out with my high rate.

The company charges $299.00 with the understanding that it will analyze your financial condition and refer you to banks, credit unions, or loan companies that 'fit your desired loan needs'. The implied assertion is that AmOne has 'special relationships' with these lenders and that you have a good chance of obtaining a loan.

I stress 'implied' because they do not actually guarantee a loan - but they do claim to stand behind the client 110% and also claim to have a 100% client satisfaction guarantee. However, after receiving nothing more than a few emails with links to banks, credit unions, or loan companies, when contacted AmOne does not provide a refund to an unsatisfied customer.

Lesson learned...I got burned.

This company claims to offer you a 100% guarantee that they will aid you in getting a personal loan. I read all the negative reviews and should have listened to my gut feeling.

They tell you for $300 that they will match you with a bank that will give you a loan for certain. They tell you that they would not waste your time or their time if they knew you wouldn't get a loan. They then give you this whole process you have to go through to at the end of the day, basically it's a backyard bank that you could have walked into yourself and got your own loan without paying the $300. You can never get in touch with someone there. They are basically only looking to make $300 off you.

If you need a loan, go to your local bank. Listen to your gut feeling. They will not help you secure a loan any differently than you can do on your own. Save your $300, be smart and go talk to your local bank for a personal loan.
