As i my girlfriend and i tried tk retrieve a simple pay stub to help her son with colleges and tax time comes up and we ran into absolutely no help from any circle k admin we got the not my problem response to every number and website tried we even faxed a written request to no help we were told they didnt have to after this i did some research and have found that this company is one of the worst companies to work for and do not care about there employers nor how can u care about customers ny girlfriend and i will be never using circlr k again and neither will our friends and family as i have showed them my research i will be reporting to every state and federal regulators i can simply for a compie if a check stub really sincerly Gary sullenberger email [protected]@gmail

My friend and I went in to the circle k on San Pablo in palm Desert
The employee named Dale will always ask if he can have my friends number and everytime he tells him no and to please stop asking. The other night he went in and he asked him again we are just getting to the point that we will go to the circle k on portola instead even tho it is two blocks away from our house jusy so we do not have to see him anymore.

There is an employee that works here, I do not know her name. She has been constantly harassing me, flirting at the counter and now she has roomed with someone next door to me and continues to harass me. Today, myself and a neighbor were outside talking and she drove her bicycle into the lot. The neighbor asked if she lived there and then she continued to mock me about vandalism that occurred to my vehicle, laughing. I was not sure if it was really her but the neighbor confirmed it was an employee at that exact location and even informed me that she does drugs.
I don't want to go into my regular circle k being harassed for absolutely no reason by an employee that now has a grudge on myself.

Circle K at 16th Street and Southern Ave is a brand new store, but EVERY TIME I go to this store... IT IS VERY DIRTY and NOT ENOUGH CASHIERS
The fountain drink area is Always full of used Ice, the floors are dirty/filthy with spilled drinks, etc.. The counter-top area where you get condiments, lids for your soda or coffee, napkins and straws is always filthy. You do not want to set your drinks or food in this area. 9 times out of 10 there are soda spilled on them, used or un-used lids and straw holders.
The line is always long and there is usually only 1 cashier servicing the guest and that person usually "Have an attitude, because the guest have an attitude due to the dirty store and long lines...

Let's clean up This Store and make it The Best Circle K on the South-Side.
This also goes for the Circle K on 16th Street and Broadway

As a customer walking into the store every monday morning, there is 1 employee imparticular who is constantly unprofessional.(mellissa) Constantly complaining to everyone about her personal life, there will be lines of people while she just stands and complains her personal problems to a customer she may no or not know. However this is unprofessional, needs to stop, there are multiple complaints about the same issue with this gal that ive heard from others as well in this community. Todays personal life complaining story was about not being able to go grocery shopping, due to no money, how she wants to boycott christmas, Im sorry but this is very unprofessional and unacceptable when its a family store please acknowedge the rude and unprofessionalism.

The Tucson store on 655 w. 22nd Street is always extremely dirty. This store makes a lot of money including sales to transients in area and they make little effort to keep our neighborhood clean. Trash cans are overflowing and trash blows from store area to surrounding streets and neighborhoods. I don't feel that they care about being a contributor to our neighborhood and wish they would clean up their act.

While visiting big bear california in anticipation of the first snow fall i overheard a employee in uniform (the girls name tag said coleen) talking to a customer about "picking up" so she could give it to another customer later in her shift. I heard norcos and something that i didnt quiet here. This is disgusting behavior. This girl is handling drugs and store merchandise? What if she or her friend drop something in store and a child finds it?

I also found it inappropriate that they where kissing in store on her shift.

I dont care about your employess personal lives but that kind of behavior shouldnt be tolerated in store, especially by an employee. It doesnt make for a very professional or safe enviornment. If shes using the store as a place to distribute drugs? Does that mean the people shes selling to are doing the drugs behind your store? I will not go back to this store while that girl is working.

For almost 3 years I've done business with your store at 18 moose head trail Newport, Maine. However, you have a newer cashier named Kylie, who works 2-1030pm shift. Now please let me say this has happened over 2 months time so enough is enough. First off, this less then professional example of your company has yelled at people aka customers to get in her line. She has also on many occasions hit on several very married men, in front of their wives only to give snide dirty looks after the put her on her place. I'm curious, I know it's a "truck stop" and all but perhaps the non-existent manager should let her know sleezy behavior won't increase her pay, or will it? This woman is rather persistent when rebuttalled by men, even married ones. I'm not sure if she's there for the pay check or the chance to hit on anything with a heart beat. I will say myself being one of the been she persistently harrassed even in front of my wife and several guy friends she's done the same to are now avoiding your store. Perhaps you need to rethink her position there or perhaps you don't mind having employees that act like sleeze queens and like they are at a cheap singles bar, rather then a convince store and restaurant. It's honestly disgusting and now your competitor is getting alot of business because this Kylie has left such a bad experience in several peoples opinion of your store. It's revolting, you can't even get a pack of cigarettes without her trying to hit you up, and yep there are 2 registers, believe me she will make her presence known even if you try to avoid her. This girl is either hormonally challenged or just constantly on heat, I'm honestly not sure which but several of us find it revolting and are now avoiding that store during her hours. Ewwww plz smarten up how your employees portray your business. I thought Circle K ran convenience stores not brothels. Or is this a new venture for this location?

