I have been getting ice from circle k for 13 yrs. With cups that I purchased. I was advised years ago that I could as long as I had my own cups. Since the coronavirus outbreak, we are no longer allowed to bring in personal cups. So, I have been spending $4 a day for the past 30 days until yesterday. I purchased 2 cups and then asked for a bag and proceeded to pour the ice in thd bag. The clerk told me I couldnt because I only paid for 2 cups. I advised him that if the order wasnt in place, I would not have paid anything because I had my own cups. He said I was stealing. Now, I need to know who is right. I dont want to do anything illegal nor do I wish to be embarassed. So if u can answer my question, it would greatly be appreciated.
Unprofessional, rude staff
On 4/18/2020 approximately 5:30pm I received the worst customer service at the location at 116 Main St in Gordon, Ga. First, customers were not greeted upon entering the store, secondly the cashier was at the far end of the counter talking with a gentleman. I ask the cashier if they honored the discount for healthcare workers to get a tea or coffee? She responded yeah but you have to be in uniform and it's for a small item. I proceeded to pull up the flyer that stated "with ID" to show her.I had my ID to prove that I was a nurse. She stated again that you must be in uniform. My response was that don't make any sense, that's not what the flyer says. In a very rude and unprofessional manner she replied"this is their store they make the rules". I asked for her name, I told her that she didn't have to be rude. Her reasoning was that I was rude with her. In a sarcastic tone she gave me her name and asked if I wanted her supervisor's number.
I am very disappointed with the service that I received. To be a paying and to be treated unprofessionally is unaccepted.
If this store has set something different in place it doesn't make any sense because not all healthcare workers wear uniforms. I am a RN, I have been in the medical field for over 25 years. I have had jobs that require a uniform/scrubs and some that do not. At my current job I wear scrubs during the week and on weekends I don't.
payment / check stop
Manager of shell gas station located at 222 church street, sandwich, il 60548, gave me a list of product she need at station including hand sanitizer after her approval of a size of a bottle and price she agreed, delivered on april 2nd 2020 and she paid by check $213.49 after applyed credit for the amount of $161.50. Next day manager called me and said that no one is buying hand snitizer
I said sorry but I cannot help in that matter. Owner of that gas station called me after few days and said its water inside take it back and he stop payment/check.
This is ridiculous and stupid owner and manager they don't know the difference between the water and hand sanitizer.
Long story short actualy no one buying from them due to the high asking price.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was feces on the toilet and what looked like urine on the floor. The whole store is filthy. They have a sign to report unclean bathrooms but the store number provided on the sign does not register. It is absolutely disgusting! Employees are not attentive to these issues at all and appear not to care that the store is so dirty.

I am choosing to submit this complaint anonymously to protect the reputation of the employee.
I am hoping that Circle K is committed to creating and sustaining a workplace with integrity and respect for the dignity of others. With that said, I would like to submit a complaint regarding an employee by the name of J'Nae Fraser who is an employee at the corporate location in Tempe AZ (1130 W Warner Rd). Starting in January 2020, due to unknown charges made to my account through Comdata/ FinWist Solutions. I was informed that a new card was needed to be issued by the employer in order to have access to my balance. I informed them at this time that I was no longer an employee at the time, this didn't matter. I contacted former Managers, Veronica, Kathy at Fillmore and 1st Ave, as well as Haider from the store on 16th Broadway. I only received a reply from Kathy stating that I would need to go through HR payroll in order to fix the payment issues. I contacted payroll HR and left 2 messages and have not received a reply. I have also sent messages from Circle K website stating the urgency, thus being 2 weeks with little to no help from Circle K. I contacted cardholder services numerous times to let them know my situation, which they stated as before, they can not help me to contact Employer. Feb 27th Thursday in person at the training center located at Indian school and 11th to speak with Kathy from HR. She provided me with a replacement card. After numerous emails sent to and from HR, Payroll and District manager, discussing that my pay card needed to be added to Workday. Within emails further information was requested, Name and Work ID number. I sent information via email that I was CC to. My response was ignored. Kathy called to request the information again over the phone with my mother, she was only able to provide Kathy with my middle name not my employee number. I sent another email to HR Payroll and district manager the next morning February 28th Friday, to check on status but did not receive a response from either party again.
This has been handled very poorly with unethical and unprofessionally. It has been 3 weeks and the problem has not been fixed due to miscommunication, which is unlawfully keeping me from obtaining my paycheck. I have gone through all the necessary steps needed through HR and although I have completed all of these steps I have yet to get paid.
Desirable resolution? The problem is fixed immediately due to the prolonged time I have been patiently waiting.

Reward program
Every time that I purchase anything at your stores the cashier begin entering their own phone number which doesn't not allow me to enter mine. I shop at circle k a minimum of once per day you have lots of deals but your employees are benefiting rather than your customers. They don't even ask if I want to enter my phone number they just start putting their own. I have nicely complained at several stores but no change.
CUSTOMER SERVICE/declined card and they still took money from my account.
