On October 15th, (approximately) i went to trade in my nissan rouge, after looking over different options with Rodney, the salesman, we saw the 2025 nissan kicks. Rodney went over all the features of the car with us, them Rodney mentions that the car had remote start, perfect, exactly what we wanted, of course it would cost more money and had to pay a hefty 1500 dollar deposit, we started at no down payment, but because we would get this feature, we bit.well, there was no remote start, Rodney told us we did have it but it was being updated in a week or 2, we just had to wait, a week later I go to the Car lot, I asked Rodney about the update, oh yes, he's says, the guys were here and said it should be updated in a couple days, we waited, we them had several issues with the car, radio keeps going off and on, backup camera is really bad, and there is a rattling noise when we drive, we go to service and while there is called Rodney to ask about the remote start update, yeah yea it's in the works he says, then the service person lays it on us, this car is NOT equipped for that. Oh and the radio is doing that because you ha e the wrong phone, and the camera is cheap, so the quality is as is, ( his words) , and , we don't hear no rattling..frustration builds, them rodnat says, we can fix this, wait till the car is funded then we can get it traded or something, we'll, it funded, I asked to speak to a sales manager, I spoke to Michelle, at Clay Cooley nissan in irving. Oh yes Mr. Garcia, we can't have that, would you consider a trade up? Absolutely o said, she then says, when you come up here asl for me amd we will see what we can do, we waited, I asked 3 people to get her, Michelle sends someone else out to tell me , oh we can't just trade, the car has funded, nothing we can do, why don't you just make payments for awhile then come back..wow, nothing but lies upon lies, I am writing this letter as a courtesy before I take the next step, I would like a response by monday December 2nd.

Desired outcome: I would like a trade like I was told I would get
