I got a Rollator upright walker from Citypb like everyone else. They sent me an email to confirm the order, but then I didn't hear anything. I emailed them and a representative said there was a problem with shipping from overseas. He said I could get a refund or they would send one from the warehouse. That seemed weird because why not just send it from the warehouse in the first place? Anyway, I haven't heard back from them and I've tried emailing them but no luck.

I wish I checked here before I did biz with Citypb. I ordered an item on [protected] for $110 and got a confirmation email. Never got shipping notice or any further communication from them despite sending several emails. As of today their website ain't active no more and the phone seems disconnected. Obviously, they was a scam and this is an expensive reminder to always check here first. I'm gonna leave my review and agree to the Customer submission policy but I'm concerned that per that policy I can't then file a complaint. Does that mean the ComplaintsBoard.com won't investigate Citypb? They're exactly the type of biz that should be investigated and prevented from endeavors to defraud consumers in the future.

No stars for Citypb! They should be closed and punished for stealing! Lots of customers have the same story! They're a total scam! They say they send the stuff you paid for, give you a fake tracking number, and then keep lying about it. When they offer a refund, it's just another scam. I've read so many stories from other victims! They should be reported to the authorities who can shut them down and charge them with a crime! They have other websites too! Their whole scam group needs to be shut down right away so they can't cheat anyone else! As of 4/4/2022, the stuff I ordered and others are still on their website! So they can still cheat people out of their money! They also put fake charges on customers' payment methods! Be careful!

Scam! Fake order, fake email responses, fake tracking numbers. Fake. Cancel your credit/debit cards if you used it on their site.. I got 12 charges for *** pay I did not authorize shortly after I purchased from what I thought was a legit store.

Called alternate phone line and gentleman answered "hello" Then changed his response to city pb, then hung up on me when i asked about my ordered. emailed them requesting refund, and they have not refunded my money although it is past the refund period. Definitely a scam!

I ordered a giant fluffy fur bean bag from this company. they stated it was lost twice in shipping due to their overseas company however i found that the tracking number was out of *** and stated the item was in transit. they stated they would refund my money. and when i emailed them stating it had not been refunded in my bank, they stated i was wrong and if i had an issue i was to dispute. Not a surprise that their phone number is not working. I am a single mother with a tbi and broken neck with autistic children and this would have been a nice surprise for them. Instead i am scammed. if i could leave zero stars i would. it is sad that companies like this are not held accountable for their actions.

I purchased a bean bag chair from them on April 4 2022 and the order says it was placed yet they took the money from the bank they said they would send tracking number and when it is shipped nothing I have written them 3 times no response. All I want is my money back. I noticed alot of people complaining about this site. People are being scammed and this is totally unfair. After waiting the recommended 15 days with no shipping information, I contacted Citypb's customer service via online contact form.
