The city max shop, She accused me of theft and knew she was a liar، She also threatened to contact the police and her friend took pictures of the car plate، She insulted me and raised her voice and told me to write a complaint and gave me his ID card and she told me she was not afraid of dismissal، Finally you will find the guide in the camera on the night of December 1December ،I am a customer and will love to treat a rude employee.
Update: paid big bucks for big dog
This is an update to my first complaint. In short I had paid for a micro Pomeranian that was supposed to be 2.5 lbs grown. I had weighed her at home and my scale was off. I thought she was 5.5 lbs but after taking her to the vet she weighed in at 4.5 lbs. Still much bigger than what I had paid for. A few days after I filed my complaint I received an email from Cheryl. She was surprised that I had posted a complaint. Apparentley whoever I had spoken to did not give Cheryl my message. I told her I filed my complaint because I figured she was blowing me off and I was not happy that I had paid for a dog that had grown much bigger than I paid for.
To make a long story short Cheryl then agreed that she would send me another puppy but I would have to pay the shipping. She offered me a few different pups, but there were none that I wanted. I also did not want to pay for shipping as I felt I had spent enough money. We emailed back and forth for several weeks trying to come up with a solution that would be agreeable to both of us. This was becoming very frustrating for both of us. One day I was looking at her ads and I saw a five month old male pup that I really liked. I sent her an email and stated that if I could have him and only pay half the shipping then I would be happy and fairly compensated. Cheryl agreed and the pup was shipped to me Saturday the 7th.
I picked him up at the airport that evening. He was very frightened and clung to me like a baby. Not surprising as he had left the only home he had ever known. My husband and I got him home and gave him food and water. We held him and cuddled him and he overcame his fear.
I want to say he is a gorgeous pup. He is a black and tan male, 5 months old and weighing 4 lbs. He has a beautiful Pom face a thick puppy coat and is extremely sweet and loving. He is also very healthy. We have had him 2 days. He is doing well with the house breaking. He also had not been leash trained but in the short time he has been with us he has learned to walk on the leash like a pro. He is good with my other dogs, loves people and children and is very intelligent.
I wanted to post this update to let everyone know that read my previous post that Cheryl worked with me to rectify the situation. She sent me a beautiful healthy puppy that I chose and I am completely satisfied with the results. I now feel that I was fairly compensated and the money I paid was fair for the two Pomeranians that I have.
