I have over $400 of Children's Place cash to spend that expires today. I have placed one order. I'm my second attempt I keep getting a zip code error. The order will not go through. I am trying to get purchase $800 in clothing and cant. As of tomorrow I will be losing $480 because of the children's place website. I want to be refunded all of my money. Bogus.

My mother had bought several pairs of pants for my son and had them shipped to my house in Illinois. She lives in Rhode Island. The pants did not fit so I went to the store near me to either exchange them for something else or get a merchandise credit. I had a receipt. The cashier said I couldn't get a merchandise credit, there wasn't anything in his size. So they asked if I had my mom's credit card. Um, no? Well she said she could return it on MY credit card. They just needed a card, any card. Isn't that illegal? Anyway turns out they were able to refund my mom because she had used PayPal. The whole thing made no sense to me. Why couldn't I just have a credit? It's not like they were losing any money?

My order was placed August 23rd with the CORRECT SHIPPING LABEL once my order was ready to go out for delivery the online office whoever is in charge of shipping put the incorrect address on it. I still have not received any of my packages this is unacceptable, you sit on the phone for hours waiting to speak to someone. Is this your head of good customer service is this how you take care of your customers who spend there hard earned money with your company. I placed an order on Aug. 22nd in the amount of 33.90. On Aug. 27th, my card was charged an additional 18.32. This morning I woke up to a charge of 13.28. I have attempted to contact customer service numerous times but got nothing. I have been charged double for my order and still have NOT received the initial order. I do not have money to throw away! I emailed children place a whole week ago and today I'm just now getting inaccurate information, the person yasmine wrote back that I've received my item but online it's saying it's still in transit. I've ordered Aug 9 and today is Aug 29 and still haven't received even an tracking update! Than on top of that one of my items were canceled and I haven't even received an refund for that.

I ordered my child school clothes on August 7th Order# 282431.
and they STILL are not here. I called to speak with someone in customer service and after waiting OVER AN HOUR (1 hr and 14 min to be exact) all she said was it will be here by yesterday 8/22 because that was the 10th business day. I was trying to explain to her it still shows order processing and she kept just blowing me off trying to say it's not the 10th business day and to call back if I did not receive them by the tenth day. I have a job and now sick child I cannot sit on hold for that long .
I love the Children's Place and I have never had a problem before but this makes me NEVER want to order online from them again. Customer service is absolutely awful.

I never got a confirmation email .. and it's been saying their gathering my order for Almost 2weeks .. I love this place and has never had this issue. . Can we please see what's going on with my order ...of the charge can be reversed and I just reorder all the items then that's fine as well . I visited the childrens place in Passaic, NJ on 8/21/19. First I want to say that the staff and store manager were extremely nice and helpful but I was on line to purchase uniforms for over 40 minutes. The store only has 2 registers and it was packed! I am so upset with my experience at this location! This store is one of the only children's store in downtown Passaic and this store definitely needs more than 2 registers! Beyond disappointed! I was going to purchase more items but because of the wait, was unable to do so...

I went into a Children's Place while I was on vacation in Branson, MO on 7/22/19 During my transaction, the register shut down. I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes (outside of the time that I had to wait in line) while the staff contacted I.T. Once the system rebooted we proceeded with the transaction however i was charged twice. I have been calling that particular store as well as the 1-800 number, having to wait for hours for several weeks now trying to get my money back. It has been a whole month. The store manager is not helping me and neither is the customer service staff. This is my far the worst experience ever!

My name is Corisa Jackson, I submitted an online order on August 9, 2019 and have not received and email about my order being shipped out. When I go to my account and check the status it says my order is being processed. I have called costumer service multiple times and when selecting the option for online ordering an automatic voice comes on the line stating that when ordering online it can take up to 10 business days so for me that should be no later than Thursday, August 22. I am not understanding how my order has not been shipped out but is expected to arrive in two days, the automatic system also says due to a high call volume please call back and hangs up the phone, I have called at 8am and through out the day with the same ending result, I am on the phone now waiting for a representative and the automatic system says there can be up to a 30 minute wait, I need to be able to talk to some one and get information about my purchase. I have paid $151 for my order and I cannot even get someone to talk to me and let me know where my order is at.

I was charged twice on my credit card
On August 4th I made an order. The amount was taken from my account. The item was not shipped until August 15th. On the 15 th i got an email that the same amount was taken from my account again. Inwould like my money to be reversed to my account. I have called multiple and no reponse. I think your company is becoming very unethical and i would not feel comfortable disclosing my credit card info with this company again
missing items
I placed an order online on July 12 for 11 items. I got an email a day later stated the 1 of the items is sold out and won't be shipped, and the rest are in 2 separate packages. The first package arrived with the correct items listed on the email. The second package showed up with three headbands which weren't what I ordered. And there is none of the items I ordered in there, but the packing slip shows the rest of my order. I called Customer service on July 22, and they said they will issue a re-shipment which would take up to 2 weeks, I asked for expedited which it shows up within a week. However, there are still 2 items missing. I called again on July 26, this time I had a really rude representative on the line, asked if I have contact the post office as soon as I gave him the order number. Long story short, I got him to put in for another re-shipment. I then asked for the confirmation number and tracking number of the re-shipment, he said the tracking number won't generate until the shipment is shipped, but he still didn't give me the confirmation number and hang up my call. It is now 3 weeks and I haven't received the items. I called several times this weeks, but was on hold for about an hour and no one answer.
