He said the month before I was hugging someone to much, and not once we're there witnesses, and again he never warned me he was going to cancel my membership..he makes me feel uncomfortable, embarrassed and that shouldn't happen when you pay them money for a monthly payment...he said you got 2 complaints in 2 months and that's why your membership was canceled...the other bailey's said they couldn't see what was written so...I'm waiting on his boss to get back to me and i will tell him how I think his GM is unprofessional
Chuze Fitness on Phillips Highway really needs to rethink their approach. Canceling your membership without even a phone call or email is about as unprofessional as it gets. All this over a complaint about talking too much? It seems like they’re more interested in cutting ties than communicating. A heads-up or a conversation could have easily resolved this, but instead, they chose to leave you in the dark. It's clear that some changes are needed in how they handle member concerns.