I parked at a gas pump at the store located at 1801 N. Goldenrod road Orlando Florida at about 430pm. I used a gift card to purchase gas. Every pump I've been to at that store has an indicator that stops the pump from pumping gas out when the car is full. So I was pumping gas and started to hear a waterfall type noise to find out the gas was just pouring out of my car from the pump.It never stopped pumping when my car was full it just kept going so god only knows how much money was wasted for gas that spilled all over the ground my car and myself. I tried to talk to the men inside the store about it and they told me that I was wrong gas pumps don't do that. They weren't exactly nice about it either. I have an issue with one of the gentlemen that is there Everytime I go into this store because he hits on me and is always on his cell phone paying more attention to it than the customers. I've bought gas from this store before at another pump and when my gas tank was full it stopped pumping but not at this pump. The men acted like what happened wasn't a big deal and like they didn't care. I tried to call corporate and can't get through to anyone.

There is a woman named Felicia that works at the Tavares, dead river road location, that used to live next-door to me. She no longer lives next to me, but every time I show up to your establishment, she harasses me with past complaints that she had about me while she was living next door to me in Martins Grove. She is harassing me and I feel in fear of my life for me and my daughter. I told my daughter to stay in my car when I observed her taking out the trash. She needs to be removed from that location or I will have to file a police report along with a restraining order.

I am complaining about the Circle K in Fayetteville North Carolina on the corner of Pamalee and Blanton Street. The employees are very rude and inconsiderate in this store. Every time I go into the store there is a problem to the point I will not be returning to it. I have had employees refuse payment because I have change and not cash bills, refuse to give me change for cash bills because bill was only $3 and I was paying with a $20. And just morning when I when to the store to get gas the older lady that was there had a vary nast attitude. And by the way the was a baby behind the counter asleep in a car seat. Which I know has to be against store policy to have your children at work. This is the only Kangaroo store that I have been to in Fayetteville that I seem to always have a problem with the store and employees when I walk in. They are setting a bad example of what customer service at Kangaroo should be.

I went to circle k on Roanoke Rd in Lagrange GA they had I dead mice in the hot grill so I told the manger she got smart an was saying racist stuff her name was Joann I said I was gone tell someone over her she said she don't give a damn she run circle k the store number is #6711 I feel like she should be fired cause she if you ain't white you don't need come to circle k an that's the only store open on our side of town at night if she did it to me she'll do it to kids an other peoples in this world

Your employees are taking peoples rewards. I have checked on your website many times and well I still smoke but haven't gotten a reward since October. They claim the machines don't give receipts anymore and that you'll get the reward on your next purchase. Never happens. It just starts back at zero. I've had with Circle K. I came in to the circle k, on airline hwy by McClelland drive, on November 10. There was a employee(her name tag said Kenyatta), she was very rude, and was on the phone and kept walking away from her register. I wound up putting my things back on the shelf, and just went to a different store. I normally never have a issue at this location, but lately its just awful.

Today 11/11/2017, I sent my granddaughter to the store located at 35 & Dunlap Avenues in Phoenix AZ., to obtain a roll of quarters. We have gotten many rolls of quarters from this location with no problem. Today, however was a different story. When she asked for the quarters she was met with a sharp retort from your clerk, Steve, "You know we're not a bank". There aren't any banks in walking distance. My granddaughter is only 11, an adult should know better than to snap at a child. He is an older Caucasian man, that until recently was not one of the regular clerks at this location.
This location is more or less adjacent to the apartments where we live. We also spend a lot of money in this store.

It was 2:00 am and I was sent to the store for my 23 yr old daughter. She requested change for 20 and cigarillos. He had an offensive attitude. It was like pulling teeth. He did not want to give me change. I had to practically beg. My daughter needed exact change and wanted me to use her debit card for the rillos. I mentioned my daughter and clerk refused to sell them to me. Because it was my daughters card. I am 51 year old accountant and have used company debit cards, my mothers, so forth and so on. I always sign my name and in all my years, I have never had an attendant be as rude as he was. My daughter was so upset she went to the store and voiced her distaste and your attendant pointed to the door and told her to leave and called the police. We were parked at the gas pumps and he refused to sell us gas. At this time of night there aren't but a few stores open and risked running out.

This man does not represent your company favorably and shouldn't be in customer service period.

Anywhere I worked I was told the customer was always right. And this individual was turning away revenue. He does not belong in this position.

