Incorrect shipping and items not included...
Order was incomplete and shipped to the incorrect address. All of the information for shipping was filled in and a gift card also selected.
Not only were the items shipped incorrectly but I was charged 20 dollars to expedite the order... which is incomplete...
I have tried for 3 days to get through on the phone... but disconnected because of overload...

Clothing order
It's been two weeks since I have ordered $54 worth of items and still don't have a tracking number. Customer service gives you the most difficult time getting in touch with a live person, when I finally got to someone she lied and told me my order was shipped and that's why there isn't any information. She also told me she wasn't authorized to give me any information on my order that I purchased. I requested to speak to her manager which is when I found out it was a lie, the manager tried to offer me a $30 coupon, but I refused to take the bait. I am absolutely disgusted with the services and possibly will take legal action.
I received the wrong order
On april 10, 2020, I order a denim jean jacket size (10/12), upc: [protected], color: streamwash, order# [protected], which was shipped out on april 14, 2020 and on april 18, 2020, I recieved the wrong order, my name was on the package but someone by the name of ms. Melvina watkins 14316 south state st. Riverdale il 60827, which was a jean, tried to contact childerns place but got know response, so what am I to do, please assit in this matter!

Order 76.00$ worth of clothes and never received my items. Said it was delivered but was never was. Called customer service and no help, they told me to contact the delivery services but no help told me to contact Children's place again. I was told nothing called be done because it says in was delivered. I will never order from this company again the worst.

I ordered on line and before I could put my coupons in my order was processed and charged. My order # [protected] I have had this done to me before and I am sick and tired of it. Of course, customer service was not available and there was not an e mail to contact them. I wanted to cancel order but there was no way to do it. I would have cancelled and ordered with an agent instead so they could not scam me out of my coupons. I had $25.00 to use.

missing product, horrible customer experience
I placed an order on 12/17/19 for some holiday shirts. The order #[protected]. I received the package on Friday, 12/20/19. However, I was missing one shirt, item #3004765, size 7/8. I called the customer service line after I checked availability online. The CSR informed me the item was available, however an investigation would be opened. He also said a 5.00 refund could be processed. I asked to speak with a supervisor because I still wanted my item prior to Christmas and RUSH shipping was available for orders placed prior to 11am EST. The supervisor I spoke with informed me that he would not have the option to ship the item to me. His name was Daniel #18570. This is ridiculous. If I the consumer have the option to pay extra for expedited shipping and receive the item prior to Christmas. Then why wouldn't an employee at the company have more options than me. I am highly disappointed at the lack of customer service I have received.
inability to help a frequent customer
I placed order [protected] last night and submitted the order before I could enter my 25% coupon. I talked to Evelyn at Customer Service who was very nice but her only response was for me to try to cancel my order (with no guarantee it could be cancelled) and try to reorder the 18 items. Also with no guarantee I would get the reordered items by Christmas. Isn't there any way you can help me as a frequent shopper for 5 kids? I've worked in the customer service field for over 40 years and we do everything possible to ensue our customers always leave with a WOW experience. I would really appreciate any assistance you can give me with this matter.

cancelling online order
I placed an online order for my twins daughters for Christmas on 12/02 it was 22 items for $170. I placed the order and the funds were debited from my account. I recevied an email with a confirmation # at 7:22pm. Then I recevied another email at 8:07pm stating my order was canceled. I called the 800# they were closed, so I called on 12/03 and was told they didn't know why my order was canceled and they couldn't reinstate my order. Also, I was told my funds will be release on Friday(12/06), which doesn't help me because, the sale will be over! I asked to speak to a supervisor and the customer service rep laughed and said she is going to tell you the same thing(WOW). She was right, the supervisor was no help! Long story short, I'm done with The Children's Place! I work in the customer service field and I would never treat my customers this way.

I ordered 3 items and then 2 of the 3 items arrived 7 days later. 8 days after the order I received and email that the last item was not available and would not be shipping. When I called and spoke to 2 different supervisors they refused to offer free expedited shipping on a different pair of uniform pants for me because of the companies error! This is inexcusable! I cannot believe a major retailer runs their company in this manner! I will not be purchasing from children's place any more and will be advising all of my friends and child photography clients to avoid buying from them because of their poor customer service practices! Ridiculous!

This company is horrible! Your online site is not updated with current items. The customer service is useless and to make matters worse the escalation department is a disgrace. I am so disgusted with this company. It has gone downhill! Do not order from their online site unless you are ready to deal with the disappointment. Today, I went to pick up and order that was placed on Sept 20, 2019. I was sent and email earlier in the week stating my order was ready. So, we go to the store and I tell them my name, the cashiers as unprofessional as they ALWAYS are. State well you're order ain't here, I don't why they sent you that email. Can you imagine the frustration, now if this is the first time I could see this. But this is the second time it has happened. Either your staff need better onboarding and customer service skills but I felt no one their knew their job duties. As well inquirers to me about if I was hiring (clinic manager), in which they're ready to jump ship. Please, improve your process of ensuring the right information is conveyed to your customers. It quite frankly was a waste of my time and I rather shop at GAP to ensure better customer service.

I have been a loyal customer for years. I am really dissapointed in my experience with your call center and lack of customer service. I have a credit with your company 0 balance. I spent three hours on the phone and was tranferred around called back 4 times. My issue is still un resolved. My account is showing the wrong billing phone number. I corrected it online. I am an IT manager . I am tech savy. No wonder you are going out of business and closing stores. Wow, time to go back to Justice and Macy"s and share story with friends. Very dissapointed.

On August 31, 2019, I place an order for 6 pairs of uniform pants, 3 black and 3 khaki as well as five white uniform shirts. It took over an hour to place the Order because the website kept redirecting me and Glitching. Every time I would put the address in it would prompt me to select one of the selected suggestions which was not the proper address. The order was supposed to be shipped to 4825 North Winchester Square Memphis, TN 38118, I received notification that the order had been delivered yet I had not received anything. upon tracking instead i it was shipped to 4825 West Winchester Square Memphis, TN which is not an existing address and was deemed undeliverable and was being shipped back to sender.Upon calling and inquiring about the order the rep said there wasn't anything he could do about it that I would just have to wait for the order to be returned to them and repurchase the items. Well the items were bought on sale so now I would pay double what I paid before he continues to say sorry ma'am there's nothing I can do. I ask to speak to his superior and he places me on hold he returns stating that after talking to my colleagues I can offer you 25% coupon by this time I'm fed up and agree to the coupon. Asking him again why can't I get the items I ordered at the price I payed? His response I'm sorry ma'am we've already issued you coupon there's nothing else we can do. I still have not received my refund how can I repurchase items without money and the coupons has expired. I want my refund and the items I purchased at the price I purchased at the time of the sale.

I have had enough with this company over the past 3 years canceling online orders saying I don't met the "criteria". What "criteria" do I have to met to shop at a cheap children's store? My oldest is 13 so that means I have been shopping here for 10 years before this issue started.
