I had a representative from this company come to my home. He knocked on my door so hard that he actually left a dent in my metal screen door and shook the front windows of my home. I was naturally startled when I answered the door. I asked him what he wanted in a rather strong manner. After a very condescending and belligerent sales speech, I told him to leave my home and property. He refused four times. At that point, I threatened to call the police and informed him that I was armed. He still refused to leave and even had the audacity to say that I was incompetent. I started calling the police and informed them about this representative. It was only then that he finally chose to leave. How can someone be so arrogant as to ignore orders to leave someone's property and trespass? How can they ignore someone who clearly states that they are calling the police to have them removed and that they are armed and not joking around? How? Just leave my home already, for goodness sake!

100% of all the work was done by Cheetah Solar. I was told that Cheetah was ONLY the Brand Name of Solar Panels being installed. If I had known that, I would have worked directly with Cheetah Solar and saved a considerable amount of money. My Solar system is still not finished. I am now paying on my Solar Loan and still Paying my utility bill. This company will do and say whatever it takes, then leave you high and dry.

Today (4/22) a guy from Cheetah Solar came to my house. There's a sign by my garage that says no trespassing or soliciting, but he saw it and still came over. He went up to the door where there's another sign, but he ignored it and knocked. My wife answered and told him it's against the law for him to be at the door with the signs. He walked away, but then a few minutes later he came back and knocked again. He said he saw some stickers on my wife's car and wanted to help us with solar because he's a Marine Vet too. My wife told him to leave because she already said what he's doing is illegal, and she'd call the police if he didn't go. The company should train their people better. When there's a sign that says no soliciting, it means don't ignore it and do whatever they want.