I dont feel that she should be working with people her and her boss cory as well as mirna the other store representative was really rude and unprofessional mirna was sucking on her fungers when she grabbed my debit card she had a problem with me asking her to wash her hands this was friday the 13 october 2017 I was told I wasnt welcome to shop there when I go there all of the time. I was standing in line after getting my items waiting to pay I was the next person in the line there was a lot of people when I had to wait because christina refused to help me so she made me wait until everyone was gone and she still wouldn't help me. Cory the store manager he had so much attitude he refused to help me and he also refused to give me the phone number to corporate. Ive never been so embarrassed I get it if I was stealing or being rude but I never did the things I was accused of christina said I cussed her out calling her a [censor] thats false aligations I dont think its right for them to discriminate and lie ive been going there since they first opened ive never had a problem before I prefer going there then 7 eleven at times and its walking distance to my house these people need to be put in there place. Im a cutsomer and a paying customer I dont get why those people have the right to treat anyone different or rude because they are in management position hes supposed to be the one to disfuse a situation not make it worse or even more so lie just to as he said and I quote have his employees backs whatever that means I dont go disrespecting no one hes no one to disrespect me he needs to be fired this is the circle k I went too circle k

Hi. My name is Rayshanti Price. I was a new hire employee at the circle k in Vicksburg, ms. I worked 3 days and was taken off of the schedule with no explanation following. I have called corporate a total of 6 times and was told by a young woman that I would hear back once they looked over everything. I haven't heard anything from any one. I need my job! I didn't do anything wrong, I just had started the job and got great compliments. I like working for Circle K. hi my name is Matt Cox I'm filling a complaint against Caitlin the store manager at Circle K in Norman Oklahoma 1200 West Lindsey Street she was very rude to me cussed me out because another Patron there grab the hold of me outside he left defensive wounds on my arm and I have documentation and pictures to prove it she called my wife a [censor]ing liar I'm sorry about the language but that's what she said the guy threatened me inside the store and she said she has camera footage of me provoking the fight saying that I followed him into the walk-in I never knew the guy was in the store I was outside speaking to another employee I told the guy I was thirsty so I went inside to get something to drink I'll be right back he said okay well the guy that I'm having problems with was in the store started cussing at me my wife was the cashier and was standing there and I know another employee that was there standing next to my wife he heard the guy say you got a job yet [censor] and I said yes a matter of fact I do but since he comes there and buys packs of hot dogs or whatever she said the manager Caitlin she believes him over me I don't have anything to lie about I know everyone says that you'll probably hear it all the time but I really don't anyways I got banned from the store because I got attacked and was provoked by this other Patron to come outside he didn't get banned but I did I spoke to my lawyer there is paperwork being filed against your corporation for discrimination and assault on your property slash inside your store and the manager Kaitlyn refuses to show camera footage which will prove that I never followed this person anywhere I never knew he was even at the store until he started calling me names and cussing at me and on top of that two of the employees that work there are friends with this guy so like I said I'm banned from the store but he's not and he attacked me and yelled at me in the parking lot I have called the police they said nothing could be done about it but my lawyer says different that's why I have a lawyer is for you know all kinds of things this just happens to be one of them I don't want to have to use my lawyer I would rather not and just settle this with you guys. I do not appreciate the way the manager spoke to me today about what happened Saturday when she wasn't even there there was a manager there at the time and he didn't do anything about it because I guess your policy is if it lasts more than 5 minutes or gets physical then that's when the store employees step in they never did but like I said at the top I'm the one that's band and he's not but he physically assaulted me and I have the pictures and the wounds on my arm to prove it but yet it's my fault because the guy told me to come outside so what I'm getting out of all this is that Circle K is saying it's okay for people to attack other people on their property and cause chaos inside the store but the person that's being harassed is the one at fault and not the one who assaulted the other one that's not fair that is a violation of constitutional rights and it's discrimination so if someone could please give me a call back that would be greatly appreciated my phone number is [protected] if I do not answer it's because I don't answer numbers I don't know but you can leave a voicemail with your name and a number I can get in contact with you with and if you have an extension that would be greatly appreciated to have if you don't that's fine phone number will work but I do still want to file the complaint against Caitlin the manager and a complaint against Nathan another employee and Austin another employee thank you very much and have a wonderful day I added one photo you can kind of see the car marks from where he had a hold of my arm there are more photos there are on my wife's phone but if you need them you can I can get them for you after we speak on the phone and see what we can do about this because like I said before I would rather not have to sue Circle K and the manager I would rather have y'all resolve the problem because me being banned from the store and not him is not fair in any means just because she says she seen it on the camera footage she never mentioned it to me when I spoke to her but she mentions it to my wife and refuses to show either one of us or a lawyer the footage because I do believe she is lying but anyways if someone would please give me a call it would be very greatly appreciated

Trash cans over flowing full, soda fountain trashed, cups empty, trash full, floor is nasty. Coffee area all old lights flashing. Bathroom also dirty, urine on the floor toilet nasty. Products on shelves have been empty for weeks and weeks, Assistant Manager Mashayla Baldwin is rude, the Manager Keith Stalling just stands there does nothing. BEER CAVE. Is OMG looks like a tornado hit it, the Soda doors are mostly empty. This used to be a good clean store. People avoid store #5263 Pickerington, Ohio the local police even say how nasty the store has become...
